Went to EXECUTIVE CUTZZ for the first time today, and straight LEVELED UP 👆🏾 The shop was very clean. Juan is professional and an expert at his craft. He listened, asked questions and was able to achieve the exact look I wanted. Found my new spot, smoked my old barber 💨 🔥🔥🔥 AAAAANNNND, he was chill enough to let me leave to get change to bring back to him 💪🏾 💯

My wife and I need to change barbers again. My last barber pushed back my hairline little by slowly until it was drastically noticeable when growing back. Isaiah cut both of us and we have found a barber for life!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this young man and our experience at this barbershop. I stumbled upon this place by chance. Had an errand near by and my teen son who was with me needed a haircut. Juan is an excellent barber. Took his time with my picky teenager. He is thorough and skilled. I drive all the way from Cypress to get my sons haircuts with Juan now. I highly recommend him.

I usually cut my hair by spring branch for over 11 years and I decided to try this barber shop near my house and I went and it was a very nice experience, they very funny and fun to talk to, and they got me fresh I like it and this is going to be my barber shop starting now.

This day and age service is not usually good anywhere. This place does it right, clean shop and very friendly service. I can tell they really take customer satisfaction seriously and the quality of the work they do shows it. I’ll be back for sure.

Only down fault is there isn’t set appointments. You literally have to sit and wait. Everything else is 1st class!!!

Its funny that this place is even open. I dont think they are serious about even making money. Hours of operation on the door say they close at 8 pm. They close shop and sometimes even turn away clients. Very sad.

My haircut experience here was great. The barber actually listened to how i wanted my beard cut. The environmenf was real chill and laid back and it was reasonably priced. Definitely found my new shop.

I was greeted by all of the guys there and waited my turn. Theres entertainment in the shop, so never a dull moment. These Guys do a really good hair cut and for a reasonable price. However, Their business hours are wrong online. Also, this is the second time i have come to the shop during the hours listed on the door and no one has been there or answered the phone. Takes time out of peoples busy schedules to drive out there and waste their time.

On May 3rd 2018 I entered the shop and the owner says to me haircuts are $25 normally I dont pay that price for my child; I asked why so high his reply was because I need to pay bills and we are short staff now its $25. Thats not good business practices he just lost a good customer by doing that. Peace.

I wouldnt recommend this place to any one, first they write some prices boldly and you assume thats it until you are done they show u a hidden sign in smaller writing that the price may go up between $5-15, at the discretion of the barber i believe . I feel its more appropriate and fair to let a customer know before he starts the hair cut not when its done.

TLDR: Insecure, narcissistic, loud and profane owner who charges whatever amount he feels like. Take your money and go somewhere else to avoid a bad experience.Came in at 7.10 pm. The posted list says 20 bucks for a haircut. The owner, Henry, says itll be 25$ instead because hes the only one working so late. Its just past 7pm and I am the only customer. Your shop is supposed to be open until 9 and your employees arent here. Not exactly my problem. But okay. Take 25. Apparently he has a handwritten sign on a different wall that says hes allowed to charge 5-15$ more depending on more customers, time etc. Basically he can charge whatever he wants depending on his mood. Also apparently if you make an appointment, its twice the money. So 40$ for a haircut instead of 20 if you make an appointment. Never heard of that before, but sure defend it with made up logic in your head. First big red sign of unprofessionalism. Anyway, I let it slide giving him the benefit of the doubt. What do I know.. maybe the business is bleeding for him, dont mind extra 5 bucks.As he cuts my hair, he goes on to rant about things. First he used very profane language against an Asian man on the phone. And boy is he loud. Then he disses his own employees, saying how hes the only educated one and the others are illiterate. Then he disses women, saying you cant trust them and they only bring trouble. Yeah, Im sure you only find ones that do, not surprised.So rude and unprofessional again. Second red sign.He gave me a decent fade, but completely shaved off my side burns without asking or discussing. I like to maintain a scruff.. because of his haircut I had to shave it off. Third issue.When it came time to pay, I asked him I do not have cash, would you accept card. He said yes. Before he went on to swipe he asked me how much for tip. What!? Man, swipe the card and give me the option to add whatever tip I want to add. Youre gonna take my card in your hand and then ask me how much tip to add ? I tell him, lets do 30$. He comes back with a slip for 31$.Not cool. Its just 1$. I dont really care, but I dont appreciate him being sneaky like this. If he said theres a 1$ charge for credit card, I wouldnt have denied it. But to slap on another 1$ without asking is unacceptable. The audacity of the man to say you know how it is!.No! I dont know how it is. You upcharged me 6$, an amount I dont even care about. But the way you hustled it and were sneaky, and assuming Ill just go with whatever you do, is what I find insulting and frankly stupid. No wonder your business has issues you so loudly kept mentioning.I went to this man to become his regular from the reviews here. Go every 2 weeks, keep my fade sharp and get him business on the regular.After last night, I am not stepping there again and Id go out of my way to strongly advise all of my friends and people at my company to stay away too. The man who doesnt even respect his own employees and uses profanity against strangers, disses women.. is not a man I need to know in my life.

I went here the 3rd time yesterday with my bf, and I like the look of the shop. It’s very clean on the inside with nice floors. Doesn’t look shady or anything. I went the first time with my friend, and Jose did a good job on the cut, so I decided to recommend this place to my bf. Jose had cut my bf’s hair the next time I went, and he did a good job too. I think the owner did my bf hair the last time, and his hair turned out great. Overall, I like this place, and it’s going to be my bf’s go to barber shop.

Ruined my beard. The guy Jose I thought he does good job but man my beard that I grew over 6 months was wasted. He can’t do a proper fade or even align hair spirals properly. Never going back again. I even tipped him 5 because he seemed he just wanted to go home.

I have tried other places in the area...just sad they say, yes when asked if they can fade just to get your money. And the end result is lines and uneven at that. Definition of FADE: gradually grow faint and disappear. No lines should be seen!Glad to have found Executive Cutzz! No lines now...holding up to the definition.
