Worst service and customer relations I have had in a very long time. 1st, roro shipment was randomly picked by customs which is normal. What is not normal is that sifax didnt notify me till 4weeks later when I was calling to request for my release info as vessel was supposed to have reached lagos, Unfortunately I was met with rude reception over the phone, even when I went physically there was no tangible explanation... and no attempt to remedy the situation... car was delayed for another 6weeks b4 it eventually sailed... called several times and I promise u there is no phone etiquette with sifax... even requested a call back from a manager/supervisor and still nothing..when u call if they are not shouting in the background they are laughing and if u say something. The rude girls on the phone would say they are customers like u.. and would always give u false/wrong info. I was given over 3 ship names that they claimed had my vehicle on...vehicle eventually arrived lagos 4months later... its a really sorry case for a company that has new management and shld be doing better than before but i guess i would take my business elsewhere in future where I would get service.
