I purchased an older vehicle(2012). I decided to apply ceramic pro on it. I purchased a gold package. Rob and Jason answered all my questions with patience and took the time to throughly make me feel comfortable with my decision. It was a very personal interaction, you are not just a number. The price isn’t cheap but it is reasonable and good for what they do! The car came out great! The paint restoration they did made the car look new! The shine and gloss is amazing! Pro & Local detailed my Jaguar XF-R and did a phenomenal job. They are the only detailing business that have multiple certifications in paint correction and detailing. If youre looking for the cheapest detailing job whos just going to wax and buff your car regardless what your paint job needs, these might not be the guys for you. But if youre looking for hey detailing job that is specific to what your car needs, done by certified professionals who understand paint is much more complicated then just needing an unnecessary buff and wax every time, then these are the guys for you. Reliable, friendly service right at my front door. Work on the (very dirty) car was top-notch. Price was also reasonable. I would definitely call them again.

First off, this review is not based on their work on my car, but on their honesty. A-team did a decent job on my car. Upon completion, the car looked phenomenal, better than I expected. Rob and I had agreed on “x” coating to put on my car after the two-step paint correction. I stopped by the shop two days later after I dropped off the car and I said, we are still doing “x “coating, and he asked, “that’s what you want, right?”, I said Yes let’s do “x “coating. The day I picked up my car, right before I was going to pay he said, oh by the way I put “y” coating instead, because I am not a big fan of “x” coating. I didn’t say anything to him at the time, because it had already been applied to my car and the car looked great. In my opinion if a customer asks for a certain product and ends up getting a different product, no matter if the other product is better and is given at the same price, that’s not the way to go. He should’ve consulted with me prior of making the decision of using “y” coating instead of the one I initially wanted. Other than that, rob and his partner did a good job on my car.

Rob and his team worked a miracle on my Ferrari 308 GTB!! It was passed down to me from my father (original owner), and I was worried Id need a new paint job. A-team did a full service color match detail and now it looks brand new! I HIGHLY recommend this outstanding company if your have a vehicle that needs detailed at any level.

After carefully inspecting my car I found that the detail job was poorly done. the front bumper area and panels around the headlights were not properly clean. For the amount of money paid for this job it should had been done a lot better. over all a poorly done job.Will not be using this team again.

I would give them 0 if I could. This man doesnt deserve a 1*Last Thursday. No call. No show. I called he look at the schedule and said yes maam we were supposed to be there. I am so sorry. Would you please give us another opportunity. I will do it on the house. I told him that I would not except a free detailing that we would discuss price later. He made arrangements to be here himself on Tuesday at 10 AM. Again no call no show. When I called at 10:15 NO ANSWER. I called back worried something was wrong around 11. Again, voicemail. I have a 2016 WRX Subaru and was willing to pay the 165-185 I was quoted. If you do not want to work or my money then say so. This is ridiculous. I had someone come out today and I must say. Im so glad you didnt show up TWICE! Its an amazing job ( the same package) and only 75$ I tipped an extra 25$THANK YOU ALEX FOR A EXRTA GOOD JOB!
