I have coming to this for over 3 years on off. Recently more consistently. As I have been trying more barbers and interacts with them, noticeable poor customer service in terms of attitude w customers. I have one barber shouting “who does “take” him..? Repeatedly” as I am waiting on the counter. I felt like a bag not as a customer to be served. Some barbers like Hisham. He is terrible and not diligently doing his job.There is high variation in this store as every staff improvise rather than follow protocol and store culture. Haithem is a great person and barber.

My favorite barber shop! Been going for years and always walk out happy with my hair cut! Also my wife loves my hair afterwards!

Just to remind you regarding my visit today, I did not come after 8 o’clock; I came at 6pm and I left at 7:45 pm with no haircut. So basically I wasted 2 hours of my time in your barbershop for no reason. I did mention that I have no appointment and you asked me to have a sit for about 30 minutes while 2 customers are being taking care of. A lady came with her husband out of nowhere with no appointment and took my place and I was just being ignored sitting there that long. You guys do not know how to treat the customers and you are absolutely unprofessional!

I came to this barbershop for the first and last time and I am extremely upset. I asked for YASER specifically and they told me there are 2 people in front of me and I need to wait for 30 minutes. After sitting there for 1 hour and 30 minutes, a lady came with her husband without an appointment and YASER took care of them and ignored me waiting for him all that time. I talked to them and told them that was not fair and I was going to leave but they were extremely rude and said “ok you can leave!”. That is not a right way to speak to a customer!

Ive been going here for 5 years now. Same location and same Barber every time. Yasser is Amazing and always cuts my hair right. My recommendation is high and everyone should check him out.

I had a wonderful experience with Semir. He is one of the best barbers in town. He actually listens to what you want and cares about making sure your hair looks just the way you want. I definitely recommend the place. It’s clean and the vibes are good.

The most disrespectful, rude establishment I have ever experienced. If you have opened a business, you should be friendly and respectful. If you dont like your job, you shouldnt do it. Be respectful of the customer you make money with or close and do other business.

(3 years).Yasir Nori is the one who takes care of me, a very professional hair and beard stylist, always very attentive and responsive for my requests.Only concern is myself and my friends, we stay near to katy branch and we go all the way to westheimer branch (i do almost 30 miles) just because of Yasir.. Hope Yasir comes back again to katy branch, leaves us no option to look for other options..

Dont understand as why they take appointments if they are going to make me wait for 45 mins on average, I understand if I am walking client with no appointment. I have always booked my appointments in advance for each hair cut but they never value my time. Hair cut from the gentleman that I get he is good but this place need to learn to manage on time and feel like they working with the mind set of back home when it comes to TIME.

Im gonna leave a bad review on this Barber shop cuz they increased there prices for no reason for over 10$ more and i have been a customer for to them for a long time and this is not the first time they do it, its so embarrassing

Younis never shows up on time, wait time is ridiculous, nobody wears mask properly, and sanitation isn’t at its top quality. He styles and cuts well, but he rushes and doesn’t do a great job when it gets busy. Covid protocols need to be taken more seriously. STOP RAISING THE PRICES FOR THESE POOR SERVICES!

Yassir gave me a hair cut. They charge you 25 for hair and beard..unfortunarely he doesnt care much for the finite details. A disgrace to barbers. Look at this mess. He made the shape uneven and trimmed more on one side versus the other. Sloppy work.

Very good haircut place, they cut my family’s hair and my own. I also got a facial done that made my skin feel pretty great afterwards. Definitely recommend for people looking for affordable fast barbers/stylists. Hisham was the person who serviced me and did a great job. However, he did seem rushed at the end and had me wash my own face in their bathroom. I didn’t expect the awesome treatment followed by the shoving into the bathroom. Practically kicked me out of my inception trance, otherwise all great!

Best place for men hair cut. I’ve been going here since they opened and before the original barbers opened this place. Ahmed is my guy and he’s awesome. Can’t beat the prices with quality of hair/beard cut. Highly recommend. No reservations for the weekend so get in early and even during the week, come in to put your name on the list. They have a second location in Katy off Mason Road for you West HTX folks. They do razor blade, shampoo, threading, wax, dye and anything else you need for facial grooming.

I have had my haircut in many different shops in Houston, but this is the only one that keeps me coming back. Larbi has made sure I walk out looking my best everytime. When he isnt available, anyone else I had the pleasure of getting, did just as good of work. I recommend this place to all my friends.

While I m talking to the guy at the front desk another barber talks to me in a rude behavior and insulted me for coming late and asking for service.Never coming back to this stupid place and arrogant people. Abdo did a wonderful job on giving me a new haircut and trimmed my beard according to my face cut without even asking him to do it any particular way.

I came here and waited over 45 minutes and was told I would be next. Then a man came who was a friend of the barber and he took him before me even though I was told by the lady there that I was next in line. Yasir told me “oh this man called on the phone and reserved” but clearly it was his friend. He told me to wait 15 more minutes and it would be quick. Awful unprofessional service and a complete waste of time.

I had to get a hair dye... Got it done smoothly. Went back home. Took shower without shampooing my hair. Came out and found out half the dye was already gone. It never happened before. I had been getting my hair dyed for years now. This made me disappointed with them.

This is usually a good place for me and i cant remember the barbers name he did a good job on my hair but the clippers he mustve been using were very dirty i have red bumps all over my head now and itch ive had them for a week now please sanitize the hair clippers i probably wont come back
