I come from an Indian background, and as many of you surely know, the majority of Indians are rather frugal and do not like to spend a lot of money. It is inculcated into us since we were young children not to spend more than we need to, and to always find the best price by shopping around.Well, knowing that I needed some construction work done, and knowing that it wouldnt be the cheapest thing in the world, I did a lot of researching - calling around this company, calling around that company. I called close to fifteen different numbers and spoke with about seven different companies before making the decision to work with Restoration Houston.My reason for choosing them was not so much the price, which was of course very competitive, but the quality of the work they had showed us that they did.I was sold on the idea that they were professional enough to perform their duties as requested, and thats exactly how things played out. I am a pretty harsh judge in general, so it goes without saying that my high regard for this company ought to hold a bit more water than your generic positive appraisal - or so my fiancé says...And I have high regard for this company because they were both punctual and efficient with the work. Their water damage restoring was done with surprising speed and efficiency. This is coming from a process/quality engineer who is very punctilious. They clearly had a methodology about them, with real structure and planning, and it showed in their work. Job well done is what Ill end with.

It will be unnecessary for me to express my melancholy at the unfortunate event of this hurricane. The flooding had reached up to the third stair of our home, and had been sitting there for about two days, with little to no movement. Naturally this caused a lot of damage and we were in desperate need of some flood home repair work.In comes Restorarion Houston. To my surprise, my wife found the number of this company and discovered taht they do all kinds of house work. And since we needed so many things done due to all the damage, we gave them a try. And we are grateful for that because they did a phenomenal job. Absolutely phenomenal. Because when I say they restored our home, I mean exactly that. They restored it. And I am eternally grateful for their industriousness, they were wonderful.

Normally, I do not deign log in to my gmail to do these sorts of things, but given the efficacy and significance of the work Reatoration Houston was able to accomplish for me, there was little doubt in my mind that this was the right thing to do.To start off, my home was absolutely pummeled by Harvey. Living near low grounds relative to those around me, water almost unilaterally flowed in the direction of my house, causing up to 3 feet of water to flood it.It goes without saying that this flooding caused all sorts of mold and water damage, which I thought meant that my house would forever be uninhabitable. Thank God, though, that I was 100% off based, for the group of guys working for Restoration Houston were able to fully and thoroughly reverse the damage and fully get rid of the wet mold. I can openly say that, as someone who owns his own business and employs a handful of people, this was one of the best hires Ive ever made. Its thanks to them that I still have a home I can live in. And thats something that I think is worthy of leaving a comment for.

When your home is inundated with water as a result of a broken pipe, you get a lot of problems. Thats what happened to me and I was absolutely POed about it. Not only did I think it was going to cost a lot to take care of the issue, but i thought that, no matter what, there would still be some residual damage that simply could not get repaired.In comes the Midas touch of this company. Not only were they very fairly priced, but they were a gregarious group (both the guys I spoke to on the phone and the man who came to fix everything for me).I got a sense that they werent just here to do enough to get paid, but that they genuinely wanted to satisfy me as a customer. And they did exactly that.If youre looking for someone to do water damage restoration for you, you probably dont know much about the process, just like me. But Ill tell you, this company got the job done, and they did it just right.

Ill admit that I was not certain what to think when I first called this company because I wasnt sure whether they did full-on water damage restoration. Minutes into our chat, though, I got a sense that the employee/employer on the phone (I couldnt tell during the call to be honest) knew enough for me to be comfortable to give him work.Having worked in the blue collar maintenance type of domain myself, I am well aware of those who snow you to present the illusion of competence and those who actually know what they are doing. These men were definitely in the latter department, and it jus goes to show you how gut feelings at first may not always be the best way to make decisions. Im glad I went against my gut and hired them. They did a great job restoring to water damage that was practically omnipresent in our kitchen. Job well done and I salute you gentlemen. Thank you!
