Did pretty good I’m surprised they weren’t rude like most others

The gentleman here was very helpful, helping me navigate paperwork issues to facilitate me getting my car out of impound and back to my place. The expense of impounding is tough but he made solving the problem a simple matter of money.

The worst customer service. They really want to keep your vehicle at all cost. Hopefully we don’t ever have to deal with this place again. 2.4 rating is a miracle for this place. This should be a negative number if it was possible.

This place cheat by different ways to make more money and hold the vehicles.

Classmate truck got stolen while we were in the police academy. When we got out of class noticed his truck was stolen. It was reported to UofHDT police. Found out later its at this storage and they not releasing it when we have video of it being stolen etc..... they trying to collect 1400 dollars just because his truck was stolen while in police academy and we don’t go to our vehicles until later. Shame on them and we will help him because they are doing victims wrong.
