I called on Saturday and they gave me a quote. On Monday, I completed the application and they did not approve me because they wanted a co-signer. 15 minutes later they called me back and said they could do it. They charged me $990 and said the defendant would be out in 8-12 hours. After 12 hours I called back to check if he was out, but they said that their insurance was requiring 15% instead of 10% and they wanted to do an ankle bracelet. They should have not taken my money if it wasn’t approved by their insurance. I asked for my money back and they said it would take 7-14 days. They are basically useless, do not waste your time and money with this company.

My son went to court and got revoked..So he was incarcerated ..5 days from the day me he got arrested North main bail bond surendered the bond . So 5000.00 dollars for my son to be out only 5 days. Again my son went in front of the judge got a bond. Well again that dude called me we can help you dont worry I just need 7,500.00 mom and I can help. After making three wasted trips to this bail bond place we decided we wanted our money back. After making 2 cash payments North Main bail bond informed us it would be 4 days before they would returned the money. Another bonding company was ready to work with the first requirements that North Main bail bond originally asked for but unfortunately we had to wait a week for North Main to refund our money. Once they returned the money they charged us $130 for no services at all. I recommend this be the last place you attempt to use to free your loved ones. They will surely be delayed why you wait on your money to be refunded only to go with a better, more professional bail bond place. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS PLACE!

A bondsman by the name of mike called my family asking if we needed thier services, We then informed Mike that we had just received a update from the family member that was in jail was being released on a pr bond, Mike stated that he pulled the files and a pr bond was denied to our family member. Mike stated that he would be glad to assist with bonding them out. Mike was informed atleast 4 times that our family member being released on a pr bond and we would not need any services. Mike then states he has checked and no pr bond was given. One of our family members informed Mike that if he is sure that no pr bond was given then we would need thier services. Our family member was released and informed us that they had a pr bond. We called the bail bondsman office the following business day to inform themOur family member infact was released on a pr bond and that we needed a full refund due to us being lied to. Mike was informed atleast 4 different times that our family member had called us a few hours ago informing us they are being released on a pr bond but each time Mike informed us that they did not receive a pr bond and he would be more than happy to assist us bonding them out. 2weeks later and we received a partial refund and was informed that $95.00 dollars was charged for a processing fee. We should receive a full refund due to us being lied to after we repeatedly informed Mike that they had a pr bond. We have been calling their offices for two weeks asking to speak to upper management and we are denied access to speak to them. We have not heard from mike since we were scammed out our money. I do not understand how a company practice horrible customer service and lie to potential customers just to make a dollar. This company called us knowingly lied to us just to make a dollar. We have called their offices requesting to speak with upper management but was denied each time. When we call they are extremely rude and unprofessional. So if this company calls asking if their services are needed I advise you to hang up, this company has shown us how they conduct business and seem to not have a care in there world that you have customers that are upset because of how you lied just to make a dollar.

I am completely dismayed by a few of these reviews! These guys called me for 2 days straight every hour or so to let me know the status of my husband even if he didnt have a bond. They seemed just as worried as I was with making sure my husband was got out! It was comforting to know someone was helping me watch for status changes! They were always courteous and nice. I will NEVER use another bond company and will be referring everyone I know to these guys. My husband ended up receiving a PR bond and they even called to tell me congratulations on him coming home. Seriously? Houston needs more companies like this! I called roughly 8 companies to get pricing on bonds and would give these guys my business hand over fist regardless of price anyday!

Called to inquire about a traffic ticket and possible warrant. Phone was answers by a very rude woman. I was told that I had called during a warrant round up and they were spending to much time looking up peoples warrants. I was Informed I should call 311 get all the information like the amount and a reference number and call them back and they would help. I believe part of what I pay for when I use a bond companys service was for them to be able to give me this information so I would not have to jump through the hoops of calling the city. Do not waste your time!

This is the worst bonding place ever!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone that is trying to get a loved one released. Vickie is the most unprofessional person there. She will lie about what is going on with your bond. She will not call back if she states she will. The boss that is supposed to call the insurance company will never answer the phone. They will tell you whatever just to get you out of the building. She stated that they did this and that but when we contacted every agency they worked with. They stated they have not heard anything from them at all nor was the bond posted after hours of sitting and waiting. You ask for a manager and she will say anything to distract you from speaking with the manager. She is rude and will talk to customer any kind of way with nothing but disrespect. Took a month after everything was turned in after already being told multiple times loan was approved only to be told it was rejected. Refund policy says 2 wks but it has been almost 2 months and I still do not have all of my money. Was told money has to be paid in increments cause it could be drug money. I experienced liars and fraudulent behaviors. At the Pecore Street location. You call and they either lie and say your love one shouldve been out already or they put you on hold and never return. The most common phrase is let me talk to my manager and I call you back. Or Ill call you back in ten minutes and never call back. I dont see how this place have good ratings after my experience. Because of high ratings is what made me pick this place. Highly disappointed and would not not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

When in actuality all they did was get all the arrest documentation from the jail and started calling know Associates they got off of public records, or social media. Be Wary of this place they are scam artist. They took all my information and didnt give me copies of any of the paperwork. They claimed that it had to be Notarized in Spanish the lady said dont give him anything unless they request it. They took a $175 for a bond. When the defendant got out on PR and have yet to refund my money. Avoid them at all cost.

Money hungry company!!! Called and asked how much it would be to post my bond. They said 500. I made sure their was no other fees so I could get the cash together. When I went up their to pay the bond they told me it was going to be 750. Signed a paper that says I payed 750 cash. Then I went to court and when I got out and they already posted my bond they inform me that it was now going to be 1210 with payments bi weekly for a month with dates that dont even corolate with my pay checks. And says that I only payed 500. Worst company Ive worked with.

A friend of a friend got in a jam in Ga. I used to live in Houston. I remembered a guy who used North Main Bail Bond to get someone out of jail out of state. I called them. It took a little time bcuz we were out of state & everything needing to be verified and all. But they got the job done. They helped make a very hard situation manageable.

My family members were due a refund of a bail bond which was not needed after all on November 4. We have been getting the run-around for weeks, have been told that paperwork was lost, went to re-sign it, and then have been told that we will only receive a partial refund. Absolutely terrible. I had same unprofessional, rude, and worst results that these last clients had. No calls regarding bail bond reduction so I had to get info on my own that bond had been reduced from $50k to $1,500!!! My Original $500 deposit covered the $200 bail bond but I unwittingly gave $1000 cash. They took my money knowing that $1,500 was already covered by the initial $500!!! When I went back for the $1000, they refused saying it was against protocol. They took advantage of a 70 year old woman who was frantic to bail my loved one! Unforgiveable, sleezy, and fraudulent behavior. Plan to file complaint against the weasels!! DO NOT TRUST!!

I prepaid so i would not have to come back to pay once bond was set and paid 280 my son ended up getting PR bond well north main bail bond kept 1/2 my money after waiting 2 weeks for refund. I retained Susan and Ashley from this (North Main) bonding company they faxed me over 40 pages of documents to fill out. I did so and they charged my card $1375.00. They then told me they had changed there mind and I needed to come in. I called another bonding company they had my son out in 3 hours no muss no fuss. I have made 5 requests for a refund. They said I had to come in to get a refund or fill out special paperwork a credit card refund oes not need special paperwork it has been 2 weeks I am disputing transaction with the bank.

First of all, I only went here because the person we were doing this for said her friend worked there and a bond is only supposed to be 10% of the bond, correct? Why we paid $150, who knows. I wasnt there when the papework was drawn up, I only went to take cash. I get there and after signing the paperwork, the guy says Oh we dont have change. Youre gonna have to go to the store. SERIOUSLY???? A BAIL BOND PLACE who ACCEPTS cash as payment doesnt have change??? I was very frustrated at this point I got up, told my boyfriend out loud that I will be back cause I was getting change and went to walk to a nearby fast food place to get change. So I come back WITH the correct change. Then he proceeds to mention that we will be charged an additional $15 dollars once we go up there. The lady then says You can give us the $15 and we will write you the check I said Why didnt yall say this when I got up? He says Its not our responsibility I said I know it isnt but if you dont carry cash, how are we supposed to know what exactly to bring??? Then the lady said We dont carry cash because its for our safety and yours. Okay you dont carry cash BUT I know customers go there throughout the day...someone had to have brought in enough cash to break a $20! SMH. Never again. I just dont understand the concept of not carrying change and then being snooty about it!
