Big shout out to Brad! I took my volvo C70 in for a liner repair in November of last year and needed some additional work this week that they covered. Great work, great people and more than reasonable prices. Highly recommend them.
My truck had a fire and was a total mess. Westside worked with me patiently while I located the parts needed for the repairs and did an outstanding job with installation and cleaned the interior of the vehicle making it look better than it ever has. Highly recommend.
The professionalism shown from the first call I made to finalizing my invoice was amazing at Weside Upholstery. The review of my expectations, the quality of work, the price, and the overall experience from the group was amazing! While I dont want to HAVE to return anytime soon, I have saved their contact information (Brad - manager) for future use.
Had my headliner repaired at Westside Upholstery and I could not be happier with the way it turned out. If you’re looking for a fair, honest and understanding business these are your guys. I’m glad I came across you all thanks again Brad!
Awesome service and show room ready detail for interior and exterior
Outstanding service & workmanship !I wish I had brought my car here years ago !
Management at Westside Upholstery has changed. Im disappointed in the lack of integrity I experienced with the people at this business. If you choose to use this company, make sure to get exactly what you are being promised delineated in writing and very thoroughly inspect what was done to your vehicle after the service is over. In our situation, there is significant potential hazard associated with the poorly done service. Youve been warned.
We found it remarkable, a great place to go when recovering from a disaster! Good honest personel and not over priced. Thats why Im being them a 5 star rating.
They did an awesome job on my wife 2009 ford mustang convertable top! Will be doing more business in the future.
I emailed for a quote to replace the black headliner of a Gen 1 Porsche Cayman (987.1) and they responded within a day. Scheduling the appointment over the phone was easy. They had an almost exact match for the factory headliner (Im sure they could have provided any non-factory fabric I wanted, but I wanted the original material). They completed the job in about 24hrs as forecast, and the workmanship is perfect. The headliner is perfectly installed and all of the factory plastic that had to be removed and reinstalled is still in great condition. They didnt clean up all the handprints and smudges from the job, but I dont care about that as it can be easily cleaned.
I did my homework before taking my 2004 Chevy Tahoe in for replacing the driver side seat cushion and truck’s headliner. The workmanship, staff, and owner Bruce - finished the job completely and fairly. Thanks for your integrity.
Excellent professional job! My car had been in a flooding incident and when they got done Id say it looked better than when I bought it new at the dealership. Bruce has the heart of a saint. Highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them as well.
I dropped of my old Corvette to get new carpet and seatbelts installed. A few days later, I received my car and have no complaints. Their upholstry guys did a great job!
Great job! I had a convertible top replaced on my BMW Z3 and the good folks at Westside did it quickly, inexpensively and were a pleasure to work with. I will be using Bruce and his team for any future needs. Highly recommended.
Bruce Jasek is very knowledgeable about the vinyl seat and panel repair.Everyone here are warm and honest.
They help me out gave me the right stuff I needed. I covered a friends motorcycle seat did a great job had to add foam and they sell supplies for doing upholstry work yourself.
Expert work
Brought in my 2001 Nissan Maxima to repair torn leather on the back and bottom cushions of both the front drivers and passenger seats. Bruce gave me a great deal as he mentioned his shop was slow at the moment. The work took about two days to complete. The craftsmanship was simply outstanding. The new stitching matched the existing and the seats looked just like when we bought the car new 11 years ago. Highly recommended!
I was referred by my auto repair shop to this place, and Ive heard good things from friends who used to shop here. However, I was very disappointed even before I could let them work on my car.The shifter leather boot started to crack in my Saab 9-3 and I wanted to change it with a quality replacement made of real leather. Ive heard from multiple people I know that this is the right place for what I was looking for, so I went over there to get a quote. The receptionist and the other gentleman who showed me the leather storage room were both friendly and helpful, however the second person named Bruce Ive talked to really turned me down on this place. He looked at the car and said that he can do the shifter leather boot for $200, I decided to give it a shot because of all the good reviews Ive heard although it sounded a bit pricy for a shifter boot. When the day comes for the appointment, my car wasnt available due to delayed bodywork, so I brought in my other Saab which had the exact same shifter boot. I asked Bruce if he could make the shifter boot using this car just as a reference, and not to install the new shifter boot into this car, and I would pay for everything and install the new boot to my other car when it gets back from the bodyshop. His reaction to my inquiry would never let me forget, he gave me the look that I really bothered him, and he said to me that I was making him difficult and that he wasnt even interested at doing this job anymore. I got really confused because the shifter boot is really not that difficult to be removed, and I couldnt understand how on earth by requesting them to do less work would make it more difficult.I was immediately turned down by Bruce and it didnt seem like he want my business anyway. He made me feel like that I bothered him by trying to give him my business. Maybe they have great craftsmanship but they wasted the opportunity to let me experience it. This isnt the only upholstery place in town and I will find another one that knows how to treat customers with respect.
Although the work on my repair was good, their technicians stained my seats with grease, left a bare razor blade on my floor, and dried adhesive spills on the walnut finish of my center console. They also did not vacuum the rear dash. Cleaning after such work should be included in the service.
Bruce is always attentive to detail. Great job on the seats.
Friendly customer service, great job on the upholstery and completed the job early!
Bruce and his team honored their warranty even after it had expired. They work quick and accurately to give you the desired result.
Cuz Randy does excellent work there one of best in Houston
Great work and fast service. Dropped off in the morning and picked up early afternoon.
Great shop, great crew and great work! They did my drivers side leather seat in my Ford Excursion 2003 and I had them replace my windshield and detail it as well. I dropped it off at 5 am,( dropped my key in their slot) and picked up at 5 pm. I was blown away by how close to brand new my truck looked! The seat was great, but the detail was simply awesome! I have done a few details in the past and I believe just about any car washes version of detail just means that they are not going to give you as crappy a wash job as they usually do. All my upholders, nooks and crannys were clean. Even my gear selector and wiper handles were detailed to the smallest areas of the controls. Carpets looked great! I even had to touch my chrome rims to believe that they got them that clean. They are starting to pit from age and somehow all that is gone!I will say that I provided some service work to these guys and got know them a little and that second review is way off. Bruce, the GM is a great guy and will do great work for you. The crew also are a bunch of longtime employees and they are all good guys. Heck, Westside has been around a long time and they have a ton of old school testimonials on their walls. Also, I found out that they have a ton of upholstery inventory. This means there is a good chance they have the fabric to match you older car. But, I am sure it is hard to match faded colors and that appears to be the last guys problem. I dont think they are the cheapest in town, but I definitely got what I paid for and it was worth it.I am not the owner and I would venture to say the owner probably doesnt even know he is on google! :)
Great job on my headliner.
These guys are the best...
