Called these people for a tow and got quoted $500. I originally was going to get the mechanical work done at their shop but after close review, I decided to go to the actual International dealership instead. (My truck is a box truck made by International) Lissbett Bonilla (who is the original lady I spoke with about pricing) calls me back a little disturbed it seemed and stated that the price that was quoted is only a discounted price that they offer to their customers. But since I am now going to take my truck to the International dealership, the price has changed. She said the price for towing (which, mind you, the dealership was actually closer than their actual shop) is now $800!!!! Then, get this, she even charged me to CHARGE MY CARD! $15 extra dollars!! So the price of towing went from $500 to a whopping $815!!! And was very rude about it. Made me take a picture of my drivers license and my credit card through text and had me send my billing info since the address was different on my id. So here they have all this sensitive information of mine in a text thread and they never even emailed me my receipt! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING! They have not one good review and I see why. Stay away from this company!

Just look the Receipts parts and labor 8500$ to change your clutch and actuator...guys don’t Believe this shop they told me the truck will be ready next day and it take five days you can see it on there Receipts the days... yes they were quick to bring down the parts so they don’t let you go away from the shop I have to call the police on them they don’t except card check debit nothing just a cashiers check... I highlighted it because for my company privacy this place needs to get close... it’s not true they working 24/7 they work 24 seven to rip you off bot the shop Hours is 8am to 6pm... Terrible. Took forever to come tow me, saying it would be 45 minutes, ended up being 2 hrs . then their 24/7 hr service bay is in a dirt lot full of pot holes and they overcharged on which should have been no more than a 2 hr service job to replace/repair the air lines to brake chamber. They didnt have parts and had to go requisition them in the neighborhood some way. Terrible place go to legit business. These guys are ripoffs.

Took my rig there, they did nothing for 17 hrs, when I tried to leave, they blocked me in, and said I had to pay the repair bill first. Said they made repairs, but never did. I know this because I was there the whole time, only left to go get food once. Thinking they may have done repairs while I was gone for 45 mins. I reluctantly paid $1000 bill. Truck didn’t make it 200 feet out of their gate. Took the truck to a highly recommended shop, who verified the work they claimed to have done was not. STAY AWAY!!!

Dropped off truck to change out a specific sensor( I even showed them) on a Friday afternoon. When I showed up on Monday to pick up truck as agreed( fixed or not) I found out they were changing out fuel filter and antifreeze level sensor. I had a starting engine problem( electrical work) but instead they wanted to fix other stuff that I didnt even authorize nor asked for them to do so. They wanted to charge me 1400.00 for the work and didnt even change the sensor no even try to. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. I should of read reviews first. Police were called by me as they were not letting me, my gf, and 3 other customers leave as they were blocking the entrance preventing me of taking my truck. Ended up taking the truck with out me paying thanks to the police as they knew they were ripping me off. They also agreed this is a ripoff place as all their reviews are about that. DONT GO HERE AND DONT SIGN ANY PAPERWORK WHEN YOU DROP OFF THE TRUCK.

DO NOT EVEN GO NEAR THESE GUYS.My driver went there by accident as he confused the addresses i had texted him. As soon as he pulled in, the blocked his truck in with another truck and pulled the valve cover off.(without my permission). When I asked them to seize repairs, they kept the truck overnight and all day next day and charged me $1500 diagnostic fee.. Not even the dealership charges that much for a 30min job...The lady is extremely unprofessional and held my driver for another day even after I said I would pay if she sent me an invoice..she still didn’t. If I could give them a zero rating, I sure would.I am suing them..

THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BIGGEST CROOKS IVE EVER MET, my truck broke down on the side of the road, so I had it towed in there (31 miles) not knowing anything about this shop, my truck had a short on a wire that had rubbed on the motor, and burned out a fuse, I had the truck towed in there Friday night, was told it was going to be ready Sunday morning, was only ready Monday just before lunch, my bill was $5,118.75 for running diagnostics, & moving the wire and covering it up and replacing the fuse & the tow job, I like the mechanic, he was nice and did a good job, but the place needs to be burned down!!!

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I’ve had in my 21 years of driving. They dropped me off at the hotel after I left my truck with them. Absolutely no communication, horrible customer service. The lady in the “office” was as rude as can be. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s a scam. Truck broke down and i called DC Diesel. They charge $400 for a minimum of two hours. Mechanic arrived 3 hours later, no uniform and seems not to know who they’re working for. The supposed owner stay at home and call friends or other diesel mechanic to come service . They don’t have no equipment, no computer and no knowledge about semi trucks. When they arrived, they spent 10 minutes and told the driver that the problem is in the engin and that’s why the engin light is on and they will need to use a computer to find the problem and for that, i have to tow it to the shop. When i refused to pay for coming and telling me something i already know, the lady (Boss, that’s how they call her) started texting me and using profanity words. They only take cash. If you want to pay with debit or cc, they Charge an extra 5% and ask you to take a picture of your card and text it to her phone. What kind of business can’t process payment over the phone or on site?? I am reporting them to the better business bureau on Monday and urge anyone who may think using their service to stay away, unless they want to be robbed. Please read all the reviews and you will know that these place is a total joke.

We will never use this company. They werent able to figure nothing out in the truck. They wanted to charge us all this money and threaten to call the police on us. A year ago this people ripped me off completely on an EFS contamination!!! Charged my insurance 20,000 dollars, you read right, and bleu my engine that had to be complete rebuilt at Peterbuild less than a mile away from them. Stole my reefer and that Liz dispatcher is a con artist as well as her so called husband. DO NOT USE THEM!!! And if they answer this post I will publish all my records to show they are scammers!!!!!

They worked on my truck, and did unnecessary repairs. Charged way more hrs than job took. Stay away. Not professional. Operates similar to drug laundering store front. If I could give them a 0 star I would. Short comment, dishonest and a total rip off and would never use them again I would rather tow my truck to another city. If you want the fool story read the long story. My truck broke down at night because truck would not come out 2nd gear, called DC Diesel and said that they would send a mechanic, once arrived they said that the truck would need to be towed to the yard to fix the issue. They offered to take the driver to a hotel which I tough it was great but I monitor the GPS and saw the truck on the freeway at 65 mph. The next day they told me that most likely the clutch would need to be replaced and they were working on the truck. My driver arrived and he told me that the truck was not been worked on and we kept waiting. Finally around 5 pm I asked the driver to take the truck to another shop near by and if we needed to tow it we could. Immediately I got a call from a mechanic saying that the issue was just with a cable that needed to be plugged back in and will start working just fine (he said that he worked all night on it and left that cable unplugged) cable was plugged in and was back on the road. I ended up paying around 2000.00 including a 300.00 towing charge (I told them that they did not towed the truck and the lady told me that they have cameras and they could send me pictures, I asked for the pictures and never were sent), 175.00 for using a computer for troubleshooting, 350.00 for programming the computer. Once it arrived in town I took the truck to a shop and the mechanic said that the computer was never reprogrammed. The only issue he saw was a low voltage warning that could be cause by a loose cable that was not sending power to the transmission computer and that could have caused the gear to lock up and once it got power again the gear unlocked and have not had a problem with the clutch or transmission.

Not impressed. Yard cluttered. Told my Boss and Boss said leave.

Do NOT recommend this business whatsoever! Very unprofessional and deceiving business! Had a road call service for a water leak, turns out to be a radiator hose and clamp, was charged $730 parts and labor!!! Ridiculous. I work for a heavy duty diesel mechanic shop and we wouldve never charged nowhere near that! Worst part, lady in the office (so called owner) told my driver and truck owner that she called me and gave a diagnoses and price and that I gave authorization for repairs, which was NOT true, I was never informed of repairs needed nor the cost for it! I really hate even having to give this company one star.... Horrible service, hidden fees, and a rude and dishonest dispatcher. They charge a 30% mark up on parts if they purchase for you and $150 an hour on labor so you better believe they are going to run the meter... I paid$450 in labor for a 45 minute repair job and a 30% mark up on an air dryer that normally would cost $565 with core exchange... I wouldnt refer this company to my worst enemy !! Most definitely will not be using this service again...

Broke down. Got charged 5,000 dollars to clean fuel tank. Still didn’t fix the problem, wound up driving the truck home 500 miles away on one tank. Cost a whole 100 bucks to fix the actual problem when I got it back home.

My truck broke down at 3am in the morning . I called D C Diesel and they came to assist me in less than 1 hour and got me back rolling promptly. Very honest, caring, and affordable service. Liz the dispatcher was very helpful from beginning to end. Highly recommend them. The mechanic target the problem my truck had where other shops were unable to find . I am very please with my experience with D & C Team,!!!

Scum! A customer tried to warn me but I didn’t listen. The lady seemed so nice. She charged me double the price the repair should have cost. I had to tell the mechanic what was wrong. Never felt so ripped off. There are other mechanics in the area....use them instead.

My friend took his truck there and they charged him 1700.00 and his truck is still doing the same thing I would not recommend them to anyone, they never called like they said they would, just a very bad experience all around.. I called them for road service thinking my starter on truck went out. They came in less than 30 minutes and technician fixed a wire causing electrical shortage. Very happy with service, very honest and reasonable cost roadside assistance for my truck. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

After $2500 the truck was still not repaired and we had to pay extra for the trailer the truck was pulling. Our brand new batteries were stolen off the truck and so was our inverter. The dragon lady was friendly and flirty with my husband until he told me he wasn’t comfortable and asked me to come with him ( He was invited to bring a part to her home and not the shop) . Wonderful place to get all your truck and trailer repairs at a competitive and affordable price . I had an air leak on my truck that threw shops could not find, D & C found the problem on my truck and fully repaired it . I was given a quote on other shops for 3K and with D & C it only cost half of that and don’t have anymore problems on my truck . The owner is very helpful and communicated with me each step to take to resolve the problem on my truck . The mechanic are very knowledgeable and worked on my truck same day till very late at night to ensure I could deliver my load next morning . I will definitely use them again and keep them for all my preventive and manteniece needs . Loved the service and am very happy with them

The Worst Place. If you want to get screwed up like us use their service. Do not use their towing or repair with them. I called and asked for our truck to be towed to their place and they said they have their towing and it would cost me $650 to tow it to their shop as my guy was only 8 miles away. Then charged me $1000 for that, Said $650 was just estimate They changed our Water pump on a truck for $3000 even though it could cost you only $1000 anywhere else. They just tell you the labor is $100 an hour but charge you $300 per hour. I will report them to DOT also. . RIP OFF PLACE. There are a lot of good shops around. Use them instead of this place.

How can such SCAMMERS pretending to be Repair shops be regulated/controlled? They are taking away hard earned money from truckers. There are several shops and towing companies across the country doing the same scams which I have experienced severally. This is outright illegal .I think it’s high time truckers start signing repair contracts/agreements before any repairs are done on truck to avoid such scams.This place should be shut down.

Aug 5 2019 I was towed to her shop was charged triple the price the owner told me 400 for a tow then uped to 600 saying we never talked about a price..very rude the whole experience ..she charge for finding my own parts it took 45 minutes to repair my truck she charged me 3 hours I bought my own parts she still charged me almost $1200. Blocked my truck in ..held my truck hostage please stay away from this place... especially if youre black or not hispanic. I call this guys for cooling leak on my truck today. The mechanic come and spend 20 minutes to figure out what the problem is. He told me, he is going to get the part and will take him about 40 minutes round trip. I waited for him to show up for almost three hours. Then he come back with parts he had at his shop, spend another 30 minutes to seal the leak. His boss called and asked me to pay$1100.00, even thought they only spend less than one hours on the truck, and three hours to get the part. They are very dishonest and greedy people. I am very disappointed as hard working person, and been rip off by this company. Please please learn from my mistakes calling this road side assistance company.

My driver got into an accident on January 1st 2019 Just before that on December 21st I fixed my transmission (clutch) by this business which costed me $6500. I decided to give them more business and take this insurance claim to them. The business owner Liz told me she wont charge me for towing and will get my truck to their shop for free because I’m giving her the business. She then went to “recover” my truck from Schulenburg, TX 78956 to her business in HOUSTON,TX 77013. This was about a 120 mile tow. She finished fixing my truck after 4 months and sent her final supplement to the insurance for about $20,561. The insurance is only paying $16,321. The reason the difference is so much is because now she wants to charge me $5000 for a 120 mile tow, she thought she can submit that to the insurance and they will cover it. The insurance said we wont cover or pay for a 120 mile tow for $5,000. She sent in her final supplement and is getting paid for everything but that. I was never told about a $5,000 tow bill, and due to this, she wont realse my truck until I pay her completely. She also keeps teling me shes out of the office everyday, or out of the country and can do nothing to help me. I kept trying to get in contact with her to pay the extra $5000 she ends up blocking my number and I had to keep calling with fake numbers to get in touch with this lady. At this point she is almost as if sabotaging my business, holding my truck until I pay the remainder amount of $5,000 when I was told my tow will be covered due to me giving her more business. At the end of it all she gave me a $2500 discount which was basically $1500 covering the tow because the rest was my deductable which she also promised to cover. Not to mention, she made us wait 10 days in Houston until a few money orders cleared which really takes 2-3 days at most. This lady is the biggest liar, they will never provide receipts of the parts repaired, they are a scam! Everytime you call you can hear people going off on them and their workers in the back. Please do yourself a favor and dont take your truck or give this demon lady any business because she will upcharge you and sabotage your business completely. Before giving this shop any business look at all the reviews because all of it is true. Liz Bonilla also writes fake reviews with her own name on this business. Someone needs to take these people out of business, please dont ever take your trucks or let these people handle anything. These people are SHADY, use somebody else! Asked for info needed to get reimbursed for services, and never got a response. THE NEXT DAY CAME AND WENT TRUCK WAS NOT DONE. THEN THE REAL CRAZY PART COMES THE FINAL BILL $5500 FOR THE CLUTCH I ALL MOST FELL OUT OF MY CHAIR. PART 3 WILL BE EVEN BETTER!!!

Last week My truck broke down and I called service. The guys from this shop came for help. They came and checked my truck and Actually Its seemed the guys know nothing. Even they could find what was problem with my truck. After some time they didnt do nothing and asked 545$ bill for hiring service. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NEVER CALL THIS TRUCK SHOP SERVICE. MOST BAD SERVICE IN TEXAS AREA !!!

Had a blow out they came out and replaced the tire service was good they knocked it out quick but charged over double for the tire. Ended up being 2,000 for 1 tire replacement during the middle of the day. Dont use them if all you need is a tire

Complete rip off, stay away and take them to court!!! They dont know what they are doing and dont take responsibility for their actions. They replace turbo give 9k bill not making sure system is clean. See you in court, you should get so many cases so you get out off business, as you are bad apple of the industry.

This place is awesome. Wasnt sure what to expect when I arrived however before I got here was told oil pan plug was over torqued and I would need a new pan NOT THE CASE HERE!!!! they got plug out no damage to pan complete pm service which includes brake adjustment also had leaking return tube from turbo which they identified the problem let me borrow there company vehicle to run to Freightliner and get part myself no up charge btw and they completed job. Mechanic stayed in communication with me whole way thru and everyone was awesomeHIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL OWNER OPS!!!!!Great place oh btw did I mention all of this at a very reasonable cost old school shop with old school values excellent place

RIP OFF ALEART$800 for a 10 mile tow. Tow driver worked on his truck an hour when he got there. Then charged me 3 hours @ $150 labor for a job that took only 1 hour and shade tree Mechanics

SCAM COMPANY TOLD ME $800.00 TO FIX MY CLUTCH SENT ME A BILL FOR $2700. They also said rear main seal was leaking and wanted to charge me I said send me pictures. They sent pictures from a different transmission! CROOKS!!!!!!

The worst place to go do mechanics in Texas, I came with my truck, the price is much more expensive than the dealer, they charge you 30% to buy each piece plus the labor, the mechanics are very slow and without any experience, I had to pay tools of mine to finish the job. They tell you that your truck will be at an hour and they lie to you when they want to. And they never came to the workshop to show their faces, if you break the last place to call is this I tell them so that the misfortune that happened to me does not happen, their names are Walter and lizy the owner is lizy the other does not know where he is stopped because he doesnt even show his face
