Terrible food!!!!! This customer service is horrible!!!!! No one even served me!!!! I found this funny bunny though:)
Im desperately trying to figure out why its taking Waste Management over a month to deliver us a trash can. I put the Black Trash can and the Green Recycling Trash can out at the road in my neighborhood and went to work 6 am. On a Tuesday over a month ago. When I returned from work shortly after 3pm, The Black Trashcan was not there. Only the Green can was. My neighbors saw me put the cans in the front the house at the road. They all had there cans out as well. I asked some of the neighbors had they seen our Black trash can since everyones was there and ours wasnt. They replied that our can was there before pickup and gone after.We immediately contacted Waist Management after checking with neighbors and they said did a report. They said the can would be free of charge to replace and that they would put the order through. We thanked them and went on with our day. We have been in contact through email with Waist Management to find out when the new can will arrive. Notice I said weeks. That means all of our trash has been backing up for weeks. Absolutely no trash pickup. They only pick up the Green Recycling Trash can every other Tuesday. So we are backed up with trash even though we pay for trash and water every month on time. We emailed Waist Management again and they gave us a date on when it would be sent April 16 I think it said. We are now in the end of May. No emails anymore, no trash can. This is beyond ridiculous. Its a plastic Trash can. How long does it take to replace. The trash pickup mustve dumped our can by mistake, why do will still not have a replacement can????? Im to the point where Ill buy the can myself if I have too. I just need to no where the heck to go and how much. This has been a nightmare and its being handled very negligently. Someone should absolutely lose their job behind this B.S. my next step is to start writing letters to those in charge!
