We hired them for a custom remodeling jog that involved removing a chimney, repairing water damage, building a custom closet with 4 bypassing barn-style doors 8 ft tall. Covid and life threw alot of challenges their way but they persevered and got it done. Couldnt be happier with the finished work.

It is a complete transformation and its truly worth it.They did a lot of work here, everyone from the project manager to the designers and foreman put in a lot of effort to make our dreams come true. They communicated clearly at all times, and always kept each phase of the project open for interpretation, learning about our preferences constantly and passing everything by us. It was a very productive phase in our life and we love every bit of it.

They are truly experts in everything they do. They cleaned my home once they finish the work and they guaranteed it. One last thing they help you with your selection which I was very grateful for.

I called this company for a estimate and was told this would come with a fee. With this said if youre expecting to pay some one for a estimate you should expect one in a timely manner.The estimater was unreliable and seemed shady. The only thing he seemed to care about is how much my insurance provided for home repaire. Even after telling him he never provided me a estimate. Instead I was lead on for a month. I called the office and asked for a manager and instead the persin who answered pretended as if he was going to correct the issue. I was told I would receive another call back and to this day I have not. I wouldnt recommend this company due to the lack of communication, commitment, and integrity.

Wife found them during the 2021 February freeze to fix our leaks. They came out the next day and had a fair price to fix both leaks. One inside for the bathroom and then to fix the outside spigot that also feeds the pool.The wanted full payment up front, but I would only pay half now and the other half on completion for all work.The started and had to leave to get other parts but didnt communicate that to us.The did fix the bathroom leak and could only cap the outside as more part was needed.Next day Unannounced the drywall guy showed up to strt repair. Came back three time and did a great job, but the commution was not good. To this day they havent completed the work for our outside issue.

I am a Real Estate agent and had referred this company to a few of my clients. I will make sure to now advise clients to steer clear from them from now on. I called and scheduled an appointment for 10:00 drove 30 minutes to meet them for my clients. 10:10 comes along and no one is here...so I call the office to be told the information is missing and they will have to reschedule. When questioning how this happened I was hung up on. Complete lack of professionalism.

We were scheduled by them on March 18th for an estimate. They did not show up during the scheduled hours and I did not receive one phone call from anyone with an explanation. I called the main office and told them my appointment window had passed but no one had arrived.She apologized and said she would contact their guys and figure out what was going on. She also made sure to inform me that they were really busy and running a bit behind due to the volume. I finally received a call from the person coming to give the estimate 30 minutes after the appointment window ended.He didnt apologize for missing the window or not calling me at all. He informed me that it would be an hour or so before he was done where he was and he would call when he was about fifteen minutes out. He called when arrived at 4:30 PM.Usually all of the above would be enough for me to take my business elsewhere but the Houston market is stretched super thin right now. They were the first company we had out to give us an estimate on our bathroom remodel so we wanted to just get this first estimate out of the way. That way we would have something to give to the insurance company.The only point I can give them is that he was able to quickly grasp what we wanted just through our explanations. He left and stated we would hear from him in a week.On March 25th, a week had passed and we had heard nothing from them. I didnt think it was a big deal. There are delays right now with a large portion of the Houston Metro area having damage. I called just to check on the status. I was told they were really busy and running a bit behind due to the volume. (This statement was used very often over the next few weeks) She did state she would have the supervisor look over my file and see if they could get it out to me in the next two days.By March 31st, we still havent received anything so I call again. I get the same basic explanation and I am told again that the supervisor will be expediting my estimate and it should arrive on the day or the next day. I never get this supervisors name and I wait the day or so I was told before I have to call again. Because you guessed right, the estimate still hadnt arrived by evening time on April 1st. There is no answer and I leave a voicemail. I didnt even get a call back so I followed up again on April 5th.I would like to state at the time I am writing this, two companies have come out since Aura has come out, have been given the idea and design plans, and have already sent estimates. So you can imagine my frustration when I called Aura twice this week as its about to be a month and their supervisor still hasnt called me (I was told they would) and we still havent received an estimate.It seems Aura doesnt want my business but they really could have just told me. I didnt need the wasted time or cold shoulder approach theyre using. They have however fully convinced me that they cant be trusted to deliver on anything theyve promised.They have great reviews on their work all over the internet but my experience has left me to believe that I lucked out by avoiding them doing our remodel.

First time using this company and I was extremely disappointed.They lack professionalism and respect. Everyone was rude and careless. They rescheduled the first appointment and the second time they had us waiting hours. None was courteous enough to call us or update us. When our technician finally arrived he was without materials and simply said call and reschedule.Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this company at all.

The contractor Gabriel and his team of workers are really great! They went above and beyond to get the specific tiles and kitchen cabinets that I wanted. The whole remodeling process went so smooth I really didn’t expect to have no stress at all. I really recommend them especially for large projects like mine. They remodeled my entire kitchen, my son’s bathroom and re-tiled my whole house. Amazing team !

Overall only satisfactory. Little supervision of crew, I had to alert crew to bad measurement, they failed to reinstall shelving removed from resized closet, sliding barn door installation not properly done, project manager has failed to respond and remedy. Work crew was very pleasant but unless you spoke Spanish (which I do) details would not have been done. I felt was overpriced but needed job done in a hurry.

This guy looked legit in the beginning. He promised he knew how to fix the water flow failure due to the old construction. The work took weeks while it was scheduled for only one week. The result was the same issue with the water all over again. We demanded a refund and they eventually gave us only a quarter back. The wood he installed actually started cracking after the installment and we now in search of a fixer. Do not work with this guy.

We were approved for a new roof and now were selling our home! The new roof looks wonderful.

I called them for an estimate to build a deck and a back porch and the appointment was made and a man showed up and took minimal measurements and said an estimate would be sent to me within a few days. No estimate was ever sent even after numerous calls to their number. I never saw their work so I cant be a judge on their work but a company that will not follow up on their bids and or phone calls to a prospective customer cant be a company that you would want to hire for any type of construction or remodel. Just my two cents worth.

This company absolutely ripped off my mom. I guess they saw an old lady in a poor neighborhood and they thought they could just cut every corner possible. Every single thing they did was sloppy, unprofessional, cut rate work. Neither shower has hot water. All the plumbing was done not up to code.
