My personal experience at level 3 barber and beauty lounge was amazing the service is great it’s professional it’s clean and elegant. My cut is always on point I never get the same design and it looks like a woman cut, edge up is always crisp. The one & only Latrell cuts me but I would recommend any barber in there hands down the stylist is amazing check out Mia she will get you right. THE BEST BARBER SHOP IN H-TOWN.

Ask for Lonnie he will get you right! No matter what hair type you have or what age. Hes great with kids as well. He is a seasoned barber with quite a craft for hair. Personable and professional. I recommend all my friends to him and my brother drives from Austin to get his hair cut from him only. Real deal! Get yourself a Lonnie transformation.

Plenty of qualified stylists and barbers in the shop, everything is professional and they all cut very fast & efficient.. i get my hair braided and cut here for almost a year, i don’t trust anyone else with my braids or haircut.. Great Family environment, wives and children will be comfortable there.. Thanks Level 3

Worst experience I could ever imagine.1. I called to book an appointment2. I asked for a design and stated for a female asked for a design on my undercut asked for color and my eyes brows . I was told $25 and they asked what type of design. So I started an “Eye” and I’ve had it before. He (Josh is who he said originally) asked for me to send it to the number we were speaking on.3. Sent picture back to the number. Got a response “Yes that can happen, Give me a minute”4. Well I asked was the color, red and white with the pencils possible? I was told Yes (All of this via text)5. Show up at 6:30pm, waiting for about 5 minutes no worries. Then a guy calls me to his chair. I said I talked you on the phone right ? He said yeah about the design.Long story short I didn’t get a design, no color, and the guy said another barber was supposed to do it but he had two other people before me (this is at the end of the horrible cut). My edge up isn’t straight and I have no extra hair to even get it fixed. I hate to give bad reviews. I paid for the services, I didn’t fee any remorse from them completing doing the opposite of what we discussed. Just overall bad first time experience. I have all pictures and screenshots. I just will never be back and I will spread the word. Being a business owner myself, I just felt something could’ve been said or done to at least give me a better experience. One barber laughed, the one who did the cut doesn’t do designs and the one who was supposed to do it just didn’t even really care to do it. Maybe cause I’m a female, I don’t but I’ll never ever again. Worst experience !!! Don’t go for designs or edge ups. All you’re going to get toppik and a touch of clippers.

Excellent Barbers!!!! My sons Barber is Kenny...call and ask for him! My sons edges are blond(😊)....Kenny manages to blend it well...Before I came to Level 3...others just wanted to cut it off because it was hard to see...and it would have ruined his hairline...But Thank God for the professionals at Level 3!

The barbers are friendly and very professional. I didnt have to wait after my appointment time, and I was in and out in a timely manner. Would consider this place one of the up and coming barber shops in the Richmond area.
