The new business name is SUDS DELUXE CAR WASH, I’m a car Dealr I usually come to wash my vehicles here, but today their machine broke my mirror, and when I have explained the issue to them they did not even apologized to us and they spoke rudely to us and they told us we should not brought a new vehicles to their car wash and we should have washed with our hands. After a while finally the manager came and what a surprise he was angry and he started shouting at us for and why he acted like that because I asked him when is the owner is coming. After all I have been coming here for two years and with their new business management I’m very unhappy.

The Manager/Owner extremely nice but Everytime I use the service my Car is still dirty and the Right front Tire/Rim is always dry?I show it to a Female employee and she said I will tell the Manager/Owner,I told him and he sent you so I will just go to another Carwash.

1st time there it provides drive thru payment car wash and free vacuuming. The attendant Jose was very helpful in getting thru process. Nice place.

Good place for quick wash and your car is not filthy. The vacuums are better than Mr Car Wash. Strong suction power and set up on both sides of car.

DO NOT GO HERE! Just went on April 12th and my hood is now completely thrashed. Torn the protective film all the way down to the metal in multiple places around the hood. Car was in mint condition and now looks like a hail storm hit it. And on top od that the car is still dirty.

Wash your car at water works at affordable prices they washed your car and I will be like brand new

-5stars the machine chipped off paint from my car yesterday on 03/29/2021. went back to complain . I was told they dont take responsibility on cars older than 5 years old. what a lame excuse. Im totally there are new owners !nd change of name and management. They should have changed their old equipment too

Prepaid card is not working staff fors me to pay by credit card or cash. Manager is rude. When I talked he give me credit but told me not to much. Trying to push me out of property. Its run by asians sorry to say but 3rd class people.

This is my go to spot to quickly wash my car but lately their vacuum section has been slacking horribly.

Employees are good,I am member of unlimited Wash.Machine looks little old, need to repair or replace,It stoped in the middle of the car wash.Dryer doesn’t dry very well,Other than that everything is normal so farI wash my car on May 18,2020.

We paid $15 for the carwash. And it said that the wheels would be clean. But when we came out of the wash our rims were still dirty. Its was the same as the $7 wash that they have.

Fast and cheap. Only issue is when you add extras make sure to ask for them before going inside the car wash. I always forget to get my extras and some lady makes a big deal. She wants to see receipt when that machine has never printed a receipt. Then wants to know your card # to verify. So what if someone pays in cash... will I not get my wash cloth, or car refreshner?

WaterWorks Express car wash is one of my favorite spots! Centrally located, free vacuums, and I even got the crack on my windshield fixed by a super nice guy named Abraham and it was free! Im here all the time and highly recommend this place to anyone that loves keeping their car clean!

Always come here. I washed my car on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2019 and the machine didn’t give me a receipt. So I went today to get a simple rain check however the attendant couldn’t make good on my rain check because I didn’t have a receipt. The manager wasn’t there at the time. Shouldn’t they be able to find it by license plate? Let me know.

Car wash is good (starts at $6.00). However, the car does not come out dry. Dont forget to bring a piece of cloth for drying. The self-vacuuming is included in the price. Vacuum is very powerful and works perfectly.

Ive been doing to this car wash for years. Its gone thru a couple of owners but the equipment seems to be well maintained. I have had no issue with wash. Its a do-it-yourself place so after running thru the wash, youll need to wipe down remained water and vacuum the car yourself. My car comes out clean every time.

Carwash is cheap $6 for basic I just add my own wax and tire shine and the vaccum works really good in my opinion.

Bad experiences old machine had accident inside while car was due to scrap machine. Plz stay away from that car wash. If involved in accident plz call police n take carwash insurance to fix yr car. Dont go by word from manager that he will fix u will be traped.

Very unprofessional I waited for more then 10 minutes in the line, I decided to exit instead and asked for my refund the supervisor got upset because I requested my refund. When I was leaving I turn around and I see the female (supervisor) walking out the office and flip me off.

Car wash did a good job of getting car clean, but was very nervous about how close they pack the cars together going thru. If someone in a car doesnt pay very close attention there is got to be an accident - I was really worried about the person in front of me, as they did not move, so I could not go anywhere, and the car behind me was honking.

It’s a basic car wash. Has gone through many companies. Doesn’t compare with mister car wash and places like that. You get what you pay for.
