I recently began working out for the first time in years. I had been hesitant because I was previously intimidated at other gyms. However, at Powerhouse Gym Memorial it was a completely different experience.The owners, staff and trainers were and are very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. The clients range in all levels of fitness and some of the more experienced are even encouraging.The facility and equipment are first class! I would have to say they exceed expectations; therefore, I highly recommend considering Powerhouse Gym! It could be a life changer for you!

Mike and Cynthia are always friendly and make my girlfriend and I feel welcome to their gym. They have all the lifting/cardio equipment I need to do my workouts. Powerhouse is always clean and members clean up after themselves.
