This company is helping African scammers to consolidate packages and then ship to Africa! Stay away from this company!!!

Have used them consistently for over 3 years now and have not lost a single item. Very organized. Sometimes the shipment maybe delayed... but usually they will let you know why. Good customer service... I know all the Lagos customer facing staff by name now. They now have a Lekki office too which makes things even easier.

Someone from there scam my daughter she send one IPhone from PR and never received the payment the name is Dawson adedeji. I reported this to the Texas authority. Hopefully when I arrived there they still has the phone and they can capture the thief.

Good service from the USA but once things get to Nigeria it becomes a hassle,they don’t pick calls and my last parcel I sent,some things got missing,called the USA office and spoke with them,they never got back to me,just to write them and they were asking for exactly same Info I already gave meaning they never followed up.theft is a big issue,it’s sad that this is the kinda customer services you offer,it is bad!People’s things can’t be missing and you don’t care...never using them again.

This is a scam company which is freight forwarding company that helps Nigerian Scammers forward their scammed goods to Nigeria. They continually change their location and fly under the radar by doing so.

Nice customer service i must say. The first time i went to their office on Ardmore street, i met a nice well dressed guy at the gate and he was pretty processional. i didnt have to waste time getting my business done.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! VERY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They lost my package and stop answering my phone calls. The Lagos and Houston offices kept going back and forth with no clue of where and what happened to the package. VERY DISJOINTED ORGANIZATION!!!!! I physically went to the Houston office, met a bunch of clueless staff. As expected, they had no idea where the shipment was. A manager told me he will investigate and call me the following day. Of course, I have not heard from him as I write!!!!I will suggest that you do not send any shipment of value through them!!!!!!

People are using this company as a huge scam ring within the USA to obtain goods using fake wire transfers via Western Union and Fake Payments via Paypal. If you are selling something please note the scam is now getting a email verifying you got a payment, but u have to ship the item before you will be paid, both for Western Union and also Paypal. Do not send them any items. These are fake and they will take off by the help of these fine folks with ur items and send them to the scammers in Nigeria.
