I have been connected with Ultimate Staffing Services for two years. All around my experience has been professional, pleasant, and most important of all a straightforward uncomplicated process to rejoin the workforce. Their online ambassador website interface, pre-application process, and post-employment processes have been as efficient as a business should operate by todays standards. Living in Houston presents endless opportunities, and amidst two moves I have had the pleasure of Ultimate Staffing North Houston Office, Jessica Larson, being responsible for administering my assignments. Stressing the emphasis on it being two years since I have began communications with Ultimate Staffing Services, that reflects the level they are on in regards to timely communications and thorough administration of information. The personal bonus I feel has been the most rewarding and comforting at the same time is the fact that Jessica has been with me from the beginning. I cant say enough good things about her professional style and emotional intelligence. There are people who are present to do a job then there are ones who excel at that job and really make a difference and she is one of those ones! I found Ultimate Staffing when I was still a Junior in college and I can say one thousand percent I cannot speak to anyone about my career progress without mentioning the significant role of Jessica and Ultimate Staffing Services.

I discovered Ultimate Staffing/RothStaffing on google maybe about a year ago desperately looking for a job . When I called in I spoke with AMBER (She’s AMAZING BTW!) she got me in the office in the same week to finish my video presentation of myself and to bedazzle my resume. My experience with the staff at Ultimate Staffing Northwest Office has been amazing! I had the pleasure of being helped by Amber and she is fantastic! Went into Ultimate Staffing Services on a whim and down on my luck, left with an surreal sense of everythings going to be alright. The care I received from the 15425 N Freeway Houston Tx 77090 location was fantastic. The staff was on point for what needed to occur, detailed what strong attributes I possessed, booked me very next day for consult. Very appreciative wonderful professional people that frequently tended to me with either would you like another cup of water? This area is away from the ac and tends to get hot, lets wait over here where its cooler, fun positive approaches for my nervousness of video interviews. Probably one of the most professional and pleasant interviews Ive ever had. Thank you, yall helped more than you know.

This location has one of the best recruiters, Teneea! From the very first moment we spoke she made me feel like I was a priority. I had to go to her location a couple of times and due to my schedule I was only available early mornings. Both days Teneea made sure she was at the office to meet me and always had everything ready to go for me. Thank you soo much Teenea for everything you have done!

This is by far the worst staffing company I’ve ever given my time too . They do not even have the decency to call you on updates & their lack of communication is beyond frustrating. Do not waste others times who are seeking employment & really need it . It’s unprofessional not to mention poor service . The recruiters Allison & Brian really need to understand the importance of how unprofessional it is to come to your company, need the service and the necessary tools and qualities aren’t even displayed or used . It’s not okay .
