I loved living here. Jess and the rest of the staff are always cheerful and helpful no matter what you need. The building itself is very nice and all the amenities are seemingly brand new. Its also a great location in Houston.. it feels like every neighborhood is within less than a 10 minute drive and the Bayou trails are within walking distance.

Me and my husband moved to Alta west gray back in May, 2021 and it has been AMAZING. We love the location near downtown and that is a small complex. My favorite part are the halls, beautiful, very nice design with air conditioning and always clean. Leasing and manteinance staff are the best, very efficient and nice. I love my home right now 👌🏼

I have visited this property as a guest several times in the past several months. I am always impressed with how well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing the property is. The staff members I have encountered are friendly and professional. When I have seen them around the property, they are positively engaged with residents and guests.

I visited this property on Monday and it was amazing Jessica gave me a tour of the most beautiful model. The property is very well kept and they all have great customer service. I have completed my application and we are so ready to move in.

The property location and the amenities are to die for! Not to mention how amazing the staff is. Jess was really hands on with coordinating the tour as well as the dates we were interested in. I recently spoke to one of the ladies on the phone, Jess, and she was super helpful and friendly. My move in date isnt until early next year but I will definitely be back to this property because the photos and online tours were enough to convenience me that this is where I want to live so I cant wait to stop by the community to fall even more in love!

I toured this property and immediately feel in love with the staff and the apartment. The professionalism, and oh how well groomed they were. The place was really clean !! They didnt have the apartment i was looking for so i had to lease some where else. Its all good vibes i would move here not only because the community is really nice but, the staff seems to be Amazing.

From the second I saw the property I thought it was absolutely amazing. The staff was even better! As soon as I walked in Mrs Ciera had a huge smile on her face and was ready to help! Not that I needed much convincing based on what I was experiencing but the help and reassurance I received just put it over the top and I will surely be signing my next lease there !

This is such a great community to live in. Its small enough to feel cozy, and have the property managers be attentive to your needs, yet large enough to possess all of the proper amenities and security. The common areas are kept clean, the pool is tended to daily, and maintenance is responsive. For example, they kindly and quickly replaced my range when the oven on my old one stopped working. Location (Midtown) is also unbeatable. One thing that could improve is the elevator performance, but they are quick to respond when one of them is down.

Today i toured the proper and I must say, it was kind of love at first sight. But what made the tour better was being assisted by Torey. He was amazing! Knew a lot about the property and was just profession from start to finish. Great experience!

I always drive past this apartment building because I live in the same area. Yesterday I decided to do a quick tour..Let’s just say I fell in love with everything about this complex. From the incredible service I received from Torey and Ciera to the beautiful ambiance inside the buildings..I easily fell in love and will be leasing with them when my current one is over.

Beautiful property! As a current resident of EaDo, I knew that I wanted to stay nearby where I’m familiar with local spots and easy breezy accessibility. I had the chance to tour with Torey, and he was nothing short of amazing! He was very kind and knowledgeable about the property and area. I’ve lived here for 8 months so far, the amenities are very nice, and so are the staff. The apartment is positioned in the ideal location for Houston nightlife, bars, food, etc. One of the best apartment complexes in the Montrose area in my opinion, I have recommended it to quite a few friends as well.

Literally 5/5.I had a friend who lived here so i kind of had an idea of the quality and professionalism. My experience moving in was nothing less. My leasing coordinator was very helpful and was very thorough with information, tours and answering all of my questions in the process. The rest of the staff are equally as helpful and amazing. I felt welcomed, I knew what to expect and i am SO SO SO excited to call this place home. You cannot beat it here. There is location, amenities and all around good community that i feel safe in.

I’ve been living at Alta West Gray for 2 years now and the new office team is honestly the best I’ve ever had at any apartment. They’re very attentive and make it a point to make the residents feel like they are actually at home, not just renting a space. Ciera and Jess make you feel like family every time I walk in the office. The maintenance crew is very responsive and they get the job done the first time. The amenities are great and the space is always clean. I would Recommend anyone renting at Alta.

Moved here a couple of weeks ago and its been an enjoyable experience so far! Community is nice, quiet and clean and also very comfortably located in the happening Montrose/Midtown region. Restaurants, bars and parks/trails are all close by for residents to enjoy. Drew, Jess and Sierra from the office staff are also very helpful, responsive and accommodating and they make a great team!

My better half and I just did a tour with Jess yesterday. She was awesome! She was accommodating, patient and made sure all our questions were answered before we left.The apartments and the common areas are actually beautiful. Its not just photography magic. This is one of the few places that had the good sense to get rid of the carpet. The one thing that stood out was how quiet it was throughout the community

Since management changes, things went down hill. Staff is hardly ever available to assist you. Elevators go out regularly. When I was moving out I was actually told “sorry about your luck” rather than being offered any type of help such as even opening the loading garage, all while the elevators were down. Often there is trash in the hallways for days. The parking garage is a nightmare. Many other places to look besides this one when searching for a home.

I rented an apartment sight unseen as I was moving to Houston from another state. It was super stressful trying to find a place because I wasnt local and the pandemic presented some challenges as well. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. They called and checked in with me prior to my move to make sure I was all set. When I arrived, the property was beautiful! The space exceeded my expectations as it was a lot bigger than I had imagined. Thanks Ciera and Jess for making this huge life transition less stressful!

She was able to answer all my questions about the community, since I was relocating to Houston. She also allowed me to tour a second time before I left to go back home and still was patient. I have been a resident of the property for over a year now and have extended my lease as of recent. I enjoy this property due to the location to Houston night life, food and the near by park. Staff has been very open, responsive and helpful during Covid-19. If you are looking for a great property you should definitely visit Alta West Gray.

Terrible place to live in! I would really consider moving into this apartment complex apparently theres always criminal activity happening and I just got my wheels stolen inside the parking lot which is supposed to be gated, the manager is extremely rude and its hard to reach corporate as well. I am very concerned by this criminal activities happening in this apartment complex and all I get is the management screaming at me telling me to relax and that this could happen anywhere, this is not the way you treat a very upset and concerned resident especially in a situation like this. I do not recommend this place! For your safety do not move in into a Alta West Gray.

Thus far I’ve had nothing less than an AMAZING experience here at Alta West Gray. The property manager is always available to assist with any problems or concerns. Jess (Leasing Specialist) and Ciera (Assistant Property manager) are the two ladies at the front desk whom are very knowledgeable and courteous.The complex is quite and peaceful.My apartment is exactly what I wanted. I have granite islander counter in the kitchen. All the apartments come with a built in Bluetooth speaker. The wood floors are perfect and easy to clean. The balcony view of the city is everything to me and my friends that visit!

I have been looking for a new apartment, and trying to relocate in the midst of a pandemic is not easy! Jasmine took the time to give me a virtual tour, send several pictures and videos, and has been extremely communicative with me in helping me find a new home. Shes extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond my expectations. Jasmine is one of the main reasons I am renting at Alta West Gray; if the other staff members are anything like her, I know Im in great hands.

I first called and Jasmine gave me all the information I needed and invited me to tour the property the same day. I got there a few minutes before it closed but nevertheless Jasmine took the time to show me the property and all the amenities. She provided me with all the information I needed and was really great. I am looking forward to moving to this apartment complex. The place was clean, new, and the leasing people seem to be really helpful!

We have lived in at Alta West Gray for 10 months and we just renewed our lease for another term. My husband and I have lived in various apartment communities in the area and Alta West Gray is at the top of our list. The community is new and clean with modern finishes and good amenities (gym, pool, lounge). The biggest selling factor is the location. The central location cannot be beat -- minutes away from Midtown, Downtown, Montrose and the Heights. Relatively easy access to I-45 and 59 South. Buffalo Bayou park is down the street for those who enjoy outdoor activities; plenty of great restaurants and bars for foodies and young adults. I also enjoy the small boutique vibe of Alta West Gray - we havent had issues with noise, theres plenty of parking and the residents/leasing staff are friendly. We dont own pets, but it is a pet-friendly community. There are pet waste stations setup around the entire building and as far as I can tell, most pet owners have been compliant with pet rules. All these factors combined, you get a lot of value for what you pay to live here.

Where to begin? Maybe its Michelle and her love for the wild things. Or maybe its Kerrie and that sparkle in her eye that catches me every time I walk by her office (could just be the way the sun hits the glass). It might be Sarah, because of her desire to ensure that no canvas is placed on the wrong wall. And I cant forget about Nikki, who hasnt yet evicted me despite what Im sure has been numerous requests. Its too hard to pick just one. I cant do it.This place has the stuff most people are looking for. Fabulous location, wonderful amenities, spacious floor plans, blah blah blah. Important things to consider when choosing a place to live, I suppose. But the people are who make Alta West Gray special. Come visit my friends and you wont consider living anywhere else! Best maintenance team around!

I was in a jam to find an apartment close to my new job that had great amenities in a safe area. Kerrie Daniel was super helpful to not only set me up with a great apartment, but she worked with management to expedite my move-in to the next day. I’ve been here a couple weeks now and love it. Tranquil, close to everything, the property team and residents are kind. A great spot!

The current team is orders and magnitude better than the previous team we got stuck with during the first half of 2020 during covid. Theyve caught up with the needs of the building and it shows.Many of the issues of the building have been addressed. Gym hours are back to normal. Technical problems with the building have been addressed.The neighborhood is changing. It is going from a sleeper area to one thats more happening. Thats good and a little meh depending on your mood. If you dont mind hearing some activity outside your window, youre fine. I will however report that most nights it goes dead quiet after 12-1am as I am up late and its completely quiet outside with no traffic.I am enjoying the fact that although there are differences between us the folks who live here are adults, they are not high maintenance or arrogant. Overall I am happy with living here.

I am so excited to be living here! I renewed my lease for another 18 months because of how much I love it. Everyone has always been so helpful. If I ever needed anything, it was always done for me. Everything has always been easy and smooth. Felt comfortable as soon as I walked through the doors. Highly recommend!

I looked all over Houston and the moment I toured this facility, the choice was clear. The staff is incredibly friendly, knows you by name, and is will to do whatever they can to make your new apartment home feel the perfect place to be.At first, I was a little weary about moving closer to the inner-city, but this property is unique in that it feels like you are not living in the inner-city and has a very unique homely feel.I have been her about a month and am overly satisfied with both the staff and property. I would highly recommend as a first stop for anyone in the market.

I mean the complex has it all: prime location, state-of-the-art amenities, and most importantly outstanding staff.In my past experience, leasing agents treat you so well during the leasing process and ignore you as soon as you sign the contract. I applied online via indeed. I recieved a call back from Kerrie Daniel a few days later. She conducted a phone interview, and we scheduled an in person interview a couple of days later. She had me take a couple of assessments. She offered me the position about a week later. She had me submit my references, and then with absolutely no explanation she stated via email that she decided not to continue with the hiring process and she completely ghosted me since. She would not return my phone calls or emails after numerous attempts for, at the very least, a reason why she decided not to move forward after offering me the position. She had absolutely no regard for the time and effort that I dedicated to the process. Apparently I was not even worthy of an explanation of why she decided not to move forward with hiring me. I felt completely disappointed and disrespected in this process, and how poorly and unprofessional Kerrie was with me. It was a horrible experience.

Jasmine has been great at responding in a timely fashion and answering questions for me during this move-in process! Looking forward to staying here!

Toured this community and really liked the apartments I saw and the amenities. Of all the properties I have looked at this is by far one of the most beautiful but I am waiting for pricing to be more like others or for them to run specials because I want to live.

I recently moved in last month, and I am absolutely loving it here so far! Michelle was my leasing agent and she was so awesome! She took me all around the complex showing me different units with different views, and even took me into the model unit to help me with decorating ideas!Kerrie has been awesome as well, she is always available and eager to help with whatever questions I have as a new resident! They had a wine tasting event the week I moved in which was a great “welcome home”. They even have a fridge in the secure package room for deliveries that need to stay cool like my HelloFresh boxes, and a bellhop cart- which was a lifesaver when I was trying to move my entire closet of clothes and mini jungle of planfs! It’s the little things. 🤗

So, I have lived here about two weeks. It’s been amazing, and I had Dominque and Nikki. Dominque is probably one of the most amazing people ever. Nikki was also incredibly helpful. So far living here has been great.

My whole experience has been phenomenal. Initially it took some time for me to be approved which was concerning. You cant beat the location, amenities, small community and responsive staff.

Alta West Gray is a great community. I love the new modern décor and love the location of the property. The walkability for this community is amazing with everything from stores to restaurants to great entertainment. The parking garage is great and it is secured with a gate. I am so glad to call this place home!

I’m so thankful that I found Alta W Gray in time when I was looking for a new apartment. At the time of my search, the apartment unit I wanted showed that it will open on Nov 11th so I had to take another month (month to month rate) after my lease period ending September 28th at the prior apartment. With close coordination with the staff (special shoutout to Dominique Sauls who’s been so helpful and welcoming), I learned that the construction was going faster than anticipated such that I can actually move mid October! I was more than ecstatic and didn’t mind the overlapping rent. Dominique also made sure my move in was stress free.Four things I really love about Alta W Gray: 1) location 2) amenities 3) staff 4) new energy efficient appliances. The lobby entrance is more than gorgeous and the gym complete with the best equipment. The downtown views, amazing. On my first week, the staff arranged a welcome party with hors d’oevres and a card game! I felt even more welcome and happy to have a great collection of residents at my new home. Very happy to living here!
