The ONLY reason they are getting two stars is because of Dalia who worked with me to sell my car. I had MULTIPLE offers for my car and came to her. However, her manager did not have the level of customer service you would expect from a high end used car dealer. They insisted I take a loaner when I wanted to keep my car until my new one arrive days later. Unfortunately a rock hit the windshield while it was parked and in my possession. I called immediately to let them know - I guess honesty doesn’t take you far with them. They charged me $800 to replace it. I sold my car to them for $500 less than the best offer I received at another dealership as a gesture of good faith. The thanks for that is they weren’t willing to offer to help take some of the burden of that cost of repair to the loaner I didn’t even want. A huge disappointment; they clearly are not worried about customer service.

I will never buy a car from this dealership again. First of all there customer service is not up to par. I bought my wife a 2015 Mercedes cls 400 and they told me that they put on brakes all around the car. That was a lie, when I got back to my home state because I live in Mississippi. My mechanic informed me the brakes were not new. Actually I needed some brakes. My front two tires were dry rotted. I paid to much for the car to be treated like that. After selling me the car I couldnt anyone to answer the phone.

Found a Mercedes online that was very reasonably priced so made an appointment to go see it. When I got here the receptionist was very friendly and introduced me to Nick who helped me through the process of finding the car that I liked online and any other options that were in my price range. Exceptional suite of classic luxury vehicles to choose from. I was offered the Carmax equivalent + for an Acura SUV. The experience was so pleasant that 3 weeks later, I spotted a Mercedes SUV with very low miles and traded my low mileage vehicle in. The sales team worked well with me to my satisfaction. I am a pretty picky, bottom line, unimpressed by sales pitches and gimmicks- consumer. Try them out if you are looking for quality, top of the line luxury.

The smoothest car purchase transaction I’ve ever had! I worked with Omar and he was super cool and laid back. Came in and told him the exact cars I wanted to see/test drive (I had already been on the site viewing cars). Never felt pressured like with other salesman. Bought a car from them, there was no real negotiation on price. My trade in was less than what other dealerships offered but I really liked the car so I was fine with it. The vehicle arrived to me a week before my first payment was due. There is also a lot of stumbling far as paying off my trade as its a week and a half later and it has not been paid off. My vehicle delivery was scheduled for 4pm and I got the drivers number and called him at 10pm and he said it would be tomorrow. I buy all my vehicles online and never had an issue but I have had an issue every step of the way with ABZ. This by far was the WORST car buying experience I have had and I buy a new car every year or two online. If you buy from them I would suggest to go to their dealership, perhaps it is a different experience.

I recently purchased a car from ABZ motors. The service was great. The salesman I worked with was Omar Soliman and he was great. He made sure the vehicle was in top shape put new breaks on and had it cleaned up. When I got there he was quick and didn’t waste my time. I’ll definitely buy another car from him.

All the guys I dealt with here were very nice and helpful. I must say that Leo was the best. I drive 10 hours and arrived in Houston very late. Leo kept in touch with me and went out of his way and after hours to make sure I got my vehicle. He didn’t have to do that and I just want want to say I truly appreciated that. That’s what you call excellent customer service!

JUST AMAZING, Id give 10 stars if I could!!!! The best place/people Ive done Auto business with and NO nonsense or games at all! If youre looking to buy or just sell a car, THIS IS THE PLACE!!! I sold my ZL1 to them yesterday. They not only offered the most for it, they didnt play any games when I got there. They just verified everything was as I stated and I was in and out within 30 mins total. I buy a new car just about every year and I can honestly say this is the only time I had a great time with a dealership and was treated like family 100%. If youre working with Dalia Arabzada, shes the real deal. I think shes a buyer with them and doesnt work on the sales side but between her and the sales manager I chatted with, theyll do everything they can to take care of you 1000%. Be careful with this people I bought the 2019 BMW 740 and the carfax was showing car has been in accident and the sales guy name Rick said car never been in accident it had broken window and that’s why they listed as accident so I fall for it which I shouldn’t got the car after 2 days my friend notice that the right side both doors were painted and that’s how I knew the car was actually in accident but they never reported so tittle was not salvage anyway I went back try to get a different car which was after 3 days and told them the car was in accident they had to call this collision guy and when he came he said the same thing yes both doors and the back fender are painted and car was in accident before then he left so now they told me we can buy the car from you which is not gonna be same price and you bought it but we can’t do anything, I try to argue with them and told them I’ll get a different car it don’t matter they said no we can’t return it we can only buy it from you which was $12lower than I bought it 3 days ago and that’s it so yea I got stock with the car now and did file a lawsuit hopefully they learn to be honest with people and no lies, so just be carful everyone because you can really get a car that was involved in accident from this place they don’t report and sale it as a clean tittle
