***DO NOT USE WCA WASTE.*** For 2 years my account has been paid and even over paid at times. They send disconnect notices and send you to collections for being over paid. When you call them about it the staff is rude. They will not let you talk with a supervisor nor a manager or even give out a work email address. After fighting with them for better part of a hour you get a account specialist who says yeah sorry we were wrong. This company is a joke and I have no idea how they have stayed in business for this long.
I use WCA for my business and personally in our neighborhood - they have made sure to keep up with every need I have in business which is extremely impressive as to how busy everyone was during the debris cleanup. Because of their service I was able to get continuous work. And at home they have always done a great job going above and beyond to make sure our HOA and residents are happy. Keep up the great work!
The worst trash company one could ever deal with. STAY AWAY. Wouldnt be surprised if the few positive reviews were paid for or posted by them from fake accounts.They still have never delivered the ridiculously expensive can we had to purchase. Pick up is only once a week for twice the cost it should be. RIDICULOUS customer service, really non-existent customer service. They do not value their customers at all, they only want your hard earned $$$ while doing the absolute bare minimum. They will make you wait on hold for AT LEAST 20 minutes EVERY TIME you call. And you will need to call. Multiple times. Because they are THE WORST.
I believe they have lazy and careless drivers.
WCA should stand for Wanna Cry Again?... because if you try and call customer service itll definitely leave you in tears.We purchased a new home, set up an account, and paid for service. They brought a trash can, we filled it and put it by the curb, then they never came to pick up. Week after week they ignored it. We chased down the driver and he told us this isnt my route. Then another day he drove by with us standing by the trash, waving and smirking condescendingly at us.After calling the company and waiting on hold an egregiously long time (1 hour +) we finally got a service representative who told us he wouldnt credit us, because they picked up our trash! After arguing, he sent us to a supervisors voice mail who failed to call back.So ordering was a nightmare. Service was a nightmare. And even cancelling is a nightmare! BEWARE!!! Instead of WCA, do yourself a favor and give Town and Country a call... ANYONE but WCA.
Very disappointed in this companys service, was missing service pickups and the cost kept going up. It was a very difficult to get out of our contract. Save your self the trouble and look to any other place for your wast disposal needs.
