If you are on the fence go visit Roxanne. I have gone to stylists who easily charged 2-3 times the price at Sport Clips and have no hesitation in saying that this girl is one of the most gifted people Ive ever met when it comes to cutting my hair just right. She has me looking better than ever - my hair even grows better since she analyzes how it grows in while cutting it. Shes truly gifted and makes this location worth the time and effort to stop by. Great conversationalist too. Thank me later once she cuts your hair. (Im a VERY honest reviewer!)

Been going to this location for years. Stylists come, stylists go.Current stylist Natalie is the best of the best. Very professional charming young lady. Terrific communicator. Very efficient. Terrific customer service. Sad to hear that she will be moving to a new Sportclips soon.

Went in to get my normal haircut but was the first time at this location about a week ago. They had my notes in the system as to how I like my hair cut and my stylist, Natalie, still went over it with me just to make sure. She took her time and gave me one of the best hair cuts I have ever had, everything faded seamlessly and she even got my neckline perfect, which for some reason no other stylist has been able to do well. Her shampoo/massage was on point too, this girl has mad skills. I even bought a different type of shampoo she recommended for my dry scalp and after only a few uses it has significantly improved. I will definitely be coming back again! Thank you for the awesome service, Natalie!

I called at 4:30 to get a haircut and asked do you think you could fit me in before 5 when you close?. They said sure as long as you get here before 4:45. I got there around 4:40 and put my name on the automated list with my phone number. The system said it would send me a text when they were ready for me. I was seventh in line. Because it was going to be a minute I went next door to get something to eat to pass the time. When I came back, the door was shut and when I knocked, they all ignored me. I pointed to the board where it was saying that I was still not yet called and in second place. They continued to ignore me. I called the location on the phone and they said Sure well take you this time but in the future you need to be here before 5. The irony that I was there before 5, my name was on the list, and they were still not ready to seat me. They did finally let me in, but on second thought I left because all the games did not make me feel comfortable that they would do their best cutting my hair.

This is the best Sports Clips I have been to in the area, I was not happy with the cut I had received at another location and the manager fixed it free of charge.

Im not a huge fan. The haircut itself was rough and uncomfortable. Its hard to tell what the stylist was like; on the one hand, she did not seem proficient in handling hair without roughing up my ears and neck, on the other hand, she wasnt cautious and careful like new stylists typically are. My hair was asymmetric until my next haircut and I just endured it. I’ve had some decent haircuts at other Sports Clips locations, but haircut quality is really variable. My experience is that there are better options in the area at a similar price point.

Staff is amazing with compliments.However, at Age of 30 you would have expected to have visited enough bad barbers to now be able to give exact details of how you expect your hair to be cut.I’m used to the terms high fade, mid fade, low fade. I’m not used to the term “dropdown” or the term “up here fade” slightly unsatisfied with how the drop down fade looks like an unfinished Fauxhawk I do have to admit the blending of the fade is nearly flawless. I have been growing my beard out for quite some time now and if you have a beard you know how picky one can be when it comes to trimming or grooming. I asked to have my beard trimmed from the sides and leave the chin area completely untouched. Stylist begins to trim chin area. Normally not a big deal however during no shave November it’s a complete F@#% up.Fade gets 2 stars for great blending.Ability to execute basic directions 1 starWould I recommend this place the answer is no. Would I return? Absolutely not.

The heavyset manager lady was cutting my hair, when she stopped and took a call talking on her cell phone to an employee who needed to come in late...no big deal.., but the manager lady kept talking and visiting with the employee while putting her cell phone between her neck and shoulder as she distractedly started cutting my hair again while continuing visiting with her friend/employee, asking about her Labor Day and what she cooked. I started laughing but the lady didnt get the hint... I finally had enough when she just walked away to the register area to look at their schedules trying to plan when they can go out and drink all the while discarding and disprespecting me. Ive never in my life been treated as if I wasnt even there. When she came back still on the phone, I told her I was done and left. I drove to the Sports Clip on Shepherd and they are always so professional and blended and finished my cut.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon.. I come here very often to get my son hair cut.. The staff is phenomenal.. Very clean, which is a plus for me! Quick service everytime I come.. Have recommend this location to all of my family and friends..

Stopped in this morning for reg haircut. I have used this store for the last three years. It has always been great except today. The lady asked me about using #2 as usual. I said yes, BUT leave hair at the part long enough to lie down. Well, the haircut she gave I could have given to myself. She just used on number two all over my head. When she finished I said oh no you didn’t leave me any hair to laydown on the side. It’s just short all over! She said, I’ll put that in your account so that next time they will know. I said I have had no trouble with prior haircuts. VERY DISSATISFIED.

It was awesome. Time of my life. Wish I could go every day! Natasha is wonderful! Life changing experience.

I have been a walk-in twice at the Sport Clips River Oaks location. I had different stylists each time. Both stylists did a very good job.

Turina (maybe spelled Trina) is the best. Fast, cheap, friendly, and she can make some style decisions for me that I have no idea about myself.

Havent had issues with a haircut before, but I had my neck absolutely destroyed today with clippers. Its not just sensitive skin when a chunk of skin is gone.

Literally always a 20+ minute wait, even when signs in the window scream NO WAIT.I only go here because its close to my house and I get a simple buzzcut, which is done quickly once I finally get to sit in a chair.

I dont know why I go there after all the horrible experiences. About $5-7 overpriced, too. They cut too short, too high. Whats the point in asking me how i want my hair cut, if youre just going to do it your way, every time? Today, the stylist took out a chunk of hair behind my ear. I guess the adage is true, you get what you paid for.

Walked in today, nobody in waiting area, nobody getting a hair cut, only employees are in the back chatting. I signed in,sat down and was totally ignored. No acknowledgement or any type of hello from anyone. I employee actually looked at me and continued her conversation in the back. I left after sitting by myself for over 5 minutes. Ridiculous!!

The ladies were friendly and nice but I will not return. My hair cut is uneven and,worse, much shorter than I asked for. The 3 stars are for the friendly staff, not the haircut.

Friday night at 6pm and they only have two stylists working...Not their fault but just be aware youre probably going to wait a while. The one on Yale near wal mart usually has 3 or 4 working.

Your Pandora commercials are terrible and play extremely too often. For that, I will never to go Sport Clips.
