π πVisited this Office first time today and had an Awesome Experience. Novella Cooper is simply Amazing, so also Darrell Dotson the Supervisor, and Gabriel Sanusi the Security Officical all kindly attending to People. Novella was very busy attending to People trooping into Workforce Solutions and at the same time helped me search for the form I needed online and printed enough copies for me. This Workforce Family more than made my day. They are very Professional and Responsive. Today I see People actually rendering service to the People. I am So Glad. Ive always come out doing better then going in with the staffs help. With fixing my resume and assisting me with any question needed answering. The operations is keyed on success of the employee.

Iβve had to come back twice due to systems being down. Get here at 8am and end up waiting 2 + hours. When Iβm only returning because of their system failures. I wish I never had to come to this place. My first experience is a horrible experience. Clear your whole day because this location is so unbelievably slow.
Awful place. Expect to wait 2+ hrs to be seen and depending on who you speak with it could be a waste of your time.I did have a good experience with my case worker / rep, Martinez I believe, who really took time to explain things concerning educational resources offered and actually did work to help. Unlike another location where I went for the same reason and was only handed a form and sent away after waiting about an hour. The Stella Link location is just terrible. Ugh.-------Honestly how do they expect people to get help when they arent even informing them how to go about doing it and when they do people have to go through various loops and hassles for tedious things and on top of that have people who work there to help out the community but dont do an effort to help. They only want to go in and out, dislike what they are doing etc. Well get out of there! But some people who work there do actually care and do their best to help out and give the resources needed.They have info online but very basic. Generally you have to go in and speak to someone for more information and forms and again depending on who you see this could be a long process.Are these places funded by government /taxpayers?? If so, there needs to be a serious overhaul starting from the bottom to the top management.It only pisses me off to see this. There are those who need help and assistance in order to improve their lives but how can they do it when the information isnt readily available and accessible. So many go to these centers for help and depending on who they speak to (I cant stress how much this affects a persons perception of these centers) they might rather never go back.Its a disgrace and wasteful process. I would like to see more of what they do.Needs to improve they way they communicate to the community and have that information accessible to all. Also a more streamline process. Why do people have to drive to various places in order to submit a freaking application and thats only the initial step.IDK. I feel bad for most people that seek help here and just arent offered the help they really need. Its sad.

Lazy Lazy Lazy. I came at 11:33 am and Left 1:28. I received no help while there was like 8 booths and 6 booths were open with no clients in it but the works out of the 6 one was on the phone. The rest of the others were doing nothing. And they all were black I am a shamed of how my own skin color treats jobs but it 2k19 this is unacceptable.
Today, I had to wait about 4 hours for Represenative answers my question. That was ridiculous. I will not be back to this location. Extremely bad service. Suck
A damn joke right. Not once have they been able to help me no hireing event no bus card. If i had a job wouldnt need help with a bus card.
Horrible wait time.. I got here at 9... they said I have 11 people ahead of me..its 12:30 and there are still 3 people ahead of me. Bottom line they are working so sloooooow. good thing I have my books with me, so I can study meanwhile...
Everytime I go into this location. I am treated with respect. The staff is always helpful to me. Workers call me consintly with job lead. Im greatful and thankful for the staff at the SW office.
The people at this facility are rude, sarcastic, and very unhelpful. They seem like they dont like their job so they take their anger out on you, I dont recommend this place to anyone

OMG Ive been coming to this location to get a gas card to get to my job about 4 times!! Theres ALWAYS an issue and it seems like they dont want to help you out at all...I dont think they understand the fact that IM DRIVING to come here and WASTING gas because they refuse to give anything out after 3pmSo, Im literally sitting here after 3 hours of waiting, keep in mind that this place is not packed or busy, and Im still not getting any info or nothing.I got here at 12pm and I waited patiently to see someone AGAIN, so when its finally my turn I go into this cubicle to fill out whatever paperwork I have to fill out so the lady LITERALLY tells me to my face that its her job to update whatever its in the account BUT because her co worker just went to lunch shes going to make me do it myself...so I didnt mind and got up to the computer and filled out some info she refused to do. Once Im done I waited for like 30 minutes to see if she could let me know what was going on until I decided that I should interrupt her while shes chit chatting with her concorker and thats when she tells me SHE PUT ME IN THE BACK OF THE LINE!!! So, I didnt argue at all and went back in the line and waiter for about 1 hour extra until my name is called from another very very kind lady whos literally the only good one here her name is Robin Sills, shes the sweetest and most helpful person I could come across with and helped me out a bunch so when she was done she told us to wait a few and gave me some job application so I could fill out while I waited...great customer service! While Im waiting I decided to ask again to see if everything was okay and thats when this REALLY REALLY RUDE LADY NAMED Beth told me to sit down and wait because its a long process which I told her I was already waiting and wanted to make sure I wasnt put into the back of the line one more time THEN Beth replied to me once again with the same information she gave me the first time as if I was stupid so I repeated that I was out in the back of the line earlier so she knew I wasnt rushing anyone but I just wanted to make sure everything is okay and she kept trying to argue with me about taking a seat and wait because its not a slow progress!! I was in shock of the way Beth is treating me at this point!!Beth...just because Im waiting for a $20 gas card doesnt mean Im any less than yourself...just because Im here asking for help doesnt mean you have to treat me not equal because life is full of surprises...you might be in my position in a few years and the roles might reverse SO treat your customers as if you would like to be treated. Learn more from people like Robin, who was extremely understandable and made me feel welcome.
These people are rude and unhelpful. There just there to get a pay check. Its crazy that they look down on the other people thats trying to find work. So unprofessional

I can never make it inside. Its always people hanging around the front door smoking.
The place is horrible,Staff so rude,sarcastic, unhelpful and ill-mannered employees, nobody works in that place they are all walking around the floor losing their time and the supervisor is always flirting and making jokes with their employees, the waiting time is too much because they are drinking coffee or on their cell phones texting and wasting time and wasting time on others.

As always You are an indomitable team here, welcoming and very professional. I had to ask for her name, Nicole Washington, she didnt attend to me directly but her warm welcoming smile was very supportive. I cannot remember a more exemplary office. God Bless You and the Government that set up the Workforce Solutions to serve Peopleπ
