Kurt is a great barber and has never failed me, on the other hand the big bald barber who’s right by the entrance needs to be taught how to speak to customers.

I just got my hair cut.. the guy didn’t follow the hair I wanted.. he even shaved part of my eyebrow.. my eyebrow was not thick now he shaved the thickest part of my unnoticeable eyebrow.. he didn’t even say something about it..

Been taking my boys here. They have new barbers. I only trust the women and the tall black man, first chair on left. I wasnt pleased with the tatted white man named Ziggy. He was nice and friendly but his bald fade was not blended well

Let me tell it was one of the best experience ever.Ms. Dee (the stylist)was great, she was polite and was very patient with me. She did fantastic job. Great barbershop inside the mall, great service friendly barbers great atmosphere, vibe and Christian owned. Made my teens sons day needed a cut badly. Would definitely come again if ever in the Houston area again.

I am wheelchair bound so it can be achallenge sometime for my personal aid to get me into the chair for ashampoo there is always abarber ready and willing to help me and my aid plus they make an extra effort let me stay in my chair for the haircut i have been here several times and each time the staff was helpfuland friendly yall go on over check them out

My brother has had his hair cut here multiple times and never had an issue with anybody. The lady with dreads that cut his hair did not do well at all. After picking up my brother I could see he was upset with his cut. Really sucks with it being his birthday weekend.

I love Alyssa my hair stylist and the atmosphere at this barbershop. So far I am very satisfied with the haircuts and can totally recommend Alyssa.🤩 I know that a barbershop might not be the first place that you might think of when you need a haircut but Alyssa is better than a lot of the stylists that Ive been to. She has given me the perfect cut every time and I love how easy it is to style my hair now.

They have very talented barbers. They actually listen to what I wanted done and executed. Mr. Austin is a beast when it comes to trimming my beard. I love the hot towels. Lol But, most of all, I have a Son that has a form of Autism. He doesnt like loud noises. They were very patient with him, didnt get frustrated and talked to him to reassure him and help keep him as calm as possible. That really touched me.

Went here to get my little cousin hair cut on 08-24-19. When he went it the place seem really nice and clean which is a good. Once finished I look at his hair I notice that his lining wasnt wasnt even all around it was not faded and they push his lining on the side up and its uneven. Overall nice place clean but barbers need to pay more attention to details of the heads they cut.

I had high hopes for this establishment. But let down in a major way. I wont ever get my hair cut their again. I hope this barber shop grow into something better. Im going back to cutting my own hair.

Didn’t get my hair cut here, walked in and saw a guy getting a high fade but the thing is it was cut as a straight line without the slight drop towards the back of the head... also they charge $5 for an edge up..... never saw a barbershop do that. That’s like paying a grocery store clerk to put your groceries in bags for you.

I took my special needs son in for a hair cut and boy where we pleasantly surprised!!!We walked into the Willowbrook location and Curtis greeted us with a smile. When it was my sons turn he greeted him by name and spoke to him with respect. He talked to him like he was the most important person around and gave him his full attention.My son is a bit of a squirmer so most hair dresser don’t like working with him. However Curtis never missed a beat and gave my son the exact haircut he wanted. This is the best hair cut he has ever had! Definitely returning in a few weeks.

Finding a good barber each time I move (lived in five cities; three states in six years) has always been a nightmare. As a professional designer with good eyes for detail, I knew I was in the right place the moment I stepped into A Shaving Grace.The barbers were professional and welcoming. Of course, I asked for Mr. Blue and got the best hair cut in three years.I did observe the other barbers, while waiting to be serviced, were equally good judging from each finished work and satisfied customer. I would have been in good hands with any of them.

This place is great, today was my 5th time cutting my hair here and they have always done me right, super comfy and laid back energy there, and awesome workers with lots of personality

I visited this location today and by far, it was a horrible experience. First off, I was asked to sign in and then I had to wait atleast an hour and a half before I was even acknowledged. The processes at this location needs to be looked at very closely b/c they’re not what they need to be. Had I not said anything after an hour and a half, I would probably still be sitting there waiting patiently. What was so disturbing was that several barbers completed cutting other customers and then just started doing their own thing. One barber began to talk on the phone while the other began to clean his clippers and the third barber who I believe was the owner disappeared for about 20 minutes. The attitudes of some of the barbers was just mind bothering. The environment was very nice but the service was horrible. If I could give you guys a “0”rating I would. A lady whose son was also waiting became highly upset and voiced her concerns as I should’ve but I’m not a confrontational person at all. I don’t need anything nor am I asking for anything in return. Please get your business in order b/c it’s not at the moment. Sad to say, I will not be returning. If I could have this location shut down, I would. Again, Horrible experience and just rude staff. This was the Willowbrook location..

I went in as a walk-in and was greeted right away. Blue cut my hair and did exactly what I wanted. Suggested a product and gave some great advice on me getting the look I wanted. Will definitely be going back!!!

He messed up my lining the guy with the dreads. he cut into some on my hair and made 2 patches on each side which i didn’t notice till i got to my car. NEVER AGAIN

I really wanted to give this place a chance. My second visit and last time coming. Why is it the barber (Austin) that cut my hair the first time packed up his bags and act as if he didn’t see me. I told him that I signed the list. He says well i have to leave anyway One of those guys can cut your hair. So the barber I went to (some profanity laced guy from Dallas) did not cut my beard properly. I had to ask him to trim the actual beard. I didn’t just want a line up on my beard. I wanted full beard service with a razor as well. Hair left on my neck and hair left on my face where the bear stops. Just stay away from this place all together with the bad customer service. Just got a haircut with Val. It turned out great. One of the best haircuts I have had in a while. I would 100% recommend going.

I went here to treat myself to my first professional straight razor shave and was severely disappointed. I ended up with a pretty close shave, but also ended up with 8 nicks, a couple of them pretty big, and razor burn. I definitely recommend avoiding this place for shaves.

I used to give this place a 5 star rating but after today this will be the last time I will ever waste my time or money on a grown man with a attitude like a child. Austin really used to be the one I always went to but lately his attitude has been extremely disrespectful and stand-offish. I brought my son with me to get a cut and my son went to the young lady and I’ve been wait g for Austin for 40 minutes. Nobody is in the chair and he’s walking back and forth in the shop with a attitude and doesn’t even attempt to speak to any other barbers or us patrons. My 2nd visit here, still an awesome experience. BJ was great and Will was great with my 1 year old son. Very family friendly environment and all the barbers got skills. Very efficient as well.

Shep cup my neck up and left patches of hair. Horrible experience and my neck is so bruised I can’t move it. Too bad because blue seemed like a nice guy with a great establishment. Wish I wish I could post pictures of how bad my neck is. Bruised and cut by the razor.

My Co-pastor is the owner of the Shaving Grace barbershops/salons. He is a wonderdul MOG ! His hands are anointed ! And so are the othera he hires ! Customer service I can only imagine is top notch!

Thy guy who was helping me out asked me if i wanna pay tip cash or on card. I told him i wil pay u cash $5. And i did. Later on he charged me $5 tip separately too. Just mad about them how thy lie.

Went to the mall to give these guys a shot and I was disappointed. Kindly asked the Barber(Bald guy ) for a Tapper fade. His response was ok. 20 min later hes handing me the mirror so I can check it out. I asked what happen to the fade ? His response was thats not gonna look right.I thought I was the person paying for the cut. 2nd response : I dont do tight fades my eyes arent good enough. The tall guy across the room does. Are you kidding me .I think he needs to disclose that up front. Maybe he needs to look for another profession. 75% of customers are gonna want a fade. Be careful he rushes and is not good at all.Also uses a tiny razor to edge, looks like a cheap free hand blade.I watched him cut the guy before me and my Gut said give him a shot. Omg ! Never again !

My boyfriend went in for the first time a couple weeks ago and they were very quick at greeting us and helping him, Blue took him to the chair right away, second time was the same, they are very professional, have great customer service, great prices and very well established.
