They have so many classes to choose from with amazing coaches on staff. I love HEC and all the programs they offer. Their summer camp is so fun too.

I cannot believe this place. I promised my daughter she could go to a couple weeks of cheer camp as we could not let her try out for cheerleader for the upcoming school year but told her we would do whatever we could to get her ready for next years try outs. I scoured the city looking for something that would be all day for a week at a time she could attend. The only thing I found was HEC. The hours of 9-4 were not going to be easy and I had to work out elaborate logistics but I did it. I enrolled her and thought we are all set. I get an email Sunday night before she is supposed to attend that too many people had canceled and so it would only be half day, 9-12:30. It is not like I could make other arrangements on a Sunday night, much less the week of! I took her there and there was one other girl - a 7 year old. My daughter, who is almost 12 thought it was funny to be with such a young classmate, but fine. My husband picked her up at 12:30 and brought her to my office for the rest of the day. Then that night I get a note that they are trying to get that girl back for Tuesday to see if they can have class at all, then the rest of the week would be up in the air. What???? They got that girl and a 5 year old (together they add up to my daughters age) and she had another half day. That was it - they would not do anything the rest of the week. So now my daughter is going back and forth between my office and my husbands and we are trying to get work done. Who offers camp if it is not going to exist? My daughter is doing nothing and I promised her cheer camp. I am truly disgusted and cannot understand why everyone on here is giving it high stars as I find this place to be completely incompetent as a business. The only bright side was my daughter said she enjoyed it for the time she had and that the coach taught her a few things in the two mornings she was there. But as a parent I am flabbergasted.
