I called and spoke with Griscel, and let me tell you.Not only was she very professional and responsive, She went above and beyond the call of duty. A simple inquiry for work transformed into a plethora of vital informational points giving me a entirely new perspective towards the staffing agency market city wide!As a Houston native of 25 yrs (Greatest city in the world) and dealing with Covid-19 world wide pandemic; I was forced to re-enter the staffing agency market place!Once Receiving closer contact to a branch manager near my place I was able to schedule a interview the same day for potential work placement ! I’ve seen all kinds of reviews good and bad! Rest assured GRISCEL of NORTHWEST STAFFMARK does the job well and should be compensated well!! I could go on all day but if your at the point reading this review try it out your self give her a call if you would like to get to work ! People to people she can help . They have done absolutely nothing to help in my job search, I have reached out to them several times only for nothing in return. It has been 3 months and the only thing they have done is offer a job I turned down the first time it was brought up, on 4 separate occasions. I guess if you do not want to be an assembly line worker, do not expect anything from them. I have gone on their website and completed all my paperwork as asked, but every time I express interest in a position they act as though they have never heard of it, have no idea what or where it is, or its another locations position (even though it says at the bottom of the job description which location to contact) and they cant do anything with it. I wish they had not bought out Prostaff, as that was a great company; this one, not so much.

They dont listen to their employees. Its all about money from clients. I was sent to job with no supervisor and they didnt track time I worked. My hours worked were incorrect. I asked about it and Idalia Mendoza said oh well. I had to leave work early one day to get my daughter and the let me go. I explained why I had to leave and they still let me go. I was called months for another position and applied. I was contacted by Idalia Mendoza and because of the first assignment I couldnt be considered. Just horrible.

Easy to find off Frey and easy to locate in strip mall

Very unhelpful. Walked in because the corporate office didnt want to address my issue so they directed me to the office to inquire about my issue. Got to the office and the lady with the black hair, looked into the system and gave me vague info and told me to call the IT number, whom Ive spoke with numerous of times. IT can NOT handle an issue I had because it was a HUMUN RESOURCE/PAYROLL ISSUE. Try working a lil harder and actually assisting others rather than sitting at your desk chit chatting with your coworker smh

Tried to apply here but they dont put you on their roster to place you for their opening positions. They only put you on after you get a specific job applied for. To get in, you have to fill out applications for each place. What would you need the placement agency for? After having worked for a placement agency before, I can say with confidence these ppl dont care. They are just in it for the money.

Unprofessional, I waited in the office to speak with someone about badges and if I was hired. My coworker was seen before me and they informed her that she was hired and to pass along the message to me that I didnt qualify for the job. This should have been discussed with me in person or over the phone instead of waisting my time and gas. They handled it unprofessional. Is this what they do speak to other people about someones status?. They should really keep peoples personal information confidential. Very disappointed.

Crap staffing agency they only get jobs for Goodman manufacturing and youll only make $9 an HR for slaving yourself in the heat. Its not worth it. Not only this they only look out for themselves. Youll only go far if your a female and willing to have sex with the line leads and supervisor once at Goodman.

They do not fight for their employees. They allowed their clients to treat us like slaves. Ill never forget my experience with them.

They make u take useless Computer assessment 30 min, and then a pointed u to shixxy low rate companies. I dont recommend this staffing agency.

Visited this office this evening and was rewarded with a call center job. It doesnt pay much but im thankful and my representative said shed look for somethings for me. Thank You Guys
