They were a little late, but I can understand why they’d be busy. They have a very fair pricing structure based on how much space in their truck the junk takes up. The prices are good too, and the crew was quick, polite, and professional. They even swept up a messy part of the garage! If you need junk removed I’d highly recommend Junk King.

There was an issue with the first crew sent to complete the job, they didnt come prepared to handle to the task I requested. After having to reschedule once due to weather conditions and another time because of the first crew assigned, I was feeling weary about selecting this business. However, I was pleased with how quickly their management team responded to my concerns and sent another crew out the next day. Keenan and Angel did an excellent job. They were professional and worked hard to ensure the task was completed to my liking. For those reasons, Id use Junk King again.

Can’t say enough great things about the 3 gentlemen who came out. They were ahead of schedule and waited patiently for me to arrive. They sized up what needed to go and got it done quickly and efficiently and the quote was actually less than what I’d budgeted so I paid what I had budgeted including a 20%tip and a bit more for them to increase their tip. Never once said “oh we can’t take that” - they were great. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to call Junk King, and only them, for any future junk or material removal.

Many businesses either lack delivery of performance or customer service. Im here to tell you that Junk King Houston North excels on both. I texted employee, Candy, a photo of my hot tub to be removed and within 3 minutes, I received a response to set up an appointment for a free quote. I received a text and call the night prior to confirm my appointment.Mike arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment (first calling to make sure it would be alright with me to show up soon, which was very considerate and actually worked out better for my schedule). He took a look at my hot tub and gave me a quote that I was comfortable with. I was told that big jobs such as hot tub removals will often require them to return another day to start the process. However within an hour or so, their General Manager, Jeff, along with 2 other gentlemen promptly showed up to begin the job.Each and every individual whom I encountered was polite and accommodating. I was especially impressed by Jeffs punctuality, interpersonal skills, and professionalism. Moreover, finishing the removal quickly (within 2 hours or so) and cleaning up the site wonderfully. They also took care of these old worn flower pots I no longer wanted, without fuss.I had one of the best experiences when it comes to services related to my home. I have no doubt that I would consider using Junk King North again in the future, as well as referring them to my family and friends.

2 months ago. $500 Flightline Haro bike was stollen from my garage. Ive called the company dozens of times, but no supervisor has called me back for reimbursement or to even take down my complaint. Ive spoken to many customer service reps and even someone else who drove the truck used the very next day. but the two Hispanic males who stole the bike have never been identified, nor even asked why they stole the bike.Please be present when items are being removed from your property. This bike had been removed and placed in another garage, but it was still stolen by the two men who work for this company. They were very polite, and we talked at length and my sisters and I even helped them organize the items that needed removing. But later that evening we noticed the $500 bike had disappeared. It was purchased last year from Sun & Ski Sport. I wish someone would take my complaint seriously. Its really heartbreaking to suffer such a valuable loss.

I just had some junk hauled away thats been sitting in my garage forever. It was easy to make an online appointment, they sent text reminders and they called when they were on their way.They usually dont give a quote until arrival and theres no pressure to have your stuff hauled away either. But FYI they base on how many pick ups it would take...and for me it was one full pickup. And the price was significantly reasonable!!Jeffrey Snider and his young associate were 100% professional, courteous and their personalities were just awesome!This company is highly recommended and I plan on using them again in the future!

I was incredibly pleased with the service provided by Junk King. They were great about contacting us the day before as a reminder and again 45 minutes before arriving. Daniel and Jeff were both very friendly. There were several instances where they validated certain items with us, to make sure we really wanted to get rid of them. And I could tell by the way they removed things from the house and the way that they loaded the trucks that they really were intending to recycle or rehome as much as they could. This is the second time I’ve used Junk King. The people are always polite and kind. They give a window (mine was for pick up between 10-11) but they have arrived early both times I’ve used them. It’s 1012 right now and they have already come and gone! They helped me with moving a heavy grill from my backyard and explained pricing in clear terms I could easily understand. I use to use those waste management bagster bags but I will only be using junk king from here on out. The service, communication and pricing was outstanding.
