Disappointing service. Filthy cars. Look at how they store the child seats, on the floor next to the trash. Shame on this location.

It was my first time using National and I had a great experience. The employee was fast and courteous and got me into a better car than I reserved. The 2019 Ford Fusion I got was actually loaded with premium features rather than a typical bare-bones rental economobile. This made my trip not so bland. Return process was quick and efficient with no problems. I will use them again in the future.

They went above and beyond my expectations. I had already gotten a great deal on a full sized car and when I got there to pick it up they gave me a full sized luxury SUV for no extra cost! Great company, value, and vehicles!

Friendly folks, decent selection (though Ive never gotten to choose), very efficient service. Cars are pretty new (mostly less than a year old, definitely less than two), clean, and ready to go. Sometimes they have a full tank, sometimes they dont.One disappointment: hours are limited and theyre not open on Sundays.

When we arrived the car was not clean so we waited for over 15 min, and we could not upgrade since there was not anything available to take. Back tire on passenger side kept losing air pressure.It was difficult for the air to circulate to the back part of the car so it would get hot.We would have liked to have been able to upgrade to a large SUV for this long trip.In the past we always had fantastic customer care and excellent selection available to choose from. Truly would like to see this return. Weve been a long term customer for many years.

I have no issues when I arrive. This is the only location I go to rent cars. Tia is the best and their is also a white male I dont have his name down yet, but he always nice.

Super slow service. Being a loyalty member means nothing to them. Had to wait for 45 mins to get my car on a weekday at 8:30am.

Always a great experience. This location has made me a National customer for life. Incredible customer service, and frequent upgrades are a great perk.

Rented a GMC Yukon for 5 days using my free rental days. Only had to pay the insurance fee. It was a great deal for a few days of family getaway.The car was there on time, full of gas, clean in an out. The price was just as advertised. Location: Doubletree by the Galleria, Houston, TX

I had no problems with National. They are conveniently located in the Doubletree hotel next to the Galleria. They are open on weekends, which is a plus. The staff were competent. I got a bigger SUV than the one I reserved (and for the same rate).I actually rented from Hertz a week after and the experience was not as good. I reserved at a location in southwest houston and their system was down, so they told me I had to go to another location. I was renting a car, so I obviously did not have a car with me to drive to this new location. They did not give me a ride, even though it was their fault. I had to get an uber to the new location and I lost a lot of time (I was in a hurry). I eventually got my car but it was not a smooth experience. National was better.

Very convenient for executive rentals..

Lied the rate when renting. It was overcharged when went for final Bill. When I asked for the Bill, manager said the printer is not working. Such a big company and the printer was not working for around 3 weeks. Unbelievable. I went personally after 3 weeks to get the Bill and after long conversation, I got my overcharged bill. Wort service.

Somewhat hard to find inside the hotel, better signage might help. Also way too many recovery fees at this location.

The staff at the Doubletree Galleria location is always friendly, and bend over backwards to help you. I always use this location when I need a rental.
