It is a ok service, not the best, but it will get you from Houston to Zacaticas.

A service not of excellence but rather regular.The trucks with quite a few shortcomings: the seats do not recline enough, the seats are very close to each other, problems with the air conditioning.The bus does not go to Zacatecas, they send you in a taxi from Morelos, but they drop you off in a place unprotected from the weather and somewhat unsafe to wait for the taxi.They arrive faster than other buses.

Horrible service the wife of the owener always in a bad mood. 2 times I have had a bad experience. She broke down the bus, they did not bring air conditioning in the middle of summer🤦 and recently it broke down completely, the bus arrived very late and we still had to wait until 5 to wait for our luggage

Very good deal, they handle very well, they take care of our luggage but lack Wi-Fi in the truck

I bought the ticket 2 days in advance and the truck did not stop at Rosenberg, it was waiting for the truck from 4pm and I never got that service so bad that lack of professionalism
