Should be ZERO stars! The tracking says my package was delivered on Sunday at 9:20pm; however the address that they claim to have delivered to doesn’t exist. Called and customer service acted like I was being unreasonable because I wanted to know where they actually delivered to and if someone signed for it. Gave me the total run around. Then the rep told me to contact the shipper. What good would that do? They didn’t deliver the package. Finally she gives an address that’s 22 miles away! Stating that’s where it was last scanned at. Why would MY package be scanned at a random address. Nothing makes sense. This company is bootleg! Avoid these folks at all costs, unless you like being ROBBED!UPDATE- Their response is asking for the tracking info so they can investigate; however I’ve already provided the tracking info and they didn’t do anything. Don’t be fooled by their responses; they’re not researching anything! Just trying to save face.
Disgusting service. I bought a resale pallet and clearly indicated that it was being delivered to a residence. Not only did they reschedule twice, but when the finally showed up they REFUSED to turn down my street because the truck wouldnt fit and rescheduled me again for 2 days later so they could bring a smaller truck. My shipment was also completely smashed and I have pictures of what the pallet looked like before shipping. The person I talked to was of course rude and couldnt care less that they were costing me money by not delivering my merchandise. Will NEVER let them be responsible for another one of my shipments!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst freight company I have ever used. They showed my $2700 freight out for delivery on 08/13, waited till 8pm with no phone call or nothing. Checked the website and it then showed it back at their terminal at 4:58pm and at 8:16pm the website said they would deliver the next business day. Monday, by 1230 have not heard from them, so I call. The lady tells me it is still in the trailer and has not been loaded on a bobtail, but she will schedule it for Wednesday 18th between 3-5pm. We wait and by 530pm Wednesday, I got nothing.... no call, no shipment. I call them Wednesday at 530, they tell me that they dont know why it hasnt been delivered, but that my order is STILL in the trailer and that the dock supervisor has left for the day and she cannot tell me when it will be re-scheduled. So I ask for the dock managers name and direct extension. I call him on Friday, because again, I have not received any calls or shipments.He proceeds to tell me that they cannot get a tractor trailer into our facility and that they did not know it needed a bobtail to deliver. I explained that we regularly receive tractor trailer shipments at this industrial complex and that is not an issue. He then says they will deliver on Monday 23rd between 3-5pm. Takes my cell number and says the driver will call me on Monday. An hour later (still Friday afternoon around 4pm) I get a call from a driver who identifies himself and says he is at our shop and no one is there. My wife races up there to find out there is only one box in his truck, but the ticket says 3 boxes. He says I dont know, this is all they sent me with.Now its Monday at 530pm and no call, no shipment. I call the terminal and no one is available to take my call.Word to the wise, if you use this freight company, be prepared to never get your stuff or if you do, consider yourself lucky.
By far the worst transportation service I have ever encountered. Their staff is rude, their service is never on time, and the experience overall couldn’t have been worse. They also employ the rudest human I’ve ever met, named Joe, to be their money enforcer who threatens people personally. And before the owner responds with “apologies, this is not a normal experience”, yes it is as every review on this page is the same exact experience. Don’t use TForce for anything, you might as well not ship your product
Don’t use. They have taken over UPS freight and it’s a disaster. You pay for a BOL on the website for ups, and T force shows up demanding money or they won’t pick up. Do not attempt to use ups frieght anymore if you don’t want a shake down and pay twice.
This is for T Force (UPS) Freight as a whole, not just Houston. Ive had so many horrible experiences trying to ship through them. Unfortunately some companies only work with them. If you value your sanity, try your best to ship with anyone else.
They shipped me all of my stuff LATE and BROKEN. I tried connecting with representatives for help resolving this and all I could get from them is that there are bumps and potholes that couldve caused this. They did not care nor they did want to help. I had to dispute this and get my money back. They say trust them once shame on them and then trust them twice shame on yourself. I definitely learned the hard way.
I have a shipment that was delivered to the wrong location more than 7 days ago. I have spoken to these folks on numerous occasions attempting to get a status on my shipment. Today Im told by the local dispatch that it was my fault that they delivered my shipment to the wrong address which is horrible customer service, they wont even admit that they failed. A professional organization is something that they definitely arent. They allowed a gentleman to sign for more than 2 thousands dollars worth of supplies that didnt belong to him and they choose not to correct the problem. My plan is to speak with any and everyone to make sure that this doesnt happen to anyone else.
The low quality of service I experienced with this company was of such poor standards that my first suspicion was that it was a scam. Twice already I have experienced financial losses due to the utter incompetence of this carrier in fulfilling basic business practices, and the organizations frivolous negligence in operations. Losses associated in regards to delays in personal lines of business as a result of Tforces lax adherence to delivery date expectations numbers in the tens of thousands, with destruction of cargo numbering losses of $15,000. What can only be imagined to go wrong in a carrier is a reality with this company. I have experienced it all with them. Week long delays of a shipment of display cases were delivered a total loss of $6,000 causing a delay in running my business for multiple weeks and the replacement shipment was declared missing after the tracking status, as verified by representatives of the company, claims the shipment arrived at 3 Tforce service centers, New York, Dallas, and Houston, before is was declared missing.I am never buying from a vendor utilizing UPS Freight or TForce Freight ever again!I attempted to speak to managers at each port but was only sent to voice mail. I tried in mornings and afternoon but I was never connected to a manager. Several attempts were needed to connect with a representative and their assistance is limited to reading the tracking information online. The claims departments could not be reached at any city I called and there was no urgency to answer phones. I have an investigation opened and the only notes in the case is what I figured out from speaking to the representatives when I was lucky to connect! I tried EVERYTHING and nothing works with this company. I have still not received any of the store fixtures I ordered so I will have to spend more elsewhere more reliable like FedEx.Avoid at ALL costs!!
So far not so good I called the company I bought my purchase through, they told me who they shipped it through so I called Tforce. Was told from them they had been trying to contact me to schedule a delivery....no phone call was on my phone from that number anywhere!! Whatever, so I schedule the delivery for today 3-5 pm Sept. 2nd, 6pm rolls around no delivery ugghhh. I call them to see what is going on only to be transferred 6 times, then to be hung up on the last time before they picked up. Called again they cant find my package, sent me directly to what sounded like the warehouse, the man who answered had no clue what was going on and said it couldnt be delivered till tomorrow, but also probably not cause one package is still in Pheonix while I am in Houston....mind you it is only one package. This place is a joke so I still dont know when I will receive my 1,000.00$ package or even where it is at.
I dont even think they deserve one star! Too bad you cant take away a star. This company is being used by Office Depot and we were supposed to receive our package on May 12th. I have called every day and every day I am promised that they will deliver our package, but never do. I honestly do not know what else to do.

Item was not delivered on scheduled date after I waited around all day for delivery. Now the tracking information has been updated with no estimated delivery date. I intend to cancel this order with Office Depot and reorder the same item from Staples. Office Depot should not use a logistics company such as this one, and I will no longer do business with Office Depot as a result.
Poor standards in delivering and serving customers. Package was over 4 days late and remained undelivered without any notice and upon investigation, the packages were deemed non reparable after suffering over $5,000 in damages
They gave me an estimated delivery date of a thursday, didn’t deliver on that day saying they “ran out of time” and didn’t update the tracking status for 5 days. They said they’d try again on the following wednesday, which is SIX days after it was supposed to be delivered, and still didn’t deliver it. This is all for a package that has an origin and destination only about 30 miles apart within the same city. The only reason I’m even dealing with TForce is because (like many others who also had bad experiences) I bought from office depot which uses TForce for deliveries. Easily the worst courier experience I’ve ever had. You’re much better off with any other company.

Zero for this company. Lost package was marked as delivered at the same address of our house, but they marked delivered at Desk I live in a house for Gods sake, we have cameras and nobody from TForce came to deliver anything. TForce has my monitor, they claimed to delivered it at the wrong place. They run around telling us they will have their driver call me and its bee days me trying to get my package. They just lie. They cant even locate the driver that had that route on that day. Im a Supply Chain professional, and I can tell you all that it is wrong. Since Office Depot uses them, I will not buy from OD anymore either.

I ordered a series of packages from Office Depot. The first round of packages were to be delivered on 6/19/2020. The only package that arrived was a chair, and that was a day earlier than I expected. I asked the delivery driver (who showed up fussing on his mobile phone with his girlfriend; and I have camera footage) where was the desk? He said, “I don’t know, shrugged his shoulders and left.) Fine, you were a day early.The next day, I’m waiting for my package to arrive. It was due to arrive by 5:30pm. At 5:30 it wasn’t here. I have worked from home for over 4 years. I have a HUGE solid wood executive desk that I was replacing. I had 4 men to come and remove and dismantle the desk because I knew my desk would arrive. It didn’t. I received an email at 5:45 stating that their delivery truck broke down and it would be delivered on 6/22/2020. By this time, I’m LIVID! I already had my desk removed. I’m sitting on the floor with two computers for work, my personal computer and everything because I work on Sundays. They didn’t care.Monday... I call. I was told it would be guaranteed delivery by 8:00pm. Today is 6/24/2020 and I still have yet to receive my order. I’m getting excuses after excuses. I called today and was told by their floor supervisor, Adam that my package would be delivered by 8pm today. What? You’ve missed two guaranteed deliveries and now you want me to believe in your company? NO! Customer service means making sure my package is expedited and delivered FIRST since you missed two guaranteed delivery dates. Evidently, that is too much to ask for.Going forward, I refuse to shop at any company that utilizes TForce as their delivery company.
They and office depot told me my return was to be picked up on October 1st and it’s October 7th and they havnt come had me waiting at my home waiting for them to show up!! Promising it would come tomorrow, tomorrow, never shows up call them and they say the reason they can’t come is because it’s already 5!!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS

Lost package was marked as delivered to the front door. Tforce said if I cant find it the package was stolen. Camera footage shows no one came by. Told TForce about my camera and they still said it was delivered and stolen. How does that make sense? How can something get stolen that was never delivered?
We use this service for our company (not by choice) and up until recently, we had no issues with scheduling future call tags. Now, the delivery service they use in our area ALWAYS shows up early and the delivery ends up being a dry run and has to be rescheduled, costing us double. I have sent inquiries about these dry runs, but after 2 months, still have no received a response from the 1st of 6 since then.

They lie, especially the call center in Dallas. Why Office Depot uses them, I do not know. But Ill never use Office Depot again -- Staples full steam ahead for office supplies. If any company wants to lose customers, then use TForce
