Update: 03-27-2021. The service has been great Im sure my project has been one of their biggest and getting my 7th monitor to work has been a task. They completely built me another PC to handle the workload of 7 monitors. Their customer service is by far the best. They got me up and running fully for my home business thank you for all of your hard work and thank you to your crew.

I purchased a Lenovo laptop from this place in October 2020. The sales person (I believe it was the owner) kept strongly directing me to this Lenovo machine for $275. He said he would add 4 gigs of RAM for an extra $25 and he would pay the sales tax. I gave him 3 - $100 bills. This laptop has been a complete nightmare. The hard drive was going out, the HDMI port is dead and because the machine is 11 years old, Windows 10 is having difficulty loading and running. In all fairness, I should have tested this laptop further before buying, but a decent shop should not be selling garbage when they know issues are present. My advice... be careful when purchasing used equipment at this shop. Unfortunately I could not post with no stars, otherwise I would have.

I absolutely love this place. I have been a loyal customer for years and the service here is great. I have purchased several laptops for me and my family and they all are in good condition and still works. Yesterday I needed a desktop computer with two monitors for work and they had everything I needed. It was fast and the guy that helped me was very professional and knowledgeable about all of the equipment they sell. This is what I call a one stop shop. No need to go anywhere else.

Do not, I repeat, do not take your computer here. Horrible customer service. They dont call you or answer your calls. I went in two weeks after dropping my computer and was told they order a part and I need to wait longer. I took my computer back after inspecting. The window says free consultation which is a lie I paid $40.00.

Don’t go here I took my laptop that needed a video card replacement, after I picked it up it worked but the next day it didn’t even start now they want to charge me extra for a problem they caused because it worked well before they “fixed” it

Habib ensure the customer that the item would be returned on Saturday but in fact was taken for to be demolished lack of proof showing that the item has in fact been demolished hiding behind a shady policy and lack of concern of others property showed no proof that contact had been made or tried reassure the customer upon drop off that they would contact upon completion failed to do so
