Their website says they open at 7am which isnt true. They have 4 different tier of delivery times listed which also isnt true. They said they can only guarantee delivery by the end of the day even though the site says they have 1hr, 2hr, 3hr, and 4hr turnaround times. Very disappointed. I needed to get something important to someone before their flight left. I found them online and thought they would solve the problem and they couldnt.

Simply awesome. I ordered at 3pm from downtown and received my package from the far Southside of town before 5pm. However they do what they do, they do it well.
