Very satisfied with the cleaning of my area rug, Kiwi did a great job. Service rep that picked up and returned rug was extremely friendly as was Eilene in customer service. My only issue was that they kept my rug for a full month. I would have liked a quicker turn-around time.

The results were ok. These folks are a bait and switch company. They quoted me $249.00 to clean 1 sofa and 2 chairs that was supposed to include stain removal. Literally, upon arrival the technician added another $186 to my quote stating that stain removal takes a while....so I was at $435. Granted I did accept the updated quote, but it is hard to say no when the tech is standing in your house with their cleaning equipment. Some stains disappeared others remained as if nothing was done.

Love working with Shirley over 10 years probably. Love that is dries fast and smells great. The warranty leaves no excuses why my carpet cannot stay clean with 4 kids.

Please read before booking them.Appt was made Thursday afternoon and confirmed for Friday 8am-10am time slot ( I took off work for this).On Friday received a call at 8:18am advised technicians would be delayed. I asked for a new time and none could be given.At 10:43am received second called and informed again technicians would be delayed. I asked for a new time and none could be given.1:33pm, I called them as no-one has contacted me with any updates. I asked to speak with a supervisor and Carl took my call. He is not a supervisor but called a supervisor, I never personally spoke to a supervisor. The imaginary supervisor told Carl to tell me it was pushed out to dispatch center and thats it. I asked a simple question, would a technician make it out to my house today YES or NO. Carl could not even answer that nor did a supervisor think it was worthy to contact a customer. (side note Carl was not to blame and was professional)at 2:21pm I received a call stating the technician was 20 to 30 minutes out.Its 3:53pm, and I writing this review no show no call. Do not use this company, apparently they can not estimate time to travel and none of their technicians have cell phones that they can be reached to communicate delays or expected arrivals. This company is the worst ever in customer service. I wish I would have checked reviews prior to calling, look bad review in May, Bad review June, bad review in July, now September. I see a definite problem and patternTech finally showed up at 4:15pm with no call prior, I said no thank you

When I first purchased my home a few years ago, I called Kiwi based on a friend’s recommendation. I wanted the tile and grout area cleaned, as I purchased the home from someone else. Kiwi came out and got the job done. The tiled area looked great. Love that they honor their warranty and will come back out if you aren’t satisfied or feel as if they missed a spot. I ended up renting out my home when I relocated for work but now that I’m in the process of moving back to my home, I’m planning on using Kiwi again because of the firsthand experience. I’ve also recommended Kiwi to family members who were also satisfied.

I used Kiwi seven years ago to have my air ducts cleaned. They did a fabulous job. Recently, I started noticing my house getting dusty quite quickly after cleaning and called them back out again. The technician informed me that the ducts we clean and the issue could be from several small holes in the AC system where the ducts connect to the AC. I was not charged a service call. I did the repairs myself and that fix the problem. I would highly recommend Kiwi services to any one. It says a lot about a company that will tell you the work is unnecessary rather than doing the job to make a profit. Kiwi is a company that I know I can trust. I will definitely use them again

Another fake company that says they clean or wash area rugs but also send them out to another local company to wash them. My experience is that if you have a good rug you want a rug cleaner to come get them and wash it themselves not be a middleman.... sounds & looks great but wasted phone call..

It did not remove the pet odor which has now spread and they claim that it is not in their control if it works or not because pet odors are hard to clean. Isnt it your job to clean them? You get paid to do so. Complete waste of time and money. Their product made the smell fill my entire living room instead of being localized. I complained for a second time and have gotten zero response.Completely unhappy with the service I received today. Was told getting my couches clean wouldnt help my problem. He spent maybe 10 mins total spraying a deodorizer on my couches that has done literally nothing to remove any odor. Waste of money. Total scam. I want my money back.

Had an appointment on Tuesday from 2-4. 4:00 came and went with no call and no carpet cleaning. Called and they said the techs were stuck on a project and wouldn’t make it that day (we had to call and find out they wouldn’t be coming). Rescheduled for Friday (today) from 2-4 and we’re listed as priority. They called the night before to confirm. Took off work again to be here and 4:00 came and went again. After 3 calls we found out they would not be here until after 5! Completely unreliable.

Kiwi really impressed me from my initial inquiry. We used them for hardwood floor and air duct cleaning. They were very professional and knowledgeable compared to the other companies I called to get quotes from. Matthew was exceptional when it came to quality or his work, staying in constant communication with my husband and I through the process and going above and beyond. Definitely recommend and will use again!

Karim from Kiwi Services did an amazing job on the demolition and clean up of my parents house which had severe damage from leaking pipes as a result of the Houston freeze. He has an incredible work ethic, strong communication, and an outstanding attitude! I was there every day at the site and I asked him a ton of questions about every detail of the work and he was always extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about everything. Our KIWI Service tech arrived at the beginning of our time slot and got to work quickly cleaning. He was professional and focused on the task at hand. In and out in less than two hours. Very happy and our couch smells MUCH better!

I really appreciate the amazing customer service and willingness to address the issue. I will give them another try in the future.Original Post:They brought my rug back and it looks like they literally just vacuumed it. There is no way they cleaned it at all. My rug is supposed to be white....as you can see in the image, its not. Plus it took them almost a month to get me the rug back! What a rip-off. If they couldnt clean it, they needed to call and be honest. Instead they bring it to you, have you sign the receipt first, and then bring it in the house. Very shady business practices.

I setup my annual fall / pre-holiday carpet cleaning today. Ive been a customer of Kiwi for about a decade now always happy with the results of my spring/fall carpet cleanings. I also used them once to clean the kitchen tile and it came out amazing! Highly recommend their services. I always get a reasonable appointment date/time from request and their technician(s) are knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant!

Getting the quote and rug picked up was seemless, very efficiant and exceptional customer service. I was told I would be called in a week with an update, and it would take about a week to clean. After I week I had to contact them for an update, I was told due to requesting a deep clean it was taking longer. Then when it was finally done, over a week after calling for an update (if I remember correctly), I scheduled the drop off. When I had the rug and I unrolled it to lay it out, I found out nothing had been done. There was build up in the groves still from it being stored, I could pick up cat hair off the top from the previous owners pets, there were multiple stains, the carpet edges were frayed. I imediately grabbed a bowl of baking soda, vinegar and a bit of soap and scrubed the stains. They came off instantly. I barely touched it. This leads me to believe Kiwi Services held my rug for over a month and did absolutly nothing to my rug. It took a WEEK for someone to respond to my complaint, I was told it would take a MONTH to receive my refund. After 28 days I reach out to ask about the refund and find out THEY ONLY PROCESS REFUND BY MAILING A CHECK AND THEY ARENT MAILING OUT MY CHECK UNTIL THE 30th DAY. This is unacceptable and I would have been better off just cleaning it myself. So if you are wondering wether you should relax and pay someone to do it for you or if you should save the money and time and do it yourself. I recommend doing it yourself as it is more of a hassel to deal with this company.

They have had my rug for over 2 months & it was supposed to take 3-4 weeks. Then I was scheduled for a drop off from 8-5 & never showed, with no explanation. Their service is terrible I would never use this company again & would NOT recommend their services!

I am happy to say that I was impressed with the service I received from my KIWI technicians. My sofas looked new and the carpet was cleaned in two different locations. i will not hesitate to use them again.

Kiwi Services experience can be great if they send the right technician to complete your task. I requested air vent cleaning and it took the technician over an hour to get started. The technician was constantly on the phone or taking a break making the cleaning process take the entire day. Ensure that all information is given prior to service otherwise the completion cost will be greater than originally stated.

We have 2 houses and 8 rental properties and would not think of calling anyone else.They have removed stains that we had no idea what they were and we were sure would not come out and the carpet was going to have to be replaced.Every representative we have had has been very kind, and professional. They are very reasonably priced and stand behind their work. The one year service they offer is legitimate and they come back out during that time and gladly provide the additional services without hesitation.We have been very pleased and highly recommend Kiwi and would not even think of using anyone else.

How can you use a business when they NEVER SHOW UP! We had our original appointment for this past Saturday, waited around no show and no call. Then we were promised they would show for appointment #2, husband took off work and again NO SHOW and NO CALL! Then the 3rd day, promised to show up and this time I left work early and guess what?!! NO SHOW AND NO CALL! Not sure how this company stays in business but they will NEVER earn my business. So if your reading this RUN THE OTHER WAY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN CALLING. Too many other carpets companies out their that want and deserve your business.

I have had Kiwi come out for several years now. They always work me in, even last minute. They are always on time to the appointments with most of them coming at the beginning of the appointment window which is a big help if I have to go back to work ! Their techs are always very nice, advise what treatments for pets I need and work with me on the price, usually offering a discount since there are so many spots to be treated. They are always quick but thorough with their work. They always clean up after they are done as well. Everything is A+++ from scheduling, appointments available, techs and follow up. And the 1 year warranty cleaning is a huge help, especially with kids and pets !

Got an upholstery cleaning for my sectional.The odor left behind on my couch was not pleasant. Odor smelt as if the tools were not clean or water was old. Very unhappy, now entire house has this unpleasant odor and the couch does not smell as if it were cleaned. However, the couch appears clean but it smells as if it was not. I’ve had two redos that were not actually redos, the company just came out and sprayed deodorizer. Also before the last re-do, we had two no shows and no call from Kiwi to notify us. Last redo took place and smell is still there. Do not recommend Kiwi for anything.

Even though Kiwi didnt show up till late in the day, it was still a great service. Im thankful for the attempt to clean our dining chairs. They were in pretty bad shape, but they really tried hard to get the best look out of them as possible. They arent perfect, but definitely cleaned. Once again thank you

When you use kiwi for carpet cleaning, they claim that you have unlimited cleanings for a year for a significantly reduced rate. When they initially came out I was very pleased. This past week I made an appointment for them to come out and work on my stairs. I took 1/2 a day off from work so I could be home at the scheduled time. At the end of the two hour window I received a call that they (obviously) would not be able to make it as scheduled, but would be there within the hour. Waited an hour, at which point they called to say they could not make it that day. They were very apologetic and we rescheduled for a two hour window today. Today no one has shown, no one has called and no one is answering the phones when I call, despite waiting on hold for 10 minutes.If they were hoping to, as they said “make things right” after the first no show, they failed miserably. If you don’t mind wasting vacation time and weekends, give them a call. Otherwise, I’d suggest calling someone else. I will definitely be finding someone new.

I am a returning customer and I am extremly disaapointed with my experience this time around. The technician DID NOT show up on the day of my estimation and I had to reschedule for him to come out. The day of my appointment the techinicain DID NOT arrive during the time slot of 9-11. Then when I called they said an hour half wait because they were running late. I called after the hour and a half and they said ANOTHER hour wait. I can NOT believe this company does NOT value their customers time. I will not be contacting them again for any services.

I had to move my elderly mother unexpectedly into a memory care facility. This would be her final move so I wanted to give her armchairs one last cleaning. After my previous cleaning company couldt do it in time I calledKiwi. They worked me in and did a great job. They earned my customer loyalty.

My husband scheduled this joke of a business to clean my carpets and air ducts. The whole experience was horrible. Their equipment looks like it’s from the 80’s and we had to have two different techs come out because the first one didn’t know what he was doing. The second technician who was supposed to be more experienced was caught dumping debris down my toilet. My husband called the owner or someone high up who promised a refund but that was months ago. Where is my refund kiwi???? Unprofessional.

We have used KIWI for many years and always had great results from the company. They are easy to work with and provide a great service. Once we even had a water line break and they came out immediately and pulled back the carpet and put large dryers on it. Their work is superb and the service is great.

This is the 2nd time weve called Kiwi to come repair a hole in our carpet caused by our naughty, digging dog! Tracy came out this time and we were impressed with his customer service. Hes a friendly guy, very informative, and even gave us tips to help prevent our dog from digging holes in our carpet again. He gave us a quote for carpet cleaning with no sales pressure at all.

The Micky mouse duct and vent cleaning was just that, Micky mouse. It was a long flemsy tube with a homemade brush slide. Then the man cleaned our carpets with what appeared to be a floor buffer. $1,200 dollars later and it looks like nothing was cleaned. We had to go out and buy a carpet cleaning machine do re-do certain rooms. Will NEVER use them again. Not worth the money.

Kiwi Services was hired to pick up my rugs, clean them, and deliver them back to me. They picked up my three rugs on July 7th, 2020, have delivered two but are unable to deliver the third one back to me. They have my property locked up in their Phoenix facility but have abandoned it during this time they were supposed to return my rug and now have no way of getting it back to me. I have been in contact with a customer service agent and have asked for reimbursement for the cost of the rug and have provided my receipt for it. They have ignored my request for reimbursement and have since ignored my phone calls and emails.

I was told my rug will be picked up at 1-3pm. Driver did not pick up till 5pm and decided not to pick up because it was made of bamboo. I told them the material it was made of over the phone and now they said they do not clean those rugs. Clearly wasted half my day on waiting for them to arrive. Also they drove a regular Small size suv to pick up my 8 x 11 rug.Seem like a DIY company.

Paid $115 basically for a vacuum. None of the stains were removed and looked pretty much the same as before the “cleaning”

Have used Kiwi for my hardwood floors & carpet cleaning . They are very reasonably priced and do a very good job. When w have called for a service I didn’t have to wait weeks but was able to get an appointment that week if not the next day. I would highly recommend them.

Kiwi always does a good job on our carpets, and their employees are always courteous . I appreciate that I can have them back for a year at a much-reduced rate. The four-star rating is because we had a no-show on our last scheduled visit and had difficulty rescheduling, but were looking forward to redeeming that experience with the visit we currently have scheduled.

I had four area rugs cleaned. Kiwi techs picked up the rugs, were pleasant and on time, and then helped lay them back in their proper settings when they returned with them. Clean and fresh and no stains or odors. Had such a good experience that we are using the service again both for the rugs (we have dogs, so rug cleaning is a regular occurrence) and for duct cleaning.

Sarah was very helpful when I called. I was very pleased with the job that Mike did. He was very friendly and did a very good job cleaning our carpets. I will defiantly have him come back out again.

I hired Kiwi to clean my hardwood floors. I was hesitant about spending so much money and another complany had already told me the hand-scraped floors couldnt be resurfaced and had to be replaced for 9K. I took a chance and called Kiwi. Uh wow did I save myself about 7500K and these floors look great now. They did not have to be refinished OR replaced. Super happy - have called them back to clean my carpets.

Very mixed experiences with Kiwi.Last month, we scheduled a hardwood cleaning service for one room of our house. The technician was on-time, professional, and thorough. We paid the agreed-upon price and went our separate ways.This month, we needed a similar service in a different room. We got a quote, then a tech was scheduled for the following day. He no-showed. Figured it was a fluke since our first tech was so great.Rescheduled, only to be met with a different tech the second time, who was several hours late and quoted us $100 more than the previous tech, although we tried to explain what the previous tech had said. He left without providing the service.We rescheduled again, this time with the promise that a service would be done. We were given a three hour time window and this third tech arrived thirty minutes early, stayed the fifteen minutes into the window he was allowed, and left when no one came to meet him. Keep in mind that our previous tech (the second one) was several hours late, so at this point we didnt have a lot of trust in the timeliness of Kiwis technicians. I rescheduled for a third time today - hopefully fourth time is the charm?I do want to commend one of the schedulers, Carl, for being patient and understanding through the whole process. I spoke with a number of reps over the past two weeks, and he was the most sincere in trying to help rectify the issue. Although we didnt come to a mutually agreeable decision, I recognized that he was trying his best with a frustrated customer, and that type of service shouldnt go unnoticed.My three star review is for the confusing mixture of good/timely service, miscommunication, and customer service we received.

So far good. In the middle of getting carpets cleaned now. Customer Service is good. Initially gave a quote to do a carpet cleaning however there are some tough stains to get out so I get the extra cost however its double what I expected to pay. The only positive to this is I can have them come out anytime for a trip fee of 37.00 +7.00 per room up to a year.

Kiwi services came out and cleaned my air ducts after I had major remodeling done in half of my house. Tommy was on time, professional, worked quietly and very efficiently. Once completed the air felt cleaner and the house less stuffy. I had also requested an estimate for getting my hardwood floors & tile floors cleaned scrubbed (contractors are very messy) and not only did Tommy give it to in writing on the spot but it was followed up by a letter in the mail with an additional discount for being a prior customer. Life happens and I was unable to get the work completed in the offer period in the letter BUT when I called to get the work scheduled and they graciously extended a similar offer to me and I am looking forward to them returning to complete the floors next week. Kiwi will be my go to when it comes to air duct & floor cleaning from this point forward.

I chose Kiwi because of the good reviews, and I couldn’t agree more. Randy arrived right on time, completed the job....all my carpets and 4 pieces of upholstery....with disinfectant....and was through in an hour. He couldn’t have been nicer and I will certainly recommend Kiwi to my friends.

Oh my gosh we LOVE Kiwi!! I always carefully schedule them before a major event; two days before if possible. They are never late and always friendly and helpful. They make the house look brand new after they are done and with several pets, this is no easy feat! Plus it smells heavenly too. Marcos is my most favorite person to ask for. Hes efficient, hes honest and when he leaves its not just clean -- its Kiwi Clean!! Thank you so much, Kiwi!! I look forward to the next 5 years with you too!!!

I had to pay $150 (separate and in cash) more for services that were supposed to be included in the rate I was quoted. No furniture was moved. Carpet doesnt look any cleaner. Carpet was left extremely wet with swirl marks. He didnt even take the time to rake it out. I definitely was ripped off.

I have used Kiwi carpet services numerous times over the years and have always been very pleased. I love how they are able to get stains out and how quickly the carpet seems to dry. They are very neat and professional. Great service!

My kiwi services have been pretty consistent for the most part. Had a glitch once some time ago...I believe it was just due to the rep and not the company. For the most happy with services.

I was impressed with the professionalism of all the Kiwi employees. They were courteous and always on time. The rug looks as good as new. The only reason I did not give them four stars...I thought the cleaning price was just a little high, but then again, you get what you pay for. And they did a good job

Ive used Kiwi for over 10 years. There is some variation based on specific technicians, but they have generally been conscientious and have done excellent work. Their guaranty program is a real plus.

They came, they worked professionally, I paid the guy and was happy with the finished product. 3 rooms 3 closets in 30 to 40 minutes. Well done KIWI, I will use your services again if needed!

Wow! Talk about first bad impression. Scheduled an appointment and didn’t show. I called them to check on them just for them to tell me that they are NOT going to make it. It’s embarrassing honestly. After I moved all my furniture because they told me that they do not provide that service which is understandable and then just for them not to show up. Embarrassing is probably the best way I can describe their services.

We have used Kiwi many times and have always been pleased with the work. The one year warranty is especially useful and we have used it several times.

I use Kiwi Cleaning twice a year to have my carpet cleaned and every time they clean my carpet they do an excellent job. They are always professional and kind and take their time to ensure the job is done to correctly.

They dont do upholstery. Thats what you should know. Theyll tell you they do, but they dont offer that service. Wasted my time. A lot of it.I scheduled an upholstery cleaning for my couch. Great service on the phone. Too bad they couldnt clean my couch over the phone. I got the reminders for the visit two days and a day before. Then they called the day of the appointment and said they needed to reschedule. Got the reminders for that appointment. Then they just never showed up and didnt call.

Sometimes good, other times not so.When not so, they do compensate for the inconvenience..More good than not so.Nick Stephenson was helpful today with my appointment

We have always been pleased with Kiwi Services. We have used their services for about 10 years. The technicians are professional and customer service is great. We like the warranty which allows our carpets to be cleaned more often without having to pay very much. We like the all natural cleaner that smells great!

Kiwi Services was awesome. They worked with our budget, and kept in close contact with me the day of the appointment to keep me informed of their status. When it turned out they would not make it on that day, they offered me some additional services at no cost when we rescheduled. I will certainly use Kiwi Services again!

I have used Kiwi Services numerous times. The technician always comes on time and prepared to clean my carpets quickly and properly. When completed the carpets look great and dry quickly. The technician is always friendly and if I need additional cleaning to certain areas, he comes prepared to do the job. The price I pay is fair, especially considering that I get a years worth of follow-up cleanings for a low additional cost.
