They are great at what they do, cutting hair. When it comes to customer service, that’s where they lack.In the middle of cutting hair, they’ll answer the phone and just have a casual conversation before starting again. It adds time spent there, and it can get annoying to people. I’m always sure to block of an hour and half when going here, cause I honestly never know.There was also a time that I made an appointment, and I was running 5 minutes late. I tried calling to let them know, but they didn’t answer me. I called three times!While we are on the topic of calling, every time I do, to make an appointment, they NEVER answer on the first call. The second one is when they do.All in all, they’re really good at giving the haircuts, but they could improve on the way they interact with customers.

Went and was waiting for 40 minutes for them to finally tell me that they are all working on appointments.I understand that they need to schedule appointments but they could have said something to me and some other people so we dont waste our own time.Dont get me wrong, Ive come a couple of times before and have been happy with the cut.This 1 star rating is just for the lack of customer service and not about any cut.I just think they should be a little more considerate.

Took my son today for the first time. I have to say that i am extremely pleased with his hair cut. The man on the far right. Amazing. I have visited many barber shops. And my son has been unhappy with them all. We finally found a spot and a perfecr barber. About time :)
