The crew that did the Rip out was ok but billing tried to over charge me . My insurance paid the full amount with no deductible since I needed repairs as well. USAA was going to add my deductible to the contractor that did the repairs . This company could not reconcile an invoice piad in full and continued to show that after the bill was paid in full I still owed a deductible to the an additional 2k

I’ve had two restoration projects with ATI. The first had no issues, hence 2 stars. During the second, ATI installed a lower door knob/lock and upper deadbolt from the replaced door to a new door. I didn’t notice it at first, and they never brought it to my attention, so that I could address with my insurance company, but the lower door knob lock would not work, and the top deadbolt lock was defective. 17 months later, when I finally needed to open the door (rarely, if ever used), I realized the situation. ATI came out to the house and said they don’t install new parts for a door, and it’s past the 1-year warranty. I get it, but they could have easily offered to perform the labor if I provided the parts, since they didn’t bother to tell me that the old parts were not going to work correctly. Instead, I’m stuck with a door that won’t lock, and I’m responsible for fixing something that should have been accomplished during the job itself. I’ll never use ATI again, and I’ll be informing my highly reputable insurance company.

This company is the absolute worst.No matter what position you are in, DO NOT USE this company.They did a terrible job with mitigating water damage to my unit. Such a bad job I had to pay for a third party to come out to prove they were negligent. Had I not done that, and bought my own moisture reader, Id surely have a mold problem and other issues. They fired several people who were working on my unit. Their staff was lazy and poorly trained. They told me several times my unit was dry when it continued to test for moisture - under the floors and in the walls.They charged an egregious amount for their services. I had to talk with six different people and still was never able to talk to anyone competent. Even after submitting payment they are continuing to try and collect money from other parties involved. At one point someone even offered to pay me directly so they could still over charge my insurance company. Ive not looked into, but fairly certain thats insurance fraud.It took over a year to get everything completed. The account reps were rude and would take months to respond, then send snide emails about how they needed to get paid.This company is slime through and through. Avoid them at all costs.
Recommended by our insurance company (should have been the first clue). They put plastic on our roof after an oak tree fell on it damaging rafters and destroying our sun room.We planned on using them for the reconstruction but never heard from them again.They refused to return phone calls and only answered one text promising to call in a few...never happened. Meanwhile, our house still has plastic on the roof and a hole in the side big enough to drive a Buick through.
