I am very pleased on this service. I went to Houston Texas for 4 days. I had rented a car in budget. But it was not what I expected. So I returned it back and I found this place on google. Auto exotic rental. I called the guy last minute at about 6 pm. Thank you to him I was able to rent a Range Rover autobiography. Very elegant and nice car. The service and customer service was excellent. Don’t have any complaint. Very smooth transaction. Also very quick on the deposit return. This is one of the best spots I’ve rented a car. Definitely recommend.

SCAM dont leave a cash deposit they will keep it and wont return it saying that the vehicle has motor issues. I was forced to give a review I wish I could do zero stars. I rented from them for my daughter’s prom. I would advise you to read reviews because had I read through most of the reviews I would’ve saved a lot of time by choosing not to go through the hassle. First the vehicle we rented (Bentley) had a check engine light on which we didn’t think to ask about because he drove the car to us so we thought well he must know. Not knowing this was not an actual company because he drove car to us at an office building and walked back home across the street. The car set at our house until we drove her to the prom which was located up the street from our home. When we went back to get her turned on vehicle and it said stop car to low. So I begin to google to see what the issue may be if we accidentally hit a button or something and I begin to pull up info where it’s a common problem with Bentley the air suspension. So we rented a vehicle with a preexisting issue. Smh after trying to reach out and inform him of the issue we never got a response. So I called for road side assistance 3 different drivers came out and said they couldn’t touch it. So a friend of mines was having issues with a vehicle they rented as well which they had to get towed way from Galveston. She asked the tow truck driver if he was able to take a look at it to see if he could assist because I was also told by the last driver that I would need a wheel lifter he said that’s exactly what he specialized in. So long story short he got the car safety to my residence and left the 2x4 under wheels so when the next person came out it wouldn’t be so hard. So low and behold he never reached out after several messages left that night we had to call him. I wasn’t present when my husband spoke with him because had I been I would’ve told him don’t worry about a replacement for the second just get a refund but he offered my husband another car for the replacement of the broken down vehicle. A tow truck drive r was sent out after we informed the rental car man what type of tow truck would be needed. The first driver couldn’t do it because he brought a flatbed by the time someone else was dispatched out I was busy so my daughter went out the driver asked her how did they tow it here. I told her to inform him he lifted the vehicle from back just a little. Took his time putting on front wheels to make sure vehicle was secured and then lifted it all the way for travel. He told me he knew what he was doing and he had been doing it for 10 years. A few days later my husband contacted him because he hadn’t received his deposit he told him the car was brought with damages and sent a photo. Which had the cat with pieces of the bumper on the ground as if car was taken off tow truck and securements were snatched off. He begin to send him photos tried to call and phone was going to voicemail. So a few days later I decided to call from my phone and to my amazement I got an answer. I begin to reiterate the details as described above he said yes I understand that indeed the tow truck driver is responsible but is not taking accountability. My repose was okay well let me assist by gathering more photos and reaching out to aaa. So then he informed me he would send his email which I never received. So I told it upon myself to make a compliant with aaa they informed they would need more info since we didn’t request for tow. Called him and now the phone is going to vm and the deposit hasn’t been received, So now I’m going to proceed by getting this situation taken to court. It’s not about the money it’s about the principal and how he tried to avoid the situation at hand. Please save yourself the hassle of dealing with this individual because it’s definitely not a company these seem to be personal vehicles.The nerve of you to comment and say what we didn’t do when we clearly have pictures. It’s funny how fast you respond to a review but can’t seem to properly speak in regards to the situation at hand.SCAM and VERY SHADY PLS you guys save your money and time and find a legit place.

BIG SCAM. Showed up to the address and it’s an empty parking garage. Talked to someone who works in the building across the street and auto exotic hasn’t been a business in awhile. The only reason I got my money back is because I used PayPal and filed a claim. I rented a Mercedes I paid $700 and would not have gotten my money back if I didn’t pay with Pay Pal. This was back in July 2020 I can post my pay pal claim. The only time I have had any contact with anyone from this company after calling over and over is his comment on this post. BUYER BEWARE.

Bunch of scam artists. they will take your steal your deposit and never give it back. and every one who works there uses the name Mike for all communications. and if anything goes wrong they blame the name Raju Hudson. Also the car you rent is probably the car you WONT get but they will keep the money and charge you additional price for a different car and never return the deposit. the price they tell you; times it by three and that is what you will be loosing if you use this worthless company. Also they address on the website is incorrect. they will take you in circles to different places.

This is a real B.S place. They owe me a rental car credit for money they didnt wanna refund due to pandemic last year and school proms being canceled. Dodging my calls and text messages. Real bad business.

I planned to pick up my S550 rental which was about 30miles away but they surprised me and just brought it to me on my wedding day and when it was time to return, they let me enjoy it for couple hours without extra money paid or stress... I am in the service industry and I try my very best to serve my customers. Today, i paid Exotic rental in full in hopes that they would provide me with the same level service I serve my guest. For this morning I had reserved a Rolls Royce for beautiful a wedding service, for only two hours (950$) The car did not show. The bride and groom are somewhat happy but I feel that I could have done better I had not rented from Exotic Rental.

Ruined wedding due to incompetent company. Had a vehicle booked for a wedding. Booked a month in advance and placed a deposit. Day came and we went to the pick up location. There was no car called the office and finally spoke to someone. Was told that the car was double booked. They said that they would get me the vehicle at 7:30am the next morning which would have worked. 7:30 came and went no car, no call, no text. Contacted them via text and asked them to cancel the reservation and received call saying the driver was stuck in traffic and would be another 20 minutes. Just lies.

Excellent experience renting form Auto Exotic. Making the reservation was very easy and everyone was kind and friendly on pick up an drop off. Had a small issue with a leaky tire, but that was quickly resolved. Will definitely be back to rent again.

BEWARE: They will rent out cars to you that have been rented out the day before with a return time 1 hour before you have to pick it up. Had to waste 2 hours of my wedding day to find another convertible because the previous renter didn’t bring it back on time.They first sent me to the wrong address for pick up, and then told me the wrong suite number for the third party office.Turns out the third party had convertibles for rent that Exotic Auto failed to mention. Thank God that a guy from Turo has a quick turn around and willing to work with me. If you’re looking for a car for a timely, life-changing event, look somewhere elseUpdate:It’s been 2 weeks now and I was supposed to get a full refund for $3000 (deposit + car rental). No money back. Have contacted them multiple times about it. One saying it was done, the other saying “I’ll see what happened” with no follow up. So evidently they will take your money without even providing any kind of service in return. Never got a car from them at all. Disputing charges...terrible business practices.

No joke!!! This was a legit luxury car rental place of Houston. The manager was professional and courteous to what I needed and the cost was amazing. I had the ride of my life in the Ferrari 458. has the ride of my life with my fiancé. Booking another rental in March for our little vacation.

My clients hired a Rolls Royce Ghost and driver to take them from their wedding to their airport hotel. The driver arrived early, was courteous and helpful, and the car looked immaculate from what I could tell. Definitely a good experience.

One star, because negative stars wasnt an option! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They will book you, take your money and never provide you with what you paid for. Or even have the decency to let you know you wont receive service. We lost money through this company and no solution was provided. I regret using this company. BEWARE AND BE WARNED, THIS RENTAL COMPANY IS FULL OF SCAMMERS. RUNThis is definitely the WORST rental experience I have ever had. I rented a Rolls Royce Ghost to use for a wedding. This guy named “Mike” but his real name is Raju Hudson who is supposed to be the general manager told me on the phone that the car was a 2016 only for me to come and find out that it was a 2011.Secondly, when I came to pick up the vehicle, he was over and hour late and then I had to go to another location just to pick the car as he could not make it to their office one time.Thirdly, when I got the car, there was not a drop of gas in it. I mean the tank was on E with less than 10 Miles to Drive be4 it gets completely empty. Mike did not even care that he had caused us to wait an hour, we still had to go by the gas station to get some gas before going to pick up the bride and hour later than expected.Lastly, upon returning the car in perfect shape, Mike and his partner started looking for anything kind of damage to pin on us so that they could keep our $2000 deposit. They finally found an almost invisible scratch on the rear bumper which was not picked up by the prerental photos and said they were going to bill us for it. Mind you the bump already had so many other scratches on it and we made not of it but the moment they found one that was no show omg clearly on the pictures, they said we did it. All our efforts to express to them that we did not put any scratch on the car fell on deaf ears. 4 days later, I got a call from mike saying they were going to deduct $799 from our deposit to fix the whole bumper. We are currently filing a lawsuit against these people because they are crooks and they are trying to exploit people for money. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are only getting 1 star from me because there is no way to give them a zero or a negative star rating. Beware and be warned.

Problem with car no A/C all the service engine lights were on the dash duct tap on button. I refused the car and he had not refunded any of the 3000 I paid him...do not rent from this place.

Horrible service and policies. I made reservations for a rental, AFTER I paid I received an email stating I needed full coverage insurance (which I do not have), so I cancelled the reservations more than a week before reservations ( because I was not an eligible customer). I still have not received my money back and keep getting the run around when I call to speak to the manager about it. I ended up renting a Cadillac XTS through Budget and had no problems. Its the principle behind what is going on here. I was never informed that I needed full coverage insurance till after I paid, and not wanting to return my money is a complete scam.

I rented a Maserati for 3 hours. Got the deal on amazon and they also have them on groupon. The car was an older model but still plenty powerful and fun to drive. Only thing was the driver seat wouldnt move forward so my friend couldnt drive it which sucked. As far as cost goes I did have to pay $30 something bucks for sales tax but that was it.They didnt charge me the deductible or anything extra. I went 5 miles or so over the allocated miles and didnt even fill the tank. When I opened the tank to put gas it was green and I thought it took regular gas so I just didnt even risk it. Why would it be green if it takes gas? Tried to call but no answer. So I just took it back and they didnt charge me for it.Great experience for me! 100 was the fastest I went and ez tag was free. Would definitely do it again.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! My husband rented the Mercedes G63 AMG Wagon for our daughters Senior prom. He signed a contract, and was assured things were good to go. The day before the prom he got a call informing him that the G Wagon was in the shop due to overheating. They offered us a black Bentley Flying Spur instead. We really wanted a white vehicle, but we agreed to take the Bentley instead. The manager Mike assured me and my husband through phone calls and texts that the driver would be at the destination address at 6:30 PM to pick up my daughter. My husband even called him back the day of prom to make sure things were still on track, and once again Mike assured him things were on schedule. My husband asked that the driver call us when he was on his way to pick her up. At 6:20 my husband texted Mike to let him know he never received a call from the driver, and asked if the driver had left Houston. He told him that the driver would call him. Six minutes later the driver called and said he was running a little behind he was about 5 minutes from the exit he needed to take, and should be at the destination in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later he still had not arrived. My husband called the driver back and the phone went straight to voicemail each time. He tried to call Mike and he didnt answer. So he texted Mike and told him the driver still had not arrived. Mike texted him back and told him that he couldnt reach the driver either and he would keep trying. He said the driver had picked up the car at 5 PM. Needless to say the driver never showed up to take my daughter to her prom. And Mike stopped answering my husbands texts and phone calls. My daughter was devastated, and we were just in shock. She is graduating with honors and getting this car for her prom was a reward for her hard work. These are once in a life time moments that you can never get back. AUTO EXOTIC CAR RENTAL OF HOUSTON RUINED MY DAUGHTERS PROM. Please take my word as a loving and caring parent, and use another reputable company for you events. These people are liars and scammers. I just dont know how I will ever make this up to my daughter. This will be a mark in our memory for the rest of our lives. I hope they are happy about disappointing my baby girl. This is the the most dishonest and deceitful company that I have ever dealt with. Im just plain sick to my stomach.

GOOD BUSINESS GUYS: FIRE HER BECAUSE SHE JUST MADE YOU LOSE $900.

I rented the Mercedes AMG GTS from Auto Exotic Rental for my birthday. Ive rented exotic cars from several companies here in Houston and elsewhere. AER was extremely professional, prompt, and responsive to everything I asked. Their cars are well maintained and clean. Id definitely recommend AER for any rental experience. Ordered A Rolls Royce for our wedding, Car is supposed to be there between 5 and 5:30 pm, the driver called me to tell me the car broke down 4 hours away from the destination where we agreed.( did not even have a manager call, the driver did), driver said well send you A bently and 4 Hours later well send the Rolls Royce and take the Bently back... Rolls Royce never came.. I called the next day, Serina said we apologize and we owe a refund.. called next day to check on the status of the refund Raju the manager said we dont owe you anything and hung up! Tried to use them years ago for my wedding and they disappointed me the evening before the wedding. To make matters worse, they were making excuses for not having the 3 cars I wanted available and wanting to give me future credit when they were disappointing me for one of the most important events in my life. I called them every month to ensure everything is set, paid for the rentals 6 months in advance and the night before my wedding, they called me to tell me they did not have even 1 car available for me. I read reviews in other places and this seems to be their modus operandi.I have said it before, and I will continue to say it, these people, company are unreliable and untrustworthy. Even courtesy of refunding the money to me to go else was a problem after THEY did not have cars for me. Common courtesy would have expected them to be apologetic and issue me an instant refund. I had to fight this through my credit card company who saw that they had absolutely no merit in not giving me my money back.

The lady was SUPER NICE & informative. The price was CHEAP (scored from Groupon, even though the walk in price appeared to be cheaper). Ive been wanting to rent an exotic car for years. Not to show out, or attend an event, but to drive on the freeway. Thats all I wanted to do. These guys made it SUPER easy & affordable. I drove the Lamborghini Gallardo over a week ago & I am still smiling and referring back to my pictures. The car was 1st gen, probably needed a new clutch, brakes and tires, but I wouldnt expect a rental Lambo to be in pristine, garage queen condition. If you have not done this and have always been curious, these guys had the best rate and were super nice. Just dont scratch anything because they were thorough in the pre and post inspection. Even measuring tread depth. So yeah, I was apprehensive at first, driving a car that I could not afford, but they made me feel welcome. Driving the Lambo was a blast and it gave my ears a 2 hour eargasm!!!
