Ramy and his crew did a fantastic job with my Buick. The sunroof works perfectly. They were very professional and courteous. I ran it thru the carwash after I left... no leaks. Ill take it there for other work as needed.

Took care of me really quickly. I was lucky they had in stock one last Nissan Altima sunroof. They cleaned up the mess that was there and the broken pieces of glass and installed it flawlessly. Price seemed very reasonable. Super friendly even said hed take care of some other problems I had with a ding on my car door for a lot less than what I was thinking it was going to be. Definitely would take him up on that offer sometime later. All in all I was in good hands.

Ramy fixed my old broken sunroof very fast and I am pleased with the results. The price was more than reasonable to get rid of the road noise and get my sunroof back. now I have to bring in my cars for body work.

I had called over ten places to get quotes for a headliner and he was by far the best price. I dropped my car off and not only did I get an amazing job done on my replacement headliner, he also sent me a video as they were working on it. From the start, Ramy was incredibly responsive to all my messages, from inquiry, to drop off, all the way to pick up. To me, VALUE means you get a great price and quality work, and that’s exactly what I received!

You know he didnt try to sell me anything I didnt ask for. I had him repair my headliner but my sun shades had already been stripped down to non-covered but he didnt even mention that he just fixed what I asked him to fix and it was a fair price. Its an old truck used for work so the job wasnt expected to be exquisite.

DO NOT GO THIS PLACE!!!!... My car’s sunroof wasn’t working, it was stuck and I took my car this place and told him just “close the sunroof don’t even fix it” and he asked me $380 for just CLOSING and my car had to stay there one day. He was like it’s too much work and he’s been doing this job for 41 years. I told him it’s too much and I came back home and watched some videos on YouTube. I just bought a tool and closed it just 5 SECOND for $10.

DO NOT EVEN STOP BY! My best friend took our car this place for closing the stuck sunroof. This guy asked him $380 just for closing the sunroof (not even get it fixed). We watched a couple of videos on YouTube and bought a hex key for $11. It took only 10 seconds to get the sunroof fixed with 2 guy who don’t know anything about the cars.I can assure you that you’re more professional and more talented than this guy. He has to STOP screw out ppl!!

Take more than 6 hours to fix my glass on wait time still missing plastic keepers after all please

The window in my truck had been broken by a thief a day before a planned weekend vacation. These guys had the glass in stock, fixed it within an hour, amazing. Everything came together thanks to the awesome team here. When they had finished, no damage could be seen, no broken glass, no glass remained inside the door, again, kudos to these guys. The manager was extremely nice, all around great experience.

PLEASE READ MY EDIT. The reason for 2 stars is they were quick. Unfortunately instead of calling me when my car was finished, they waited until I showed up to say it was finished. I found a random razor blade that was left just laying around (good thing I didnt have kids in the car) and also multiple hardened drops of headliner glue. Also, somehow they lost my key ring... that was attached to my keys. Not very good work (could see stretch marks and finger prints on the headliner where they glued it) but cheap and quick. Personally, Id just sirens the extra money next time instead of going here. Check their work before you leave the lot and make sure you have all valuables.EDIT: AND THEY STOLE AN 80 DOLLAR BOTTLE OF COLOGNE OUT OF MY GLOVE COMPARTMENT. Kept price quoted over phone and lowest price in over 15 miles. Only issue is there is a light wind noise for the sunroof glass replaced. But nothing too much that it bothers nor leaks

Issue#1Their website stated $150 for most of the cars. I only had a compact car with no sunroof. After they checked they quoted $300!! I asked why that gap in price but no proper answer or real justification was given.In fact, I tried to know the cost before I go by calling them but they said we only able to quote after we check. I only needed a compact headliner, why I was charged $300 not $150??Issue#2When I was seeming not happy with their overpriced quote, they offered me to include extra work that my car needs, I felt it was a fair compromise. Later, when they called me to receive the car nothing was done other than the basic headliner. I went like why you haven’t fixed the other issues as promised? He coldly said, our time was tight but u may come another day & we will do it ONLY IF we have nothing else to do but wasting our time for nothing in return! I mean seriously, that how you treat your customers?Respect customer, and delivering what you’ve promised is above everything, I am just saying!

Went to this place the price quoted over text was not the same given in person. Although he did mention lowering the price for me after. But owner was rude when I simply asked questions nicely and tried to show damage. He had a nasty attitude (even with a worker) and the fact that I wanted some time to think about my decision before doing anything immediately seemed to be an issue with him. This turned me off, and is exactly why I LEFT to take my money elsewhere. Right before I went to another car-shop, and the worker there was nice, helpful and took the time to talk with me about my car unlike Ramy.Owners reply: I dont know what your talking about-declined card?? How can my card be declined when I never gave it to you. I went there for just an estimate in the morning and decided to LEAVE because of the owners attitude, I went with another company-thats who I paid my money too tuh.

Two reasons for this negative review. This is not a honest business, and they don’t respect their customers at all. I really should follow that 100+ negative reviews just FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER!Don’t trust the quote, that is how they got you in. They gonna charge you a higher price for sure. I did my headliner replacement for $350( quote $250). I have already tell them the year,made,model of my car. I don’t think it is reasonable to increase 30% of the quote after looking at my car for 30 second.They don’t care about the guest you can tell from the way the manager/owner talks. They let you pay first, and the business is done. They have no patience and empathy with their guest.Let me give you an example. They owe me four dollars change, and they tell me come back tomorrow to pick it up. Can you believe that ?Go somewhere better, the quality of their work is mediocre and the price is not competitive at all.

I received amazing service here! They redid the headliner in my Chrysler Crossfire perfectly and even went the extra mile to take me back to work a few blocks away and picked me back up at the end of my shift to go get my car. I really enjoyed the quick, professional service and everyone was very nice. I would defiantly recommend them. Its been a few months now and everything is holding up perfectly! I called early in the morning before they opened. Ramy answered the phone while he was shaving and was as personable as can be. I needed the drivers side power window regulator replaced on my Navigator. He quoted me a price and told me it would take about 2 hrs. He had it finished in less than 2 hrs. Had a great customer waiting area with a King James Bible opened to the book of Mathew! He came by and updated me periodically as work progressed. I guess some folks might find him a little edgy, but he got it done for me and exactly for the cost estimate. Even called me after hrs to make sure it was working ok. I will definitely go back and strongly recommend Ramy.

I took my car in with the intention to change the windshield because of a crack. Right when we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Ramy and one of his employees - he shook our hands and they offered us coffee. Then he asked to see the damage to the windshield - he gave me his honest opinion and said that he doesnt think it needed to be changed right now unless I really wanted him to fix it. Instead of just easily taking my money, he explained to me that he wouldnt recommend getting it fixed until the crack got worse. Seems like a very honest guy, which is very hard to come by sometimes!

Great customer service and great work. I called and talked to him over the phone and explained to him what had happened to my sunroof on my 2012 king ranch expedition . He quoted me a price over the phone but stated it could be more depending what they found when they looked at it . I explained to him that I would not be able to leave the vehicle with him because we live so far from Houston and that my wife would be taking it in because I had to go out of town . He assured me he could get it done in one day but it might take @ 8hrs . My wife arrived early that morning and he assigned two employees to work on it and gave my wife a ride to the gallaria mall so she did not have to wait in the lobby all day . Six hours later she was picked up and on her way home with a perfectly working sunroof .

Ramy took good care of me. I went in stressing over a headliner that was in need of desperate repair. He quoted me over the phone and when I went in, he took a look and told me to trust him. He priced me much lower of the quoted price. It took about 4 hours. When it was complete, he sends a text and call to come pick up your car. I arrived to some amazing results. It look like it just came off the show room floor. The color of the material match perfectly and the overall customer was awesome. I will recommend anyone who need headliner repair. He does offer other services so I will definitely hold on to his contact information for future business. I am a very satisfied customer.

A good friend of mine recommend this place. I was very disappointed though. I go in and I was made to feel kind of harrassed. I dont mind this though, what really got me upset was the fact that i took my car to get my windshield replaced and instead they damaged it even more then how it was! They later told me it was MY fault for not telling them i had a sensor. Its their job to ask these question and make sure they do their job correctly. I shouldnt have to tell them. Any professional would have known or at least had the decency to have asked. Honestly I would not recommend this place.

Plain and simple, I would definitely recommend this place. My windshield needed replacing right as I moved to Houston. I did not know any garages personally so I looked up highly rated ones close to me and found Ramys. He was incredibly nice from the start and even offered to get my windshield replaced that day even though he was supposed to close in an hour. After bending over backwards to fit me, the repair was done in a timely matter with no hidden charges and no hassle. The price was even $100 lower than other garages I had called for the same repair. While I waited, Ramy himself checked in on me several times and even gave me a complimentary water because of the Houston heat. He assured me that he could check my fluids for free if I came back for a discounted oil change. Ramys Garage seems honest, straight-forward, and willing to take very good care of you for repeat business. I will definitely go back.

Absolutely great experience!! Had a broken window regulator and motor on Thursday, got the quote from ramys after work at 3:30pm and went ahead and left the car overnight. Car was ready same time next day like it never happened. Great customer service and lightning fast repairs!This is the place to go for anything window or paint related!

I was going to bring in my car to have the A/C checked but when I called Ramys no one answered all day. I tried on a couple of different days but it would just keep ringing. My dad was also having issues with his a/c and he thought he would check out Ramys since I mentioned that I had read several great reviews on this garage. He brought in his car, paid the fee for the a/c inspection and the quote he received was written so small, he had a hard time reading it. He inquired about it and was told oh well, thats just how it prints. The items listed for repair from Ramys were totally different than what the dealer had stated. When my dad asked about their warranty and if they would stand behind their work, he was told yes but only if another issue didnt mess up their work. If you are having a/c work repair done, then shouldnt that be covered by warranty and how is something my dad might do make that not coverable? Everything just seemed shoddy and suspicious. My father stated they seemed like they really didnt know what they were talking about when he asked about the repair items. Im sure this is a good place for body work but I wouldnt trust them with any other repairs. It doesnt seem like they really understood the repairs required. We took my dads car into another shop who came up with the exact same repairs as the initial dealer and way different than Ramys. Also the other shop warrantied the a/c for 2 years. I felt horrible for recommending this place and ended up taking my car to the dealer who will actually warranty their work.

I had a nice size flying rock to hit the roof of my car on my way to work this morning. When I opened my shade to my sunroof I saw the glass was shattered. I suppose the rock had bounced off but I chose to come here after looking online and seeing the good ratings this placed had and Ramy would not let me leave until I was well taken care off. I am very grateful to him and his exceptional service. My experience was awesome and I would definitely recommend others I know.

Absolutely straight up. I called in the afternoon and received a quote over the phone for my sunroof. He said he would have to look at it, but it was a common problem. I showed up the next day to find out that I received the quote from the owner himself. The work on my truck was finished in about 6 hours to my surprise because every other quote was 8-12 hours labor. I paid exactly what he quoted. He showed me pictures and videos of the work being done and waranteed it for a year. Completely straight forward. Would recommend to anyone!

I had a terrible experience. I went to have the sunroof replaced, and I mentioned that there was some water getting in the passenger side and rear. I was still unsure of the back, but the front was my best guess from the sunroof hose not being properly connected. They quoted me a weekend to complete. They had the car for over two weeks and then finally gave up and said that they couldnt install the sunroof because there was too much water getting in, and they wanted to seal it up the entire roof. That means not having a sunroof.I had to put my foot down to stop them. The owner was very rude about me having anything to say about how this should be handled. He actually got an inch from my face and screamed at me because he thought I was yelling. I was frustrated and did speak up trying to get a word in. I finally got the car back in the next few days. I was preoccupied but I did check the sunroof drainage as the late Summer rains came. This is when I saw a little stream of water coming down the passenger frame. I followed it up and found the drainage hose still disconnected. So in the end they replaced the sunroof as I requested, but they were incompetent at understanding how sunroof drainage actually works. Bottom line is if I want to get that fixed its going to require taking the sunroof back out. two jobs was exactly what I wanted to avoid. Id recommend shopping around for a shop that knows how to work with sunroofs.

I went to Ramys this morning with an issue for my drivers side view mirror. Within 20 mins I was out and there is no more vibration any more. The facility was very clean organized and professional. I wish I could rate this joint with half a star! I will NEVER go here ever again. The owner is very rude and the work is not up to standard. Long story short, I had to take my vehicle back THREE TIMES and the work STILL wasnt done right. Then when I go on the fourth time to Express other concerns I had (in addition to water getting inside the truck), his response was what are you bringing it to me for?I show him the gap between the glass and the light and he tells me yeah its supposed to have a gap. Im not stupid and I know what my window was supposed to look like and that wasnt it. So I leave and go to the dealership and they confirm what I told Ramy, that the glass was not properly installed. I call him from the dealership and tell him i want my money back, and he says ok bring your receipt and Ill take my glass out and give you your money. I will be pursuing legal action, as well as filing a complaint with the BBB. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and condescending businessman in my life! And then he comes at me like Im wrong; NO youre wrong! You and your employees need to be trained on PROPERLY installing glass and customer service because you are lacking in ALL AREAS.

Quoted $275 just to look at the car, Ramys had it for 4 days. I arrived to find that they found a glitch in the reversing gear cylinder, never had an issue before them. I left to find that the windows would not go completely up so I returned to wait another 45 minutes. Once they completed I found that that button that used to pop open the trunk now does NOT. Their excuse was they didnt touch anything and things happen.In the end they quoted me an outrageous price to repair it. Ladies DO NOT GO THERE. They see a woman and they think $$$.Would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is zero. Lack of etiquette is horrific.Walk away now...

I was in a parking lot accident in which my bumper was trashed. I arrived in a hurry right before class and these people finished my car so quickly! And my bumper looks perfect, good as new. They could not tell me price over phone to repair sunroof then when I came to shop he qouted $263.00 just to take it apart but not fix the leak. He said parts and labor are extra on top of $263.00. Three sunroof companies are listed at the same address.

I would give a ZERO STAR if could. It’s the bottom line to be respectful, especially in the service industry, but they don’t have the virtue. Very rude and full of negative energy, they refused to give a quote or even the cost range on the phone, and hang up when you are talking.The same experience has been on going from other reviews, so stay away from the negative energy.

Worst shop Ive ever taken my car too. Charged a high price to fix my car, and then proceeded to do a terrible job on top of that high price. We said our budget was $5000 to fix the car (which we expected would get us a good repair) with used airbags (that were not sure whether theyll even work in an accident considering the rest of the car was half-a**ed). He agreed to the price, and then range it to our credit card charging tax to it, bumping it up to $5500 when we clearly agreed on the final price being only $5000 max. Well, onto the day I picked it up: he waited until we were ready to come pick it up to tell us he bought a brand new air bag computer and clock spring that he wanted us to pay $600 for, although we talked down to $300 (which is still BS in the first place). I found both parts online for a fraction of that. The repairs are the worst horror story here. The paint is not matched at all to the original color, theres dimples in the paint all over, as well as spots where the paint accumulated, proving they half-a**ed painting, and they did limited prep work for painting as well, as theres overspray all over my rims and under the engine bay. The hood was unaligned, tilted down more on one side than the other. They just slapped the old black chin spoiler that was destroyed from the wreck on there. Instead of just replacing the headlights, they glued new front on the lights, and the bulbs were also busted from the wreck (which as you guessed, they weaseled their way out of fixing). The worst of all problems was my window: they cheaply re-glued the glass back on the track, which failed within the next day I got it home, and still hasnt been fixed. They were so cheap on the used airbags that they got tan airbags and painted them dark black when my interior is charcoal grey.If you are looking for a quality, fair priced, and honest mechanic, steer clear of Mr. Ramys shop! Its so far the WORST shop Ive ever dealt with.

I have a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and all 4 of my window regulators were busted even the tracks and everything. I took my vehicle up to ramys garage and the quote that he gave me was lower than anyone in town. His work is fantastic, the workers there are professionals. I love the way he does everything. I also referred him to my mother in law to do a sunroof and it came out better than factory. If you need any type of work done on your vehicle whether it be sunroof headliner side mirrors I mean anything this guy will do everything possible to make it come out looking great and fabulous I am super happy with my service

After getting my drivers window repaired at Ramys Garage,I was upset to find the tint on that window had been damaged (many scratched off areas). The service manager, Ramy, did nothing to correct this, which I find incredible since I take such good care of my older vehicle and the repair cost was over $300.00. If you dont want dirty hand prints on your interior upholstery or your foot mats filthy from mechanics feet you may want to go somewhere that cares because this is not that place.

Mr Ramy, gave us the best quote in town on windshield for our 2015 Genesis Coupe that lost its battle with a bouncing rock on the highway. Brought it in with no appointment and replaced in one afternoon at less half the quoted price of Safelite. Good deal. Fast service. I would recommend this establishment windshield replacement.

If you come here to get your car sunroof serviced, ask for ramy at sunroof king . Ive come to this shop twice for an sunroof repair on 2013 ford edge for my wife vehicle and also my 2013 ford f150 sunroof repair and this is the first time I met Ramy. He is very personable, in comparison to the other staff (the ho-hum bordering rude guy sitting in the right hand corner). You can tell that Ramy doesnt allow the day to day nonsense overwhelm him and intervene with his customer service; he should train the staff. There is one thing I would change....position at least one of the computers towards the customer window. When you walk into the shop, everyone is facing the shop floor and not the customer that walks through the door. To some customers, they might see this as a lack of courtesy or respect (just imagine if you are at Starbucks and the registers were facing the blenders while he/she is taking your order). Im looking forward to my next visit but if Im serviced by someone lacking Ramys interpersonal skills,Sunroof King really know sunroof repair no joke .

Quick and easy estimates. Very fair and polite. Clean waiting area with electric outlets in every booth with free Wi-Fi. Was my first visit...wont be my last. Highly recommend.

I got my headliner fixed last week, cant be more satisfied with them. Nice people, good service, great quality. Ramy himself is very cool and friendly; dont go to a dealer if u can get things done at Ramys, especially at such convenient location, u wont be disappointed.

He told me 125 usd to replace windshield with 2 hours pf working. When I arrived he want 289 usd!!!! And 3 hours!!! The reason because he doesn’t have it. Mu car seat for 2 hours not being work on until I asked him. It took 5 hours !!! to finish. He charged me 376 usd!!! Reason that he add some thing without my approval. I have no choice but paid the price of ky stupidity. Now it is up to you to choose to come or not. I will never come back here.

Purchased a used car here a while back. Everything was exactly as described and it was a great deal. The owner was up front about everything and the car has been great!

The owner tried to charge me 850.00 to adjust my sunroof. Because I was a female he thought he could convince me that my sunroof issue could not be repaired. I had done research before going over there, so I knew it was repairable. He got really upset when he realized that I wasnt falling for that scam. I left went over to Low Cost Glass on the Southeast side, and they repaired it for 85.00 dollars. Not trustworthy at all.

If you ever have any mechanical issue with your vehicle and would like to experience the way business was done back when people cared about there work, when people took pride in there performance, when people felt better about helping another human being rather than screw you out of your last dollar, if you would like to know what that feels like take your automobile to Ramy. His pricing is extremely competitive, he stands behind his work, his staff is professional, there is no bull!#@#. If he says it will be done it will be done. In a city of 5 million people give or take a few, people like Ramy are hard to find.Thank you for your help the other day it couldnt have come at a better time.

I wish I could put ZERO STARS! Totally rude and completely disrespectful. I was quoted a price and when I got there he tried to double the rate on me. When confronted about price gouging us and we told him he quoted us differently, He told us we were one drop in a bucket, so f**k off. Never have I ever been so disrespected in my life. He told us to F**K OFF!! I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy!

I went to this place to fix my car a.c based on the good reviews I read online. I did not realize that most of the good reviews were only for sun roof and body work jobs. My experience was terrible. I ended up spending about 1k and taking the car back 2 times. At the end of the day, my ac was still broken . I do not recommend this place to anyone with car a.c problems.Another thing is, these guys never call you to update you on the progress of your car. You have to keep calling to ask if your car is fixed. I think this is unprofessional.Overall, a terrible experience indeed.
