New renovations to the building due to the new management from Boxer Properties giving this building a great face lift. Dedicated property management always listing to comments, and quick to assist in any way they can. I even saw the property manager Kermit Joseph lending a hand cleaning and mopping since the cleaning company was unable to come in on one specific day. Now thats commitment!

I am a long time tenant at the Atrium 10 Tower, I love the new management here. Kermit Joseph is the best. I had a maintenance issue that he resolved immediately. Boxer property and Kermit Joseph are definitely 5 star.

I have been here for a couple of months and I have no any issues. I like where I am and the people are great!

The new property management is horrible. The AC has been working for maybe a total of three weeks over the past year since they acquired the property. Its constantly 80 degrees in our office. Most mornings its cooler outside than it is inside with the AC on. Even with it barely working to begin with, they turn the AC off every weekend, making it even worse. Theyve also put locks on all the stairwells that dont disengage during a fire alarm.Ive opened several work orders for the AC and not a single one has been responded to.

Any issues have been addressed immediately. The property is always clean.
