I have been going to J (Jamar) for years now and he has continued to uphold his professional and welcoming reputation. He pays attention to detail, respects his clients and is extremely humble. He keeps my son and I on point! 🥶Exclusive Barbershop feels like a home away from home. The guys are always offering food, cracking jokes, watching sports and playing some respectable music (earth wind and fire, etc 🕺🏾). I like how they added sanitizing stations, wear mask and gloves, and sanitize the seats after each client. I will happily continue to support this business.

As a person who moves a lot for work a good barbershop/barber is hard to find. This barbershop is full of professional barbers. Bro n law is the barber who cuts my hair. He is hands down one of the best barbers I have ever encountered. Bro n law takes grooming to another level with ensuring my nose hairs, ears, etc... is nice and clean. If you are in the cypress/Katy or even Houston area he is worth giving him a shot to groom you.

Ive been going to Brotha-in-Law for almost one year and he is the best barber I have ever been to! Im glad to call him my barber/friend. If you want a top notch haircut in a family like environment The Exclusive Barber Shop is the place to go. You can set an appointment on a app called StyleSeat or you can go directly to the shop as a walk in. Either way youll be taken care of by great barbers!

Man I was waiting 1 whole hour just for a cut and nobody even bothered to say hi or anything when I came in. I just wanted a cut with a fade when I called they told me it was 25$ for the cut I took 40 to pay and as tip but nobody bothered to even ask what I wanted I went there about a year ago and was satisfied that I dropped 50$ for cut and tip... I’m not going back anymore it was a complete waste of my time and I felt unwelcomed today. I went in today with scrubs and Spiky hair just in case they even remember me. Sad day several people had left before me but I wanted to wait and nobody attended me. Reach out on this review if I should even bother going back

Its a black owned and operated barber shop. Its not Supercuts, so dont expect a stiff, business-like atmosphere. The crew is super laid back and quick to crack jokes with each other and the customers. Just go with the flow and youll have a great time!I highly recommend Brotha-n-Law for your cut. Hes a super cool guy and takes pride in his work. But he stays busy so you have to book him at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Oh, and a special shout-out to Chopper who complimented the unique style of my phone case.

This place is the best! I walked in with an appointment and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The barber took his time and made sure he cut my hair perfectly. As I walked out they made sure to thank me for my business. Customer service makes a big difference!

If I could give this place no starts I would, the guy (very heavy set) who cut my sons hair was speaking so loud into his ear and yelled and talked more than he did cut hair not only that he kept saying the “N” word and shut up to his coworkers mind you my son is 5! He also yelled rudely before cutting his hair to sit down! So after all this the total was 15$ I wasn’t going to give him a 5$ tip cause he did not earn it he screamed at my son yelled in his ear the whole way through his cut and left my son with some cuts on his face so I have him a 20 and waited for my change back he then proceeded to say he doesn’t have change for a 20 and started asking people who were waiting which I thought was childish and unprofessional! He never gave me my cash back! I will NEVER be coming back and will not put in a good word to anyone I know about this place! Worst haircut experience for my son!

My son was getting his hair cut here and it is my advice to accompany your teenage or the barbers will take advantage of him. After each haircut his airline appears to move back despite my sons instruction to leave it alone; his hair has been uneven twice, and be has been overcharged once.

Ive been overcharged on more than one occasion. I was given the price of the cut after the fact. There is alot more talking than cutting half the time. I like the set up but its hard to support continued poor service. A few of the barbers are professional, fast, and good but not all.

I showed the barber a photo and explained thoroughly what I was looking for. I was kicked out of the chair with half my beard trimmed and felt threatened. The beard in my photo cant be that complicated for a professional.. shouldnt be anyway.

I went here for a taper. I was a bit confused by the atmosphere. I wasn’t too sure if I stepped into a barber shop, or a comedy show. The barbers talk more than they service their customers. The service I received was poor, and they’re overpriced. I will not be coming back.

Disclaimer: My overall review is SOLELY based on the considerable efforts of a few barbers (one Im assuming is the Owner) to right some extremely poor service I initially received from my scheduled barber. I want to be fair to the shop in general despite the barber I was initially working with. My first thought was to go 1-Star just based off of my interaction with Shone but I had to calm down and rationalize but......allow me a brief diatribe ......Shone Gotti (my initial barber) is one of the most embarrassing excuses for a service provider that I have had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with. A barber should be able to help educate their client and communicate professionally and he failed in every way. I will never accept the type of disrespect I was provided by Shone today and I made that very clear. Oh....did I mention he had the GALL (apparently through his appointment app) to charge for the cut he didnt even provide???????That being said, I was taken care of after my walk-out and being talked back in and the gentleman that did cut my sons hair (I believe he said his name was Elijah...sorry I was still very heated and may have forgotten) did an awesome job and was even very helpful while I was going back and forth with Shone originally trying to explain the type of cut I wanted for my son. I sincerely appreciate the help and professionalism they displayed but I have a real problem with disrespect in general and even moreso when its being delivered by someone (Shone) who is getting paid AND in front of my children. I think everyone, except for Shone, was on the same page with that and Id hope that the candid exchange between the shop Owner (again Im assuming because I neglected to ask) and Shone would later be a more serious exchange about the importance of the customer experience in the shop he is in charge of but at the very least the effort was made to ensure I left satisfied and that counts for me.
