They never have any assignments I been calling them for 3 months all they said is I can put you on the list as available

Dont even waste your time or energy coming up here. I dealt with Constance who lied about the job not being available anymore . Didnt let me know until after 3 hours of going through all the assessments and on board packet. All these women do is smile and lie to your face. Never got an assignment and they are absolutely horrible at communicating with you. If I could rate them zero stars I would.

I wish that I could give LESS than 1 star. After receiving a text message about an assignment, I was called for an interview. I was told that this client they were staffing for wouldnt accept me due to the gaps in my work history (mind you Im in school which they were aware of when I received the text) and dismissed me from the interview. They called me back a few moments after leaving the interview to apologize and offer me a position with the upcoming assignment. Fast forward to receiving payment for services rendered. During this assignment, the employees received several bonuses that took MONTHS for us to receive. Even when we did receive the bonuses, Adecco made it a point to tax the bonus since they didnt include them in our pay. Then the new year rolls around, as it does every new year, and we receive an email stating that we(employees) need to update our W-2 information and have it back to the office by the first of March, but we didnt receive the email until March 4th. So imagine my surprise when I received my check after receiving this email. Much less than it should have been. When this was brought to the attention of Adecco, I was told that there was nothing they would do about it and I wouldnt receive the last bonus that I was to receive. They made it a point to change hours and expected the employees to work the hours without first talking to them to see if they would be able to make it to work or if it worked into their schedules with life and kids. I would definitely NEVER recommend working for Adecco, the communication is horrible and the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. If looking for employment, I implore you to look elsewhere!!!

Adecco offers a great working environment. The personnel at the Wilcrest office are very friendly and they always make sure that employees are comfortable at their assignment site.

I was a little weary of recruiters towards the end of my employment search, but Adecco proved to be one of the good guys. After completing an online application through their website one night, I was contacted by phone the following morning with available job opportunities. I met with Christine, my recruiter once and although the meeting was quick (5-10 minutes), she made me feel comfortable and confident of my abilities and future. She was able to find multiple jobs within my requirements the first week and most importantly, she didnt mind answering my many questions about the position and employer. Within a few weeks a job offer was extended and although I didnt accept it due to another direct hire opportunity, Christine didnt stop fighting for me until the very end. I couldnt ask for a better recruiter experience!and worked with me on many occasions when I had questions and requests about the employer.At first I wasnt sure how hard she was working to help me find employment, but I found out in the end the lack of communication didnt mean she wasnt working hard behind the scenes. She was able to find me multiple jobs within my requirements and a job offer was extended. If youre in the Houston area and youre in the market for a recruiter, I would give Adecco a shot before trying the others.

Totally I have a bad experience with this agency regarding being professional. Register with the company for a most three month and only thing I get back is text msg saying about job opportunities they have. So I replied to a few and get a call back saying they will submit me to client but again not a call back from the agency saying if I have received a interview or not from the client. I think that the employment reps are booking interviews there just to a quoter and really not trying to full employ people. Its a waste of time and I wouldnt attempt to work with this agency again.

I should have written this review early last year but this is by far the most unhelpful staffing agency I have ever worked for .No one in the office can assist with anything and Eboney is never available to do her HR duties. Smh, I would not refer ANYONE to this place .Ughhh

This place is so unprofessional and liars they had people waiting more than three hours to get seen for interviews. They also had a guy who was new and untrained doing our personal information in the computer for applying and setting up our information to get hired when he should of been trained way before hand especially for new hires. Then when they hired us for the call center they decided to wait three weeks later a couple days before training to tell us we’re not hired as Candidates because of Adecco’s Falsified information stating that we work for other companies that does not qualify with their company which wasn’t true and couldn’t give us a good explanation or paperwork stating on where they got the information from and why they waited at the last minute to hire us on when we could’ve got hired at other jobs. Which put alot of people in a three week hole to come up with money and find another job to pay To feed our families and pay our bills. I think that is so sad and terrible that they would say we are how are hired and then deny us. If I were you or anyone out there I would not trust this company with my heart because for someone to dedicate themselves to come and spend the gas coming out there to get hired and then sit in a three hour waiting process because you only have two people working in the office and others that are untrained and doesn’t know what they’re doing then later down the line put the ones who dedicated themselves to come out to get hired then put these people in a binded situation. This company is trash and doesn’t deserve to be in business you guys are unprepared and unprofessional and doesn’t deserve hardworking dedicated workers.

I went to this agency and spend like 3 hours and never got a call back for the next step. horrible staffing, dont waste your time going here.

I worked with adecco for a few months and I was very happy

I went into this office a couple of times and each time they had me doin testing for what i don’t know would say i did so well on tests then never call. Oh but while i was there i did notice how several men walked into the building and left with job offers meanwhile they’re giving the females the run around. I’ll be looking to contact a corporate office about my concerns because apparently i have to be a man to get help from this office

Waste of time. Never got an assignment from them and they are terrible with communication.
