Can only speak to Sales as that has been my only experience thus far. But, it was amazing. Jazmine was super helpful and made the whole purchase process very quick. While the facility was nice and the people kind and respectful. Use caution. We purchased a 2013 Jaguar XF and a week later, engine light is on. Expected that they performed thorough inspections of the pre owned cars they sold. After all “this is Advantage BMW.” I expected a higher level. I was lead to believe Advantage thoroughly checks their preowned and put the best up for sale. The rest are just sent to auction.We were planning to purchase a second vehicle from them in the coming weeks, but this disappointment has is second guessing that.Update: the check engine code is for p0299. Turbo/supercharger. Unacceptable to buy a car from a reputable dealer and 10 days later be out thousands in repair.Update 2: Advantage BMW is a class act. They made this situation right when they didn’t have to. I will not hesitate to give them first shot anytime I am looking to buy a vehicle. New or used. My tire blew out and Advantage BMW Midtown was helpful. They first ensured I was safe and replaced my tire promptly. I also required a rental during the time of repair and they made it happen even though currently there’s a shortage of rental cars. Brandon provided great customer service from beginning to end!

The outstanding Advantage BMW Service Department is back! One of the (many) reasons I have been purchasing from and servicing/getting repair work from Advantage BMW for 15+ years is because of their great service department. Five years ago I left Advantage BMW and drove miles across town to another service department because of several surprisingly disappointing experiences. After recently purchasing a new car from Advantage BMW — and deciding to try their Service Department again out of sheer geographic convenience— I am blown away by how good they are!My car engine was recently flooded during one of Houston’s freak flash flood events and Advantage BMW Service went to bat for me. They helped me figure out how to get the car towed overnight, stored, delivered to them (even though the towing company said there was no room left on their lot), and then they took on the insurance company to ensure my car got all the necessary repair approvals to meet BMW standards.My service advisor (Lulu) kept me informed 24/7 and truthfully made me feel like mine was the only car she was handling (which was not the case). She really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and her responsiveness and overall great attitude made the inconvenience feel less burdensome. She was fantastic!! The royal treatment is back— and I am once again a happy and loyal Advantage BMW customer.
Recently purchased a new X5 from Midtown, it has now had 3 electrical/system issues. Last incident was on Saturday after picking up my plates from dealer. This time however my entire screen in front of the steering wheel went blank. Talked to Garrett Burslon sales manager and he had me contact service manager Erik Sanchez, left email and messages for Erik, he never responded. Then reached out to BMS USA, took them multiple calls and emails to respond. Now here it is Thursday 7/15 and finally BMW assist is coming to pick up car to tow to dealer
It was my first time getting my car serviced here and my advisor Lourdes was very kind and helpful (as well as the other employees that I came in contact with). I was notified about everything in detail and they kept me updated throughout the entire time that they had my car (which I really appreciate). I’m very happy with the service here and will definitely be coming back.

I came in for broken window repair. Was told repair would take 1-2 days. Actually turned into 5 work days and the didn’t fix the runway channel which I was not informed of until after they brought my car for me. I expected a more responsive and transparent experience.Delays were said to be due to supplemental charge approval. I had to call my insurance, supplemental 3rd party just to find out that my customer service rep didn’t follow the instructions on the estimate provided by insurance.I do not recommend this location for collision repairs. They showed a lack of accountability and inconvenienced me for a month trying to get my complete care repairs fixed.And I will also note that the estimate provided by BMW which was extremely high didn’t align to the reimbursement provided for runway work needed.Terrible experience all the way around!
Every visit I have here has been good. My advisor, Eduardo Bendeck is amazing! He usually updates me on any additional things that need to be done in my car before proceeding with any recommended repairs. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, not pushy and provides good customer service.
Lourdes is always great. She ensures my car has everything necessary to be road worthy. She even made arrangements to have my car picked up and delivered back so I didn’t even have to worry with getting it to the dealership. Service with a smile even though I never saw her!
We are always greeted with professionalism, great service and awesome repais. The service advisors always check your warranty to make sure that you get the full extent used from your warranty which can save you a lot.

I wish I could give this place ZERO starts.Brought my car in for a recall. Was supposed to take ~3 hours.The technician ended up breaking my FRM module and Advantage refused to cover the cost to fix it. They made me jump through hoops and open a case with BMW North America for something THEY BROKE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!I was left without my vehicle for A WEEK.No courtesy cars available.No coverage for a rental car.My service advisor and the service manager both shrugged off being able to help me in any way. I had to get MY LAWYER involved and prep the paperwork for small claims court in case BMW NA didnt cover the cost of the repair. Thankfully they did and I didnt have to deal with that.This is the worst experience Ive ever had at a dealership, and I worked for two including a BMW dealership. What happened to me is unacceptable, and this place should put their customers first and take accountability instead of making excuses and trying to dodge the costs of their mistakes.

Been a minute since I’ve come back for service. The new updated facility is beautiful first and foremost ! The customer service was 100% details explained on what needed to be done. I went to get my A/C checked due to it blowing hot air. Eduardo took my request over the phone for the next day. The technician checked it, and found out it was leaking from the condenser. They replaced it, and I was able to receive my vehicle the same day! 2 👍

Edwardo was my Sales Technician. I repeat Sales Technician! I was told over and over again, on the phone “to bring My BMW in for a FREE DIAGNOSIS”. I get there, and My car was never even seen by a Certified Mechanic. The car was Diagnosed by (a nun certified Technician) The salesman. I was soo disappointed in my Time being wasted. I would’ve gotten service there, but when you’re told free diagnostics, and that they will print out a estimate. That’s what someone would expect. I would never take my car to Advantage BMW, nor recommend it to anyone ever!
The sales team and service team are excellent here! I never had to question what the status of my car was as I received text updates every day! However, I can not say the same for the “loaner” car service.BEWARE: DO NOT USE A LOANER CAR FROM THEM. If you do, read the contract carefully and make sure ok with being responsible for anything that happens to the car.

David, my service advisor was very quick answering my questions, helping me file warranty claims and fast track my service timeline so that I can have the car for the weekend. 5 star excellent service!
My relationship with Advantage wasn’t always 5 stars - that began once I met Cory (service advisor) and Brian (Master tech) the rest is history. These guys are easy to talk to - and I took the time to talk to them not as employees who service my car - but as human beings - and its made my experience at Advantage amazing. This is the dealership where I service my car, and buy OEM parts - Angel and Joey in the parts department and the entire crew back there are top notch people who know their cars.If there is one thing I would advise - get to know people. 5 Stars for Kevin ... he was fantastic ... I had a couple concerns (for a second consecutive visit) but I think these concerns are more process oriented than individual SA related. But, again in no way tied directly to Kevin ... its ironic that I do get a better overall experience when I visit Honda for my wifes car vs. when I visit the luxury car dealer service department. I would be more than happy to discuss more via phone ... but for a second straight time from a BMW standpoint, Ive been let down and felt I needed to address what I thought could have made for a better experience! thank you Kevin for your awesome professionalism and knowledge...you Def. saved a 1-star situation from occurring, so KUDOS to you my friend. you are Def. an asset to Advantage BMW!

Barry Thomas did a fantastic job with all aspects of my repair! When my hard-to-locate part came in early, he called to reschedule my repair for an earlier date. He communicated with me during the time my car was in the shop, and facilitated my transportation to back home following the drop off and back to the shop for vehicle pickup after it was repaired. Excellent customer service all the way through the process!

Kamil was very helpful with getting multiple issues resolved that I had from the factory on my M8. He also went out of his way to coordinate with parts to locate the correct carbon fiber spoiler for my car as well as schedule the install same day. Also, the shop foreman Jonathan was willing to take an extended ride with me to hear an intermittent noise the car was making, and fixed it promptly after diagnosing the issue.

Great customer service. They solved my problems (for a price of course) $$$$. I love that they take videos during their process of diagnosis. So that the car owner can see first-hand what the issues are. They also don’t leave you to sit and wait all day (or find your own ride home) if your car is going to be there for an extended period of time; they’ll take you home or wherever you need to be. My only complaint was that they left muddy boot prints in the back AND front of the car (in the floorboards obviously). But they for sure weren’t there when I brought the car in originally. I’ll have to shampoo those out myself.
I always find BMW midtown the best place for my car maintenance. The service is excellent and fast, and the quality of work is great. Moreover, I always count with the support of the best advisor, Robert García, who is not only very knowledgeable of his field, but very nice and helpful answering all questions and concerns. Be careful when you purchase used car from this dealership. Never ever send them money to hold the car for you because they stealing people money. They stole $500.00 from me and they refuse to refund the money. Dont trust this dealership at all. Customer service is awful and not respond and the hung up the phone any time I called them.

STAY AWAYService department is interested in selling work (hours and parts). They are not interested in providing BMW customers a service. Warranty work is not profitable enough, so dont expect to be well treated if that is your case.I went to have an airbag recall taken care of on my 09 M3.Yes, I own a 09 M3, which is not driven anymore. Its more of a collective for me than anything else and it is taken care of like a baby.Now, I do understand its a 2009 vehicle, but Advantage Midtown wants you to sign a waiver form that removes any liability from Advantage in case something breaks... Note that the form doesnt specify the condition on how something could break, its basically an umbrella protecting them and their technicians.Technicians make mistakes, and Im not okay giving them that sort of coverage on my dime.I told the advisor that on those conditions, I wouldnt leave the car there, which she replied with: let me get it back for you (the car was already taken by them, as this was the last thing they asked me to sign when I was about to leave).I asked to speak with a manager, explain to him my concern. He replied saying that they would take care of things that the technician broke, if it happened. I said: well, thats not what the form says, and Im uncomfortable signing it. Then he showed basically showed me the door! - As of, if you dont like it, you can go.Great customer service Advantage BMW Midtown - never again!As I said... if its not work they can sell you, the effort to take care of customers is below zero!

My Uncle, who became sick, liquidated some of his possessions. Among those things was an e92, maintained by Advantage BMW, that my father purchased. A few years later I happily traded my car and the e92 became my daily driver. I had to pick a shop for service and it was an easy choice to take it to Advantage. Now that Ive interacted with them for repairs, I understand why theyre 5 star rated. Thank you!

Great service!I am hesitant to give more than 1 star to this place. I have such a bad history with this place that even with a prepaid maintenance program I dont feel comfortable going here. I dont even trust them to change my oil. I would rather go to the one in Katy. It takes time to rebuild relationships. The service advisor and the parts advisor increase the 1 star rating to a 3.

A little hard to find (service dept.) if it’s your first time here but once in; the service is friendly and top notch! Most services that are “fairly quick” are good and make sure to bring a laptop or something as the upstairs waiting room is great with multiple TVs, coffee shop, drinks, snacks, water, and basically a place to relax. Tech Juan Castro was very informative and thorough! Will be back again when the next service is needed!!!

Leaving 5 stars solely due to how great Eduardo Bendeck is as a service advisor. By far the best advisor Ive dealt with not only here, but other dealerships in the past. While Ive had some advisors at this dealership that I wasnt exactly thrilled with, I will be back simply because of him. Professional, polite, thorough, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process even when his original time frame on how long it would take my car to be service changed. When my car ended up being ready on a day that he wasnt supposed to work, he came in to make sure he was there when I came to pick it up (even when I said there was no need).
I had an excellent experience. I did not have an appointment and Robert was able to schedule me immediately. There is some construction in the area so it was a bit difficult to get there.My car was taken care of and washed and I was provided with an Uber home. Robert shared some new promos that I was interested in. I will continue to have my car serviced at Advantage BMW. They do a great job.
Had to come in to order parts and Carlos at the parts desk was super helpful. Went out of his way to double check every part I had requested fit my vehicle and just had a really great attitude. He even made sure I had help carrying parts back to my car. If youre coming in to order parts, ask for Carlos!

I took my vehicle to be serviced/repaired (after taking it to another warranty approved place) and they kept me informed every step of the way. Cory Smith went above and beyond when my extended warranty didn’t want to cover some repairs. I won’t take this car any where else from now on.
Sergio made the car buying process seamless and rewarding! I visited on a Saturday right before closing and got the paperwork started so he could submit Monday morning. He said he would have an update for me by 11am on Monday. True to his word, I had an offer on my trade and financials to review before that time sent directly to my cell, without ever having to make a trip back. Once I approved the terms, he sent his assistant to my job to deliver the car and take my old one with documents in hand for me to look over and sign. This is our 1st BMW and working with Nicolae was great. We went back and forth a couple of times, but overall I had a great experience. The car only had one key, but Nicolae was able to track down the other one for me as well. He went above and beyond.Working with their finance department was great as well. I dealt with Travis who was a very well spoken and down to earth person. The day of purchase, I was in and out in 20 minutes.The car was delivered to my house as well.I highly recommend this dealership and Nicolae.

M3 was serviced appropriately and returned the same day. The car was returned significantly dirtier than when I dropped it off…. Dropped it off detailed and got it back with mud/dirt sprayed on the side and all inside the wheel wells… disappointing.

Great, friendly service! Got my car done in a timely manner, and clean as well. My advisor did not question me when I decided against certain services. They ordered me an Uber to and from the drop off as well.
They didn’t do a fairly basic repair job properly the first time so it had to go back the next day. That day they didn’t close the hood all the way - fortunately it did not fly open from the partially latched position. I would not recommend.

I knew what I wanted and he made it happened. He was very knowledgeable about the car and he wasn’t trying to go back and forth with the numbers. Sal Guerra, Finance Manager was nice and very knowledgeable. The energy and vibe of this dealership made me feel like these guys are family. Service was quick and professional, though there were some challenges with scheduling and receiving a ride back to the service center once my vehicle was ready. Everyone working there that i encountered was friendly and helpful.

Had a great experience with Advantage BMW Midtown...which is leading me to leave my first ever online review for an auto dealer. The staff involved in the process were attentive without being overbearing, completely direct in every aspect of the transaction. I drove into town (from 4 hrs away), found the car to be exactly as described online. Nico was an excellent host, as they papered up the transaction properly and with no surprises.The car was great and the price was great, but the dealer experience was topnotch. I told them Id happily share my experience with others, and so I shall.
I worked with Barry. He was very professional and personable. He reviewed many items that needed to be addressed for my car and was thorough, knowledgeable and patient in explaining his recommendations. His follow up was immediate and my repairs were completed on time and as requested. Highly recommend him!

Recently opened their remodeled service center and it’s better than the last! The waiting room is so convenient with tables/charging port/TVs. Kevin Kommany was great at helping with the service of my car. I made an appointment the same day and my car was in and out in only three hours.

Matt was awesome. We got a nail in our tire the first day we moved to Houston. We were on a tight schedule setting up our new place. Matt provided us with a ride to and from IKEA to continue our furniture shopping. Thank you to the team for getting us in and out on such short notice!

An absolute nightmare dealing with their sales and service department. Im at the end of my second lease and as helpful and encouraging they were during the initial lease agreement they are just as careless, unhelpful and manipulating as Im about to return the vehicle.

Very disappointed with the service received at Advantage BMW Downtown.First, I had to reschedule several times my service appointment because, despite specifically asking for a date and time on which a loaner car would be available, I would invariable get a call the day before the appointment to let me know that they could not guarantee that the loaner would be available.But that’s the smallest of the problems. My car, a 740 model, has a problem with the AC - for the first few seconds after turning on the car, an awful smell comes out of the vents. I had brought in the car last year for the same problem. They seem to have fixed it, but this summer the problem was back. I can understand any car having problems, but getting an explanation to try to justify that “this is normal” and not a defect, and furthermore “recommending” a procedure to fix it, which would cost several hundred dollars and not covered by guarantee, was absurd. Two different service people gave me different stories - one said they couldn’t perceive the smell, so there was nothing wrong with the car, but still suggested the procedure; the other one sort of acknowledged there was a problem, but said this was normal and they had already done the first fix last year for free, so this time they had to charge me.The most disappointing thing was that even the Sales Manager, who you would think would be interested in keeping a repeat client happy, tried to sell me the “this is normal and not covered by guarantee”. If this is normal for BMW, I guess this is my last BMW.
