Great transportation and Id prefer this than riding a plan because each stop is a part of an experience of looking from lower ground and taking pictures, good views to see and not that you see every other day, good for people who like to travel and if your gonna go at a exact time then book a ticket but if your wondering the date or time, just ask and theyll tell you, good people

Nice comfort on the seats truly one of the best transportation services I often travle alot and was fast to my destination. Not many stops were made I am truly happy how my transportation was quick.

DO NO BOOK! Purchased a ticket but had a family emergency and they would not reimburse the money. Also they only give you 1 week out to change your date. This company basically stole $100 from me because I didn’t use the service I paid for. I have traveled with them for years but will never again. Wish I could give 0 stars.

If I could give them 0 stars I would customer service is horrible. They tell you a departure time 3 hours later and still no bus what kind of service is this. When you talk to them on the phone (in my case Stephanie) they are very rude and poorly mannered at least apologies for such and inconvenienceFirst and last time traveling with this company

For sure not going to travel with them again, bad service, poor management, the girl that was in “charge” of telling us wat bus to go on didn’t even know what she was doing, they had us load and unload our suitcases 3 times cuz she didn’t know what bus people were assigned to, we soppost to leave at 4pm n we ended up leaving at 7pm Never using there services again!

Worst place ever, minutes before getting on the bus mechanics were still working on them. The ladies in charge of telling you what bus and seat to take have no organization at all. People had to be taken down from the bus once or twice, bags had to be taken to different busses than what they first said. The busses were supposed to depart at 4pm and ended up departing at 7pm. This will be the last time using this transportation company.

My wife and I have been using this family-owned and managed company for many years (over 10) to visit her family in central Mexico (Villagran, between Celaya and Salamanca), usually in July and December. A lot more inexpensive than flying!

They said we where going to leave at a certain time but we waited for 3 hours and they didn’t even know what bus was #1 and #2, they got all of our suitcases in the bus but then they had to take all of them out again because it was the wrong bus. I don’t recommend going with them.

Worst bus service ever . NO FREAKING AC ON A 109 degree in Houston. Terrible!! BabyS crying ! Smells like poopoo. Overall do not recommend traveling with these folks!

The trucks do not have air and the drivers like the owner do not care. We were 50 people in the bus with the windows sealed and without air is the worst and they do not care one almost died without air and the owners are worth it if they appreciate their life look for other trucks this is the worst.

The garcia provide better service than the tornadoes, the chavez I recommend them and they are cheaper and very friendly so I give them 3
