Received call on Tuesday 7/06 to notify me of delivery the next day 7/07 between 1 & 4 pm. Waited - no call, no delivery. I contacted them Thursday morning and they could not confirm when package would be placed on truck for delivery, no further contact. Called again Friday 7/09 & again could not get expected delivery date. Unable to contact Houston location where package is located by phone or chat service. Very unreliable. Dont know if I will ever receive my shipment.
This is the WORSE shipping company I have ever dealt with. Not only did we pay for next day shipping and it hasnt even arrive 3 days later, they refused to give the money back for the lie that they would have it to us. DO NOT EVER use this shipping company for anything if you need your material or supplies. The only way a place like this could stay in business is by literally lying and ripping people off.
This review is for the driver Mr Garner who picked up my shipment today. Despite everything going on in Houston this week he was available today to pick up my crates. He Arrived with what he need to get the job done and now my items are on the first leg of their journey. Thanks. AAA dont let me down, theres more road ahead.

This particular AAA Cooper terminal has the best people working there.AAA Cooper has been handling 75% of our LTL shipments and we have NEVER had an issue.Ms. Dixon, our account manager, Dmar, dispatcher and A.B. driver, are just fantastic people! They are prompt, responsive, conscientious & courteous and we are very appreciative!
I never saw people like this those are really unprofessional and gonna waste your time . They just keep changing their time.too much disappointment from them. If you do value your time then don’t get service from them . They are just come up with lame excuses to ruin day.
Showed that my rock from Home Depot would deliver today Tuesday. It said it left the facility at 10:34. Called at 5:00 to ask where my shipment was. Was told it would be here at 6:30. Nope did not show up until 7:30. Then I was suppose to have two pallets but only received one. When I asked where the other pallet was the jerk driver rudely says I only delivered one and I dont deliver for Home Depot. AWFUL COMPANY and shame on Home Depot for using a company with such horrible service. Do not recommend
Ive been to many large Transportation yards ..AAA COOPER. TRANS is very clean and well organized....was a pleasure doing business with them.
Can I leave a zero star? What a joke. They stacked our pallet. The BOL said no stacking. We put 8 stickers that said No Stacking all over the pallet. They did not care. Stacked the pallet to save them a little money and cost us $15K in product. They did nothing to help and basically ignored us. Do NOT trust this company. They are awful. Absolutely awful.
Its true they missed their first delivery. I was told later they had a lot of people out that day. But they were there waiting for me when I opened the next morning. And Dennis the driver went above and beyond the call with his work unloading and helping get the stuff into my store. So all-in-all I was happy in general and with Dennis in particular.
Definitely 0 for this company. Delay again and again and again for the delivery for no reason. Will never consider it in the future.
This place sucks
Bill of lading created last Wednesday. They were supposed to pick up Friday. Didn’t. Picked up Monday. It MIGHT be delivered tomorrow on Thursday. This is a one week wait for what every other carrier delivers next day. It’s coming from South Oklahoma to Houston, TX. My manufacturer usually uses SAIA or Estes and it’s always next day. AAA Cooper SAID it was a one day trip on the freight quote and then pulled a bait and switch. I’ll make sure to tell them to never use this company again. First time they have, and the last time they will.
What good is it to quote 1 day service when it takes you two days to pickup? Also, lately, they have been trying to up my weight more and more often. Recently tried to say my shipment weighed 3 times what it really weighed!!!! Used to do a lot of business with these guys but changing to other carriers.
I now understand why everybody gives you such a low rating. Was told my delivery would be here by noon. It is now 2pm and cant even get someone to answer the phone. It amazes me how you even stay in business. Very unprofessional.
I prefer AAA Cooper over any other company in the vicinity for outbound freight. They have flexible drop off times. Quick to get me unloaded and out the door.
I would give this company 0 stars if possible. I scheduled a date to receive a shipment from noon to 5 pm and no one showed up. I called the office on the next day and they said that the items were never loaded. They couldve called and let me know vs. waiting around for 5 hours for a shipment that never arrived. So I reschedule 2 days later from 8am - noon. I called to verify that my items were loaded on the truck and the verified that it was loaded. The truck didnt show up until after 5pm. Another day wasted waiting on this shipment. When the truck arrived, the items were broken into pieces. Boxes were opened and the driver stated that the items were loaded onto his truck damaged. I would not recommend using this company to shipment ANYTHING!!!!! Im sure the struggle is just beginning as I now have to claim insurance on the damaged items.
They deserve ZERO stars! Package shipped from Dallas and made it to Houston the following morning, on the 31st! Delivery date was then changed from September 13th to the 3rd. Next thing I know, the shipping date changed back to September 13th. We called this low quality transportation company and was informed that it will be changed back to the 3rd, they lied! The item sat in their terminal until it was delivered to Home Depot on the 9th. And had the audacity to put that the item was delivered on the 3rd! SMH, what a shame!
They dont answer the phone. Dont call back and dont show up on time. 3 days later, finally had 2 drivers coming from different directions. Did not tell them until I had one in my sights. But, the driver that did show up was a real nice guy. Looks like the disorganization is at the dispatch level of this hub.
I scheduled a pickup online on Wednesday, called the Houston Hub on Thursday. On Friday I called because they hadnt shown up and they told me they had no drivers in my area and they would not pickup on until Monday. This company has no standards. You call and they keep you on hold. When you call their head-quarters they keep you on hold.
They are always late on deliveries, my pallets sit in their warehouse for days till they find a truck to send it out. The drivers always say they are short because they wont pay them a good rate.
Zero Stars - What a joke.I had a delivery scheduled for Friday... No delivery received.Called the home office Saturday after being hung up on 5 times throughout Friday. The ACT AAA Cooper home office sent an email... No response by AAA Cooper in Houston.Called and spoke with the group on Monday. They apologized multiple times and set a new appointment for Tuesday 8am-12pm.No delivery by 2pm. I called and spoke with them at 2pm and they said the shipment was still sitting in a trailer. After about an hour and being transferred several times to numbers that ring continually and nobody answers. I spoke to a nice lady who said she would send an email and reschedule delivery a third time to Wednesday 8am-12pm.Guess what?? It is 8am and I called them to see what the progress of the shipment is. Same lady stated that no one in the warehouse has responded to the email she sent 18hrs earlier, and that the shipment hadnt moved from the trailer. She also stated that this happens all of the time, and she would have to go to the loading dock and speak with someone directly.What??? Let me restate that this happens all the time. What a joke. This company seriously needs someone with a project mgmt. background along with serious Lean knowledge to fix the issues being seen here. Look at the overwhelming negative reviews. I am shocked that the managers havent either been fired or demoted to a position they may actually be able to handle.Before you think I dont know what I am talking about let me give a little understanding. I ran logistics across the US for a Fortune 100 company with daily shipments, vendor setups, and ongoing transportation trucking companies before being promoted to other responsibilities. This company needs to undergo a serious lean process and restructure starting from top down. It is obvious that the processes they have in place are inefficient.

This is a VERY unreliable company. They have lost our shipment, they have left it in their warehouse more than a month and then not delivered on the days that they have scheduled with you.I have never in 20 years worked with such a mismanaged freight company.
Absolutely horrible service. They never called to before supposedly attempting to deliver my package. Have now set up two delivery appointments and no call or show. And don’t bother calling about it. There Houston location won’t answer there phones and are no help. Finally got them on the phone and they asked if I could come pick it up !!!! 😡

Negative stars even!I did not choose to use this company to deliver 42 cases of laminate flooring to my home...unfortunately Home Depot chose for me!My floors were supposed to be delivered on MONDAY between 1 and 4. My husband took an unpaid day off of work to be home with me and my three kids while the floors were delivered. The company neither called nor rescheduled on their own. I had to call at 4pm and find out they had no driver! I rescheduled for TUESDAY between 1 and 4. Same thing. No call. No re schedule. I called Home Depot who again I formed me that there was no driver to deliver my floors and said the floor manager, DK Matthews, would call within 15 minutes. No call. I called AGAIN and they apologized saying my floors were actually on a truck but they didnt have the paperwork to deliver them and gave me DK Matthews phone number. I called him and left a message stating I wanted a phone call to schedule my delivery before the end of business day. No call. I WILL be reporting this company to the BBB and FTC TODAY!!!!!!!
If you want your freight anytime within the same week you should consider NOT using AAA Cooper!! This is the most unprofessional, ridiculous slipshod joke of a company I have ever worked with. I personally didnt request them to handle my freight, Vanguard Logistics has against my better judgement. So I call the day before delivery and Erica throws me on hold for 20 minutes and never comes back. They finally get me scheduled and its for 9am-12pm. So at 11:30am I decide to call because the driver hasnt called and there is no indication that hes coming. So I called the office and the level of professionalism is ridiculous. Im so pissed and all the manager Donnell says is Looka here...just throw her on hold. Am I yelling? ABSOLUTELY!!! How do you run a business like this. He lets me sit on hold for a while offers ZERO APOLOGY FOR THE MISSED DELIVERY TIME all hes got is a load of damn excuses!!!!! It is completely unbelievable. Now hes saying that I need to wait for 1pm-3pm or I could just leave the driver a note on the door to leave the freight. So wait... you want me to let this nut leave my friend OUTSIDE IN FRONT OF MY FLIPPING DOOR????????????????????????????????? What kind of solution is that? Who does that?? Why schedule a customer at a time you know damn well is not possible. I swear I told Vanguard logistics this was a bad decision but they didnt listen.... NEVER AGAIN IN THIS LIFETIME WILL I USE THIS JOKE OF A FREIGHT COMPANY.
They have missed windows on consecutive days, now they admit they have no idea where the shipment is located. They remind me of the Graeae, who passed their shared eye between themselves, but in this case it is a shared brain. I have spoken to at least five different people and received totally varying results. Getting them to answer their phone is a journey all to its self.

This is the worst transportation company ever. Unfortunately the shipper would not use anyone else. My order sat on their dock for 3 days before it was delivered. I was told to give the driver $124 and a month later they sent me a bill for $35. They stated it was because my shipment was delivered on a liftgate truck. They knew ahead of time that this shipment was being delivered to a residence and what other way could a 450lbs pallet be delivered. Customer Service is terrible. Run from these people.

Worst shipping experience of my life.Day one: Driver arrives at our facility and asks to ship a 640 lb package at 12:15, no other information or assistance. When we finally get the email from our client 10 minutes later, the driver is gone. I call above number and they say they will dispatch again soon before 5:PM.Day two: I call at 10 asking where they were. They said Oops, we should have carried over your request, Ill send someone over immediately. Still waiting at 5:PM, the last pickup. Call them back, and allegedly they will be here later. I will wait and update later.This seems like a confused organization-free freighter. I dont know if they are incompetent or their competitors have made them look incompetent, but I would recommend against using AAA Cooper.

ZERO STARS! This company better be glad I don’t file a suit on their driver who basically threatened and disrespected me while attempting to deliver my shipment. First of all, it took ten minutes to explain to Erik how to get into the gate, then another ten minutes to find my location. This guy hops out looking like a wanna be thug with tats and dreads going down to his knees, talking all ghetto like a wanna be gangster but That’s not the problem. The issue at hand is this company did not give their employee the right equipment to unload my shipment. This young skinny guy could barely bring one pallet off the back lift of the truck. He needed my assistance just to get it down. Then once we get that pallet down, I assist in trying to get it into my garage because I live in a town home so we don’t have driveways or curbs. We get it half way into the garage and it gets stuck, immobilized the jack/lift he was using. He then tells me how to “figure it out”. “Devise a plan” to getting these pallets in my Garage. I told him it’s not my job to help you nor figure out how. It’s your job and your company who’s should’ve givn you the right equipment to make the drop. HE THEN tells me to go to hell! Straight to my face when I was nothing but Patient and helpful. So I then say take your stuff and go, get off my property and leave. He then calls his dispatcher and begins bad mouthing me calling me Crazy, amongst other things and then he tries to tell me he’s going to leave it in the street, middle of the complex which is a fire zone. I then tell him no again and ask him to leave. He moves his jack and I close my garage. So I speak with Home Depot and they mention that he claimed he dropped the shipment. I refused the shipment and told them i do not have their product. They cancelled It and refunded my money but now I’m finished. I would never order thru this company! This company comes off as shady and crooked. I think that’s the only treason they are stI’ll in business.
This company has had an item at its facility that I ordered from Home Depot since 6/20/18 and today’s date is 7/6/18! They have continually lied to Home Depot about its delivery and misrepresented the facts. Today someone was to “deliver my item”, which you guessed it was not delivered. You see the driver of the truck can’t follow directions and called to say he was lost and would be at my home in 45 minutes. Never showed up. When Home Depot called to inquire about not showing up, the driver lied and said he tried to deliver the item. Well, I know for a fact that this was false information as we have the Ring doorbell (video feed)and no one came to the door nor did it register an 18 wheeler in front of our house. This is just one of the many things they do to keep merchandise as they have not done any due diligence to deliver. Please save yourself the headache and deal with a reputable company.

First off, if I could rate this company less than 0 stars I certianly would have! The level of customer service is absolutely terrible; there is no level of communication from one department to the next. Every time I called to track my order I would get a different answer: the shippment is not here, its here, its not billed, we cant find it, Im sorry I just dont know (you are a logistics company how do you not know?). I wont go into specific details but needless to say I would not recommend them as any source of transportation for any reason whatsoever.

They said they wouldnt pick our shipment up because truck was full... at 2:30 pm (and that I was scheduling too late!!!). I asked for another truck and they said they only have 1 truck. Service reps are rude. She told me to transfer the shipment to another carrier, and thats exactly what I did. I reminded her why we do not do business with them, but of course she doesnt care.
No company that truly values their business and customers should ever use this transportation company. Im reluctant to continue to order from/ do business with the company that shipped my packages, if they will continue to send my packages through AAA Cooper. Ive been given better service from UPS and DHL.My office management doesnt deserve to be disrespected, as they are always pleasant and very helpful. I am beyond shocked at the lack of professionalism that this company has. The delivery guy showed up and refused to leave the packages in the front office. When he was given permission to access the building for delivery purposes, he stood in the office and refused to deliver the packages to the door, stating Im not going any further than right here and left without delivering the packages. If possible, not a single star would have been given on this review.

I work in Logistics. I can confirm that this is the absolute worst LTL company on the planet. Nay in the Universe.I would reccomend anyone considering to use AAA Cooper to reconsider. I guarantee if you book a shipment with this company it will not go well!!!!!!1 star is too many for AAA Cooper.

I did not have the problems the other reviewers had because I picked my shipment up at the terminal. They made acomidations for me to pick up after hours and the dock staff were very helpfull.
They do not answer calls. Missed delivery by over 2 days and use the excuse of its because of the holidays. Its only 12/3 not sure what theyre going to do with the Christmas rush when it happens. I still have not received my parts or a call of when I will get them.
AAA Cooper is terrible! Simply cant follow directions. BOL shows lift gate service, and two days in row they show up late in the day...wait for it without a lift gate. Plus theyve done the same w/deliveries. I dont know whos dumber dispatch or the drivers.
Most of my customers love AAA Cooper, they are on time, have great rates, and reliable.
I was called saying they would deliver my package the next day between 10am and 2pm. I called at 2:40am complaining of a no show which they then informed me that it was still at the warehouse. Lady said that no one could have called me. I will never do business with them again
Keep scheduling for delivery between 1 pm an 4pm and never show..For a freight company they cant seem to deliver freight. Avoid using at any cost.
I use them at least 4 times per month for shipment. Our quotes are always the same. I send out about 2 - 8 pallets with them. Surprise I have not experienced What yall have gone thru. I always do my orders by online. And if I have to send the package right away and Im not close to my work station I call and set up. Ive been using them for 10yrs. And no problems. I also use saia. Ups. Fedex. Cheetah. Majewski. Central. I try to find the best quotes and stay with that 1 person for dispatch. (Become buds)
Appointment at 8AM got here 7:15am to dilever told me to park in back they would come get me. 2hrsLater had to go in and check again. Finally supervisor said to get door and again sit and wait. Slow if you dont work for them expect delays.

This carrier is the worst for shipments coming into Houston. They miss about 80% of there expected dates. I have lost several customers but my corporate office continues to use tjem as they have low prices.DONT USE THEM IF YOU EXPECT YOUR SHIPMENT NEXT DAY DELIVERY!!!
