I sent my mom to Durango and they were very kind to make sure her bags were loaded for her and got her there safely. They offer a senior discount. She said the drivers were quick and careful. She will definitely be using them again.

Always have bus seats. The buses are usually 15-20 minutes late but it gives me peace and mind that I wont be late and practically guaranteed a seat.

Really bad experience! They were delayed since the beginning of my trip. Bus was not clean and the restroom was filthy. By the time I arrived at my destinations I was almost 3 hours delayed. I didnt expect to arrive st my destination there on time because we had to go thru immigration process but that took the time that was expected. What made us even more late it was the fact that they stopped at one of their stations in Laredo TX and didnt leave until they filled the bus with more passengers. Passengers were getting frustrated and angry. We waited there for almost 2 hours. I will definitely not travel with them ever again. Bad first experience. They said they have been in business for over 20 years but didnt show at all.

If I could leave negative stars I would! This company dropped my aunt off at the wrong stop after the driver accidentally skipped her original stop. Of course mistakes happen. But he should’ve have taken her back to where she was supposed to be not some random spot. She was supposed to arrive at 6am and we didn’t find her until 10am!! The bus company said it was not their problem to fix! How? it was your driver who made the mistake!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Santiago Express is better!

I have had it! Today was the last day that our family will use Tornado Bus Co. Because today they did the unthinkable. My mother that is 76 yrs old was left alone at the Airline bus station. She has been traveling in the same bus and same route for some time now and all of a sudden this bus doesn’t go to Hillcroft according to the Tornado representatives. I asked when did this change? I called to inquire about the situation and the representatives refused to give the managers name or number. Not only did they leave her there. The employees laughed at my mother and told her to do whatever she wanted but no one their was taking her to the destination she paid to arrive at. I called to many numbers and everyone was giving me the run around. Till now I still can’t get a hold of a manager to handle the situation. This is an injustice. Especially on a elderly woman. We will never recommend this company and we will never travel with them either. They don’t care one bit what can happen to ur loved ones. Don’t trust yours and your families life / safety to them.

If I could give a zero I would.. bus is always a couple of hours late, made us change buses in laredo mexico extending our waiting time another 2 hours! Do not recommend they are never getting my money again.

I hate torando calling through the phone because I called and the lady told me to hold and its been 15 mins! This is just ridiculous!! And I recalled again to see if she was still going to place me on hold and she did!! Its been 7 mins and still nothing this is just really ridiculous and unprofessional!

Service is getting more like Greyhound, buses allways late, seats too close with no legroom at all, unscheduled stops, wifi and power outles not working and if you complain the branch managers tell you to fly. It used to be way better.... too bad they going like this.

My husband left last night at 8:10, he still at Laredo had to change buses. Would not recommend

I would give 5 stars but they DO NOT accommodate English speaking customers at all...I have nothing against Hispanics or Mexicans or latinas...but this HAS TO GET BETTER... the bus ride is great...besides having to listen to Spanish from Houston all the way to CHICAGO!!! Accommodate ur non Spanish customers PLEASE!! Even the driver knows I dont speak Spanish but still chooses to not speak no form of English over the intercom... I have to find someone to ask what he said!!

Prices are literally not the same and I go to Dallas to Houston all the time one day it’s 45 one day it’s 60$ NO WiFi. When they say the do. The outlets rarely work.

Im giving it two stars because the staff was friendly enough but other than that the experience was horrible... my bus was delayed 3 hrs which made me lose my conection to my next bus and they didnt do anything about it not only was there a 3 hr delay to depart my expected time of arrival was 4:30pm i got there at 9pm which is 4:30 hrs difference from expected time of arrival whoch is unacceptable. I understand some delay but that was way to much and had so much trouble to get back home because of this problems. Will never be using them again especially when there are so many other options from laredo to houston.

Bus was freezing cold and I love cold weather. People were being forced to get off outside of the bus stations in the middle of the night where passengers did not even know where they were at. They were not honoring the seat numbers you were assigned. Seats were broken and very uncomfortable.

Alot cleaner then Greyhound and safer.

This is a horrible bus company they gave me a location to be at and I was there an hour and 30 minutes earlier then what they said and we caught up on 30 minutes earlier and said the bus is coming by and the bus never came by so we called and they said they cant do anything about it so I kept calling and they kept ignoring my phone calls so I cant do another phone so they ignore those phone calls to horrible horrible horrible they need to close that bus company down for stealing peoples money
