I recently went here to get my screen replaced on my iPhone XS Max at the advice of someone who had used them before. The lady who works there was very nice and professional. However the quality of product I got has been pathetic. She said that she didn’t have any of the “higher quality screens” for my phone. She then went on to state that the lower quality screens would just have a little less picture quality. I needed a screen so I went ahead with the lower quality screen. The picture wasn’t too bad but within two days my phone was going crazy. It looked like someone was tapping and changing the screen but at an incredibly high pace. It got so bad that it actually locked me out of my phone due to it making too many attempts at unlocking my it with the wrong pass code. I had to do a full restore from iTunes and then shut off my phone. The next day I took it back and she put on the “high quality screen” after I paid the difference. I was now into this screen for about $200.Within one week the new “high quality screen” is cracked even worse than the screen I originally had them replace. How many drops did it take to get this bad? One. One single drop from a distance of 3’ with a good case and their screen protector on. One single short drop on their “high quality screen” cracked it in about seven places. When I called to see if they’d stand behind the product I was told no but that they’d give me a discount on the same screen. So I’d have to spend another $170 for a screen that would just crack again. Keep in mind I’d had my phone with the original screen for almost two years and had dropped it many times. I work in the oilfield, outdoors, and in steel fabrication facilities, my phone is not pampered and my factory screen lasted two years. Their screen didn’t make it a week.I will not return and will not be paying them again for another easy break screen.

Went in Friday evening 10/2 at 6:10 pm to get an iPhone screen replaced. They close at 7:00. The guy behind the counter said he couldn’t do it then, asked if I could come back in the morning when they open at 10:00. Said it would take 20-30 minutes. If it only takes 30 min, he had plenty of time to do it when I was there. The place was empty except for another young person there chatting at the counter. I said I’d be back the next morning. I showed up at 10:00, place was still closed and doors locked. I waited around until 10:30, and never saw anyone there. Took my phone to Paragon Geeks across the street by Walmart and they got right on it. Customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority here.

After paying a good amount of money to get my screen repaired on my laptop I went home with the fixed product. An hour after receiving it the plastic case started to pop off and the screen tint was very off. I went back the next day to get it fix I was told just to tape it back together. The person working the 2pm shift on 5/20 had little to no care about my concerns. I went to this company for their great review and ended up trading one problem for another.

This was the easiest process I had ever imagined!!! The girl that was there was so sweet and friendly on the phone and in person. I had left my phone with her; I had a lot to do that day and there was a customer ahead of me so I decided to just leave the phone with her and returned a couple hours later. Customer service/professionalism here seems to be a bit lacking. Went in to ask if they were hiring during the middle of the day on a weekday with no one else in the store. The person working gave a simple “No.”, after which she turned to go back to work. I called the store afterward to explain that her response had been rude, to which she gave a half-hearted apology and tried to say that she had said sorry (she very clearly did not). Would not recommend based on this interaction alone.

Do not go here! I dropped my nieces phone off back in late April to get fixed, they lost my number to tell me it was ready, then when I went to pick it up they lost my phone. After MONTHS of calling and calling trying to get in touch with someone who knew anything I was told the only person I could call is Mike. Trying to get in contact with him took forever after promises and promises were broken to call me back. When I called today I was told I have to wait until the 19th! Ridiculous! Then he said I would have to pay for the work done on the other phone of they provide me with a replacement. When I told him that I shouldn’t have to pay and I have been through enough and he would be hearing from my lawyer, he hung up the phone! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! They unprofessional and do not deserve your business!
