I just got my sons haircut here today (7/11/2020). This was the first time my son has gotten a haircut in a barbershop. Mr. Joel made our first experience great! He was not only kid friendly, but very professional. He made us both feel comfortable from beginning to end. He practices social distancing with his customers and clients. He also sanitizes all his equipment after each client. But the best part is, he does an AMAZING job on little kids cuts! I would definitely recommend him if youre looking for a GREAT barber!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Joel is a great barber. This is my second time booking with him. The establishment is clean and some what professional for an urban barbershop. My biggest disappointment was the 30.00 charge in which was the original price of my haircut, which is listed on the online pricing chart. Later to receive a text from Joel stating the price had increased by 10.00. Now I’m all for supporting black business that even means tipping appropriately. I dislike the feeling and or actions of someone with the intent to use and or take advantage of an honest paying customer. But that doesn’t take away from Joel being a great barber.

I went to this place thinking I was going to get an exceptional cut. Customer service was pretty good; however my cut was the worst I have ever had. After I washed out the dye, the true cut revealed its self. I was also left with a bad spot.

I called at 3:14 to see if they took walk-ins and the person said an appointment needed. To be made. We set one for 4:30, 3:44i got a confirmation with the address. At 3:55 I get a text saying the barber has left for the day and to call someone name Robert and he will get me in at 5:15. Poor customer professionalism, as I left work to come to an appointment that was cancelled and rescheduled.

Had a horrible experience with barber Joel. He doesnt cut on point hes very impatient!!! I will never send my son to this place again! He acts like hes on something......
