Helpful and efficient

The tech who visited my house was very kind but Geeks On Site does not prepare their workers well. Service took over an hour for a simple procedure (heatsink installation). The cost charged (100$ per hour) is not equivalent to quality of service performed. The tech left their mess and did not properly re-attach my GPU. The untrained tech destroyed both my CPU and graphics card.My PC was functioning before the tech arrived but the CPU no longer functions. There was potential heat damage already on the CPU but tech also dropped and bent pins on the CPU during his service.Update: my computer builder confirmed that when the Tech dropped my CPU pins were knocked out, and leaving the graphics card unfastened damaged it.20 minutes of paid time was spent calling the company about the above CPU issue.TLDR: sloppy unprofessional service led to my CPU and graphics card being broken. Do not trust your valuable electronics with this company. I regret choosing geeks on site.

As always, Geeks person was very polite and helpful. Fixed my problem in just a few minutes. Would highly recommend Geeks to anyone.
