I reached out to Josh with My Pro Cleaner to get an estimate for tile cleaning for an Oil/Gas Manufacturing Company. We have textured tile floor throughout the main office with years of buildup from Machinist in the shop coming in/out. He was very responsive and highly professional. He was able to give me a price that was very reasonable. I was able to have the cleaning scheduled during the weekend so it did not interfere with business hours. Josh and crew was actually here before I arrived, which is always good!! The job that was done was beyond my expectations, being at the condition the floor was in. My Pro Cleaner did a great job cleaning my carpets! Josh is an excellent communicator. He responds very quickly and provided an accurate quote. He was flexible when I had to change the date of my cleaning as well. He showed up on time and did not waste time getting things done. Also his assistant and he moved some of the furniture to get to as much carpet as possible which was great! The cleaning got out ~90% of the stains (which had been there a LONG time) and improved the look of the carpet pile.

He replied incredibly quickly and was able to actually come take care of all my cleaning needs on the same day! These guys are awesome! They came out and gave us a quote for grout cleaning and were out the next week on a Saturday to steam clean. I had the floors steam cleaned less than a year ago by someone else, and My Pro Cleaner was 1,000 times better. The grout in the busiest part of my kitchen looks like new!
