Aaron Harmon is heaven-sent! He goes above and beyond to find the proper role for the candidate. Aaron listens, and thats what I value the most, and I know that he genuinely cares, and I dont feel like just a number at an agency.

I cannot give enough homage to KForce. I’ve worked contract’s with them off and on since 2016. The Houston staff is selfless and very helpful. The absolute best experience I’ve had with an agency.Whenever I’m in the market for contract opportunities I definitely look here first. They take care of their consultants. Awesome staff for sure!

They make you work and do not pay you for your time! I was hired to do a FEMA project work from home for the Florida division. I was told to do the training and once completed I was able to start working. Well I completed the whole process and waited to get on schedule. Well that didnt even happen, because then they said they didnt need any more cs for the call center that it had to be people who resided in Florida only. Mind you Im from Houston, which I thought the whole thing was off to begin with. The agent I have been working with assured me that I would still get paid for my hours of training. Well I waited patiently for about a month now! I emailed them and they apologized saying that it fell thru and that they would mail out my check by June 4th to receive within a week. Well here I am still havent received nothing, Ive contacted them again and now theyre saying they cannot pay me because something to do with my training that wasnt complete which is inaccurate! Very unprofessional staffing agency, do not waste your time. They promise you things and will not comply later.

If this company approaches you, RUN. Heres my experience:Rachael approached me on LinkedIn and asked to set up a phone interview. I agreed and we talked the next day. She told me about the position she was staffing, and said if youre interested, send over a resume and work samples. I wasnt interested, so I didnt send anything over.She proceeds to call me twice before noon (and leaves a message saying that if I didnt respond by noon, shed assume I wasnt interested), and then again at three.Heres the kicker: at 3:43 I got a call from a different number. I answered, and it was a guy who said he was with Apex. He asked me if I had heard of a company, and then said, hey, lemme call you back; I have a meeting at 3:45.THEN, Rachael calls again and said basically, I had my friend from Apex call you and he said you sounded interested. I guess youre just not interested in working with Kforce.NO, IM NOT, PLEASE STOP CALLING ME. Its been borderline harassment, and the fact that you tricked me into answering the phone by GIVING MY PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER away to a stranger makes me never want to work with a recruiter again.Rachael and this random person from Apex have been blocked.Thank u, next.

I worked with Shirley at Kforce and she along with the rest of the team were able to find me a good line of work for me!They are passionate about helping every step of the way from helping build your resume to being there during the interview process and once hired, they check up to make sure youre happy with your position!Now that Ive actually transferred from contract work to being hired full time at my company, Shirley still reaches out to see how Im doing! The staff here is absolutely incredible! My recruiter Kam has been awesome. She helped me get an entry level job in my field and Ive already been permanent in my career for over a year now. Kforce is really hear to help you!

I’m convinced they don’t actually staff they just harass you. Now I’m stuck in this newsletter/email blast from a recruiter. I keep emailing them to remove me off the list, called and left voicemails.... nothing. They are notorious for not answering/returning your phone call. It’s crazy to me. I’m sorry I’ve given this company many chances but the level of unprofessionalism is mind blowing.

Received a message on LinkedIn today from an Ashley Arceneaux from Kforce recruiting for a call center operator position. Honestly, I thought it was a little bit strange. I replied that I was interested. She responded if I had time to speak with her. I said yes. She then requested a good contact number. I gave her my PERSONAL cell phone number and told her to let me know what is a good time to arrange a call. I never did get a response at all. I am not sure if this was a scam or if she was no longer interested in my background. However, if she was no longer interested, it would have been professional to let me know. I would have truly understood and thanked her for the consideration. In the days of scams, I honestly dont think this is best way to recruit qualified candidates more so make them suspicious. I reported this to LinkedIn and blocked her from my profile.

Dont work with this staffing agency. They are unethical and they lie to get you to work with them instead of other agencies. They must be desperate for business, to down other staffing agencies that have better service then them. I tried to call Taylor Hoff many times and my calls were unanswered. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
