I work at the Houston Professional Musicians Association and we had a lot of old computer towers, printers, electronics, routers-- name it, we had it. Stacks of it! I called STS, they scheduled a pickup as quickly as they could, sent a truck, and IT WAS ALL GONE!!! PERFECT!! I truly felt lighter. Im also confident in their service-- theyll send me a Certificate of Destruction for all of the hard drives so we can be assured all info has been securely deleted. I will DEFINITELY keep their number-- Id recommend them to anybody who needs secure recycling of electronics. It was quick, easy, and they are WONDERFUL!!!

Great company and staff. My company was looking for a great recycling program for old and outdated company electronics and found STS Electronic Recycling. Scheduling was easy. They came out and delivered two gaylords for us to easily collect our recycled material. Once we were done with our event, they scheduled a driver to come back out and pick up both full gaylords, presented us with a pick-up receipt, and followed up with an email when our items arrived to their processing facility. Very quick and easy and we are happy that we were able to keep these items out of a landfill. Definitely recommend this company and look forward to using again in the future.

I love working with STS! The guys who come out to load all our recycled equipment are always so nice! They work until the job is done, and are pleasant about it. Our school district has tasked STS Electronic Recycling with picking up our retired technology for a few years now and have always had great service. They were patient with us as we were making sure we had everything ready to be picked up and called to check in with us periodically to get the scheduling down.They ended up having to make two trips down here to get everything we had as it was probably over 2 years of materials that needed to be recycled from old PCs and CRT monitors to laptops to old network hardware and many, many cables, keyboards and mice. I told the first group of guys to leave the boxes of calculators behind as we may be able to reuse them but forgot to inform the second crew. After calling them back, they were able to arrange shipping for those calculators back to us with no questions asked.Definitely recommend and will probably call again when the time comes.

I have been very pleased with STS for recycling old electronics. They call about once a semester to check on us, but we can always call them to schedule a pick up. They are very professional and work quickly to load up all our stuff and haul it away. The only thing I have found so far that they dont handle is TVs. Everything else goes! Wed been wondering how to properly dispose of old computers, monitors, and faxes/copiers. STS came in and took everything away!Id removed the hard drives from our old computers beforehand, because they had confidential client/patient information on them, HIPAA-related type data. Wiping hard drives to DOD standards is one way to safely dispose of the drives, but STS went one step better: they shredded, physically, the hard drives - like shredding leaves or yard waste. Certainly gave me peace of mind. Thanks to Ashley and Aaron for all their help!

As technology has soared at nano speed, over time we had to dedicate an entire office to storing old hard drives, monitors, telecommunications wiring and cables etc. Couldnt find anyone to pick the stuff up. STS has always been great to work with. They do all of the work at pick up time. I had it sorted into groups and filled out the data sheet they sent. I have used them on many occasions and will continue to do so. They scheduled one pick up date, but were unable to make it. I called the next day to find out what happened. They said the driver was supposed to call me, which he probably did. At the time they only had my work number, which was not a direct line, and it was after hours so the call did not get to me. But I had two different people call me to apologize that I wasnt contacted. That NEVER happens.
