I have been calling this company for a few days. No one will answer. I paid 2500.00 for an engine and they have not sent me a tracking number nor will anyone answer my calls. I expect some type of feedback or communication. My mechanic has been waiting on the engine also. Frustrated. My engine has been delivered. It was apparently lost between Texas and Louisiana. I was told that the company was doing an annual inventory and was closed during the time I was frustrated. I will update my rating after the install. All these negative reviews are qccurate.The lady hung up on me and argued with me. She lied about the shipment,warranty,and engine. I will never deal with them again.
I waited until i had installed my engine and drove it for 6 months. I am very happy with the engine and the service. Motor is running great. It was a 2006 Cadillac sts all wheel drive. A bear of an installation. I read a bunch of reviews before I decided to purchase from them. I looked and 35 reviews over a 3 year period seemed pretty light considering how many units they said they move per month. Im very happy and would recommend.
BEWARE!!! I wish i had read the reviews before making a purchase. i just want to share the bad experience that i had dealing with this company, here we go: Back in October 8, 2020 i have purchased an engine for my 2010 Toyota Camry for $1,190.75 and 30 mins after ive made the purchase i read the the reviews and i have found out how bad the reviews was, i have called immediately and cancelled my order. The lady said that i will receive an email to confirm the cancellation of my oder witch i did.The money wasnt taken out of my account yet but as soon as i cancelled the order, they took the money ( this is when my suspicion started with this company) then i started calling to request my money back, i was told that i will get it after 5 days but that wasnt the case, i kept on calling and calling ( the lady on the phone was very rude) i cannot even remember how many times i have called and they kept on telling me lies after lies.After 3 weeks of trying to get my money back, they started ignoring my phone calls, then whenever i change phone number then they pick up. then i decided to get my bank involved, long story short, During the months of December they have refunded $975 i have called them to find out why they did not refunded the whole amount witch was $1,190.75, the lady was again rude over the phone she said that i was a liar that i already got my money back from the bank that if i call again they number she will notify the police.I have found that very disturbing because all i was doing was trying to get my money back and also she said that the remaining balance went for restocking fees!! What??? i said! then she hanged upon me! I have stoped calling them ever since i kept on calling my bank instead ; on January the 12, 2021 i have received the remaining balance of $275 from my bank.My advice: PEOPLE PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING ANY ONLINE PURCHASES . I had an awful experience dealing with this company, and i dont want anyone to go through what i have been through they really have to improve on their costumer service and deliver what they have promised. i will never buy anything else from this company. not recommended. So regret I read Google reviews about this company after I placed an order. Looked like owner or whoever replied to previous reviewers denied all their faults and sometimes even bumped heads with reviewers. Let me share about my experience of dealing with this company. My manager ordered a motor for 07 Honda Odessey on Jan. 13th 2021. I was told we will receive the part the same week. Waited, no part and started apologizing to my customer. My manager started calling this company to confirm the shipment after Jan. 18th 2021. Everytime, there were excuses like testing parts, almost ready to go or COVID short of hands. Finally I couldnt wait and call this company by myself on Jan. 21st talked to Melissa. I straight asked for owner but Melissa told me she will fix my issue. She apologized and told me they take care their reputation and been tested 2 motors and failed; now they were testing on the 3rd motor. And definitely, COVID short of labor brought up on the table again. I said I understand but please please push for me because I have my customer to take care. She said she will try her best. Our final conversation was Jan. 21 afternoon and Melissa told me the 3rd motor passed the quality test and ready to ship out on Jan. 22. My manager called Melissa on Jan. 22 around noon time and Melissa told him the motor was en route to us. Well right now is 7:30 pm, Jan. 22. Where is my freaking motor!!!!! My shop is at Houston vicinity. There is no way your truck cannot make delivery with an hour or two. Your company truck delivered my part to El Paso TX or New Mexico???? This is the biggest lie Ive ever had with all the vendors and suppliers Ive been dealing on daily basis. Never had a shop or supplier treated me like this before. I cannot believe some shop actually doing business this way. Well, I apologized to my customer again who is suppose going out of town with the vehicle we suppose to fix with the part from this company. I cannot and will not doing business with this company anymore. I am very curious what kind of feedback the owner will response to me for his/her defense this time.

In response to the previous reply I would like to see if there is anyone out there that can tell me where the confirmation number, that was suppose to have been emailed to me, is in the attached email. For the life of me I cant seem to locate it. It took 3 days for me to get this much, but only 1 day for them to take my money. How is the freight company going to contact me? Better yet, What freight company? Ive been in the freight business for over 12 years and this is not how it works. The customer should know exactly what company is delivering the product and at least has a PO number or tracking number to call on. Especially if the customer has to meet the freight driver to pay for shipping. Without a real tracking number it may be 2 months before I get the engine. Because if Im not there to meet the driver then it will be returned to their dock. Please, please read all of the reviews because were all from different parts of the US and everyone has the same and or similar experience. Everyone cant be lying.
I can just say so far I’ve been making payments and they’ve worked with me ALOT this year when i haven’t made a payment I don’t have a lot of money so I really hope I don’t get done wrong as I have 3 children and I really have said nothing but good things about this company to ANYONE I talk to them about, I am scared after reading these but I honestly have faith in them they’ve always been nice to me.
Dont Do it! they sent me not only the wrong engine but also severely damaged one at that. the oil pan was full of water and the crank was rusted.over the phone they tell you, you got a 6 month warranty, but only have 1 month to receive your money back other then that you get store credit.Currently Im looking to contact the owner of the business, because one of the receptionist is no help and will hang up on you. unfortunately I will probably end up taking them to court
Finding the right engine and making the purchase was easy and quick, the pricing was good for the type of engine and coordinating the delivery was just as easy. overall great experience and great communication. the customer service stayed in contact with me from start to finish. they shipped the engine to the repair facility I selected, engine shipped with no problem. the repair facility installed it and it runs like a new engine. highly recommend !
I agree with Arc..Your comments as an owner seem very rude..I know I would not do any business with you...Just seeing the posts you send to your customers..
I purchased a transfer case from this company- they sent the wrong one. They agreed to take it back and send the right one. However, they never told me that they were charging my shop [which had nothing to do with the transaction] for the shipping of the item I purchased AND the shipping to return the wrong item. I never approved shipping, my shop never approved shipping, and this place doesnt answer or return calls. and, my initial purchase was NEVER REFUNDED!!! BUYER BEWAREUPDATE- Now they are claiming it is not them. Yes it is you.... I have the paperwork
Great warranties, and very clean engines. Easy and painless! I also got a huge discount on shipping through FedEx.. helpful staff, and took only 4 days to get my motor! Very, very pleased.
BEWARE!!! If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. Standard business practice is NON EXISTENT here! In fact, this scant rat hole of a business is not a member of the Better Business Bureau...otherwise I would report them there. I am appalled at the absolute absence of professionalism and customer service. The wrong engine was delivered. Upon making this discovery, dozens of attempts to call and rectify the order have been made. These swindlers REFUSE to take back the wrong engine and send the right one. Huh?? After the verbal mistreatment from dozens of calls, I began to research this business. Unfortunately, I am not alone in this, as I have now discovered similar reviews. This seems to be a small-time, over their heads operation. There is only one woman who answers the phone...she is an illegitimate, rude, berating, pompous, unprofessional, fluke of a receptionist. I seriously hope she doesnt actually carry more responsibilities than answering the phone. She has verbally vomited insults and expletives to myself, my mechanic, and others that I have had tried to call and come to terms with her. Meanwhile, there was a child that could be heard in the background as she verbally assaulted us....US, the customer, who has been wronged! What?! This company should be ashamed of themselves, their conduct, and ratchet business practice. DO NOT PATRON THIS BUSINESS!
Been going back and forth with this company for two weeks ...still dont have a tracking number wish I would have read the reviews first....going to call and cancel first thing in the morningI placed my order August 16Stop with story telling. Customer Service (so far the same incredibly rude, unprofessional, insulting old woman) is absolutely laughable and bordering on the criminal.Honestly, your petty and dismissive responses to the genuine grievances of your customers here in these reviews speaks volumes to your lack of professionalism and only adds to the consistency of how your business handles itself with the public. Im sure the screenshots will do wonder for your character.After failing to honor warranty and repeatedly harassing anyone attempting to contact your company, we are now pursuing a criminal investigation.
I have not dealt with these people, I just want to thank all the people for posting there experience with these people and for probably saving me a bunch of headaches,, Im sorry that you guys had to find out the hard way and I believe with that many negative reviews these people are not lying,as for this business you just lost a potential customer and if you plan to stay in business you probably need to tighten up the ship people do read the reviews.
Do not do business with these people, they are liars and thieves, sold me a blown engine and sent two more broken ones over four months. They have no manners or the ability to be honest .they stole 2700 and I wasted 3000 in mechanic fees to have no engine, they do not test them or warranty them one bit .

Negative! Negative! Negative! .. The lady tells me that my warranty was up one Month due date of purchase. . Yes I purchased a motor June 5 2015. And didnt have the engine installed until May of this Year.. only to find out IT WAS THE WRONG ENGINE!!!!. and then Im told Im at fault because I didnt have the engine installed when I received it! .. then I call to let them know it was the wrong one .. first they tell me its the right one .. I said could you please call the certified mechanic and tell them its the right one... so move on... I call may 22. And the lady tells me my warranty is past due .. um no its not even JUNE! . IVE Kept every email .. phone calls ect. Ripped off of 1,895$ . And know Im told its 3 months past the warranty .. um Ive been sending THEM emails since may 23rd!
The lady who runs this company is about as mean and nasty as they come but only after they have your money and send you a screwed up POS part 2 months late. Evil 666 stay away at all costs, Im just glad I used a credit card and could do a charge back.... Dont even deserve the 1 star. They take your money in 1 day 2300, but never give u a tracking number just like the reviews say. Its been 4 days now. Anyone would call everyday if u dont get an email or tracking number within 24 hours. Im in the LTL business ABF FREIGHT for 12 YEARS, so stop telling me it shipped. It did not so just refund me my 2300.
Will try to convince you that your Mechanic is the reason Their DOA Engine doesnt work. Then, when that fails, theyll lie to you and your Bank. Whatever it takes to keep your money and leave you stuck with a DOA, USELESS ENGINE!
I was contacted by them to do a warranty on one of there engines and they had Fed Ex send me the shipping bill for $1700. When all I was doing was warranting a engine for a customer of theirs. Now Im stuck with this Fed ex bill. The worse company I have ever done business with.

This is by far the worst place Ive ever done business at. Ive spent well over 1400 dollars for a motor that they wont honor after they say it has warranty the motor when I got it didnt want to turn I sprayed it to get it to get it turn. Once I got it I fired it up the engine had no oil pressure so I sent the engine back asked them to check everything cuz I couldnt get and oil pressure. They said they tested it and put a new oil pump on it and sent it back I then installed it and it locked up It had 3 spun bearings I believe that they did not test it properly the way they say they did. I sent the motor back and even though the motor is under warranty they wont honor it I purchased off Amazon and now Im dealing with people who are not local and every time I call to speak with a manager Melissa or Nicky wont give me a managers name. They have been very rude this whole time. I dont understand why they wont honor the warranty for a motor that they did not test properly before returning it to me. Still cant get a hold of a manager or get anyone to answer my calls from this company. I would no longer be doing business with them an Im going to be filing a claim with the Bbb.
Melissa & the staff here were very helpful when I was looking for a new motor for my Nissan. They also come with a year warranty unlike most places that only cover 30 days.

Dont buy from these people they dont say that you have to replace all the engine gaskets and oil pan seal and that is substantially more than what seems to be a good engine price.. Go elsewhere !!!!!

Awful, horrible, unprofessional, ignorant customer service. I was charged more than I was quoted despite asking twice what the charge included. I called and tried to talk to someone about the charges and she proceeded to yell and scream at me, called me a liar, and hung up on me. Reporting them to the BBB.
