Drivers consistently marking deliveries as customer unavailable will try next business day. Interesting point, I am retired and when my tracking says coming that day, I stay home and wait for it. So, I was there. This also seems to only happen on Fridays, so, yeah 72 hour delay on package delivery and a day that I stayed home for no reason. Why have the tracking app at all?

There was a package to be delivered to my house that required a signature. Unfortunatley, I was never home to sign for it and after the third (final attempt) by FedEx to deliver the package I got extremely worried that I was going to have to drive 35 minutes to pick up the package myself. Well, after speaking with FedEx representatives, they connected me to Charlie, the Operations Coordinator for the FedEx Freight location. He was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. Ultimately, he coordinated with a dedicated FedEx driver who was kind enough to do me the courtesy of delivering the package for a fourth time. If that wasnt enough, Charlie followed up with me after the packaged was delivered to ensure everything went smoothly.So, a big thanks to FedEx and their Operations Coordinator, Charlie!
